LOVE this place! Stopped in for notary service on May 12, 21 and the service was absolutely excellent. Friendly staff, lightning fast service, and professional folks working there. I will use no one else for the services they provide again. Especially notary. She was ADORABLE!!
I just want to put out a public apology to Monica at the UPS store in Austintown Ohio. Im so sorry that I interrupted your conversation with your friend by coming in to your store and waiting 5 minutes for you to finish talking before insisting on you helping me to ship the package that I was awkwardly holding. Thank you for not being fast or friendly when you assisted me. I think we as a society has been coddled by good customer service and it was refreshing to meet someone who believes bad customer service is more appropriate in this day and age.
I was visiting Austintown for a wedding and this store assisted me in making a sign for the bride. The store owner, Sam, was so nice and helpful. Sam and her team helped design