Dairy Queens Manager and the staff made our visit to dairy Queen in Austintown a one of a kind experience.We visited from the local nursing home in Mineral Ridge and they treated me and my Residents like royalty. They hand delivered all of their orders to them with smiles on their faces and nothing but kindness they were patient and provided the best customer service weve ever received at any business we really appreciate everything they did for us and will definitely be heading back there their in the future. Their customer service is out of this world. Five stars we highly recommend that you visit.

None of the hot food seemed so great. Has a very artificial flavor factor of highly over processed food. The ice cream is good tho. Thats what to saved its 3 star status. Mostly people come to these for ice cream, but there also known for their chili dogs. I cant say their chili dogs are very good thought I would definitely pass if your coming for any hot food here.

As someone who frequents DQs in Mahoning County often, this is the best hands down. Great service that is efficient yet personable. Products are great as well. Whoever owns, operates and manages this location is doing so fantastically.

The ice cream is consistently perfect. Its smooth and firm.They offer EXTREMELY STINGY PORTIONS. Extra nuts are serverd in a tiny cup that holds less than 2 table spoons.

Boy this place needs a wakeup call. Those kids working there do absolutely nothing but talk a lot and people are waiting for there food. Its totally ridiculous, had to get the manager, those kids act like a bunch of 3 year olds. They need to all be fired, maybe that would wake them up.It took 5 people to make a small twist cone, and that was after I waited over 20 minutes after I placed my order inside. It was a joke, you could have got waited on quicker from a 5 year old. The Management needs a wake up call too, is this how you represent the Dairy Queen name? Poor example of Leadership.

Great DQ with fast service and friendly staff

I love their hot fudge sundaes and their strawberry sundaes, I love just about everything about dairy Queen including their ice cream cakes.

We purchased a sheet cake on Saturday for 24 people. It looked great on the outside but when we cut into it the fudge layer was missing. We were very disappointed.

Our cashier didnt ring up one of our meals. Between having to wear a mask indoors, the plexiglass barrier between us, she must not of heard the last order. She didnt repeat the order, and I didnt check the receipt until they brought our order. By that time there was a baseball team in there ordering. We werent waiting inline again. Other than that, the food we got was good. Would go back again. But would check my order before I pay and leave the line.

Me personally, am more of a handles guy.. buuuuut, those pumpkin pie blizzards are undefeated!

Excellent customer service and efficient follow through from loudspeaker to pick up window in the drive-thru! I dont live in Austintown but work here occasionally and will be stopping by again thanks a bunch!

Ordered a cake from DQ, when I picked it up I was absolutely amazed at how adorable it was! It looks like they took their time and really put effort into the design I picked.

Ive been ordering my M&M ice-cream cake from this location for over a year. Justin, Amy and Emma are always amazing, polite and theyve been giving me an outstanding customer service. In the passed 2 months I ordered 5 cakes from them. Lots of b days. Thank you for your service.

It was my granddaughter first time going to DQ. Shes 5 and thinks Dairy Queen is really a queen and i had to explain to her that DQ is an ice cream store but she insisted on DQ as a girl queen and she makes ice cream for her and hotdogs🤣

Busy in the drive-through and the girl at the window was still nice, talkative and order was all correct

Was in drive thru line for 15 minutes. You gave the 2 people in front of me their orders and never came back to the window. So, after 10 minutes the person behind me drove off and so did I. What happened to the employees? We never saw another employee after they passed out the first 2 orders...

I had to stand there for 10 minutes getting ignored by everyone trying to get my second order because they messed my first one up. I will never come here again.

Always fast and friendly service no matter how long the line is! You are always greeted with a smile. There are so many delicious things to choose from on the menu from treats to hot foods! On our last visit we had the pretzel sticks which were soft, warm and perfectly salted! I also had the new dreamsicle dipped cone which taste exactly how youd expect it to and I will definitely order it again!

I am so done with this place, first they get rid of the daily specials which were pretty good deal and now they got rid of the two Sundays after 8 pm special which was the last special that they had on ice cream. I guess Ill have to go to Handels for now on, at least its real ice cream and not just overpriced liquid poured into a machine. You people are making some bad business decisions

Normally the ice cream and such is pretty good but lately they have been forgetting items and more irritating is the blizzards and banana splits have been mush once bag is opened making it pretty pointless in eating so unless fixed dont waste your money here

When I went I ordered a raspberry bliss..they got the order wrong..we were waiting over 15 min at the window. Also when I got it the raspberry was all at the bottom and the soft serve was just sitting on top not stirred in at all..I gave 2 stars because the staff was very pleasent

This location was clean and well organized. The staff were friendly and attentive. They offer outdoor seating add well as indoor seating. You can choose to see at a table or on the more comfortable couch like seats. They sell ice cream cakes and Ive cream cupcakes in addition to blizzards, burgers, and hotdogs.

Good food and cool stuff to look at. But, there are bugs on the walls. They look like tiny gnats but they just sit there. Disgusting.

They dont like black people and will never admit it. I will never stopping spreading the word of their hate until the Smiths do right by me

It was Free Cone Day. You could give a donation for Akron Childrens Hospital, but it was not required. We did.We went through the drive through. Very fast service. I got a chocolate cone, my wife got a vanilla cone, and my daughter got a twist cone. They were very good as always.

Great soft serve comes. Wife got a chocolate sundae.You cant go wrong at this DQ, it is always clean and staff is great.We were looking at the cakes and the custom decorations are awesome.We try to stop at least weekly, if not more often. This one is like eating at home.Thanks DQ !

No fried foods. So no fries, no onion rings. Chili recipe needs changed. Nothing like Hubbard dq.Turkey BLT was very good though.

I have to say that I am very disappointed in this Dairy Queen location. On May 25th I had gone there and ordered two blizzards for my husband and I. I went inside to order and took them home. Once we were home and biting into one the ice cream tasted very sour and spoiled. I then packed everything back up and returned to Dairy Queen it was 10:01 pm and was told the inside was closed to go through the drive thru. Well, that was fine with me.... all I wanted was for the two blizzards to be remade. I understand things happen! Once I pulled around I told the young girl on the speaker and she told me to drive around. I came to the window and handed my spoiled ice cream to them and the girl told me she would either re make them or I could have my money back. I asked nicely to have them remade. She said sure and walked away to make them leaving the drive thru window open. A young man came to the window and slammed the window shut, then everyone inside proceeded to look at me thru the window and they all were talking so I’m going to assume they were talking about me. I ignored that because they are all young kids and I was there once also. What really upset me was the kid that slammed the window shut came back to the window opened it up and basically through a bag back at me and said “here” and proceeded to slam the window again. I decided that this was not acceptable, so I waited at the window and looked in. He opened the window and said “what”. What? I told him that he was acting very rude, he then told me “yeah” and slammed the window for the third time! At this point I was so mad I left. Needless to say it will be a long time if ever That I return to this Dairy Queen.

Every single time I go to this location (which is very often) my blizzard never has anything in it. Its always just ice cream. Every single time I tell them to make sure there is enough candy in it because I never get that when I come in and they always say we will make sure.. never happens. Done coming here. Will drive the extra 15 mins for another DQ.

I was with my special needs client. Otdered a peanut buster parfait with pecans. Was told I would be charged 3 times for the toppings because there was 3 layers. I was informed it was their most expensive topping. Rediculous! I have never been charged like that at any other DQ.

Walked In And Placed My Order For A Small Heath Blizzard. At Almost $4 For A Small You Think They Would Get Your Order Right Since It Was Not Very Busy But When I Arrived To Work And Took The Lid Off And Began Eating My Ice Cream I Come To Find That The Worker Had Mixed A Large Amount Of Fudge Into My Blizzard For No Reason, I Never Asked For Fudge To Be Blended Into My Blizzard.
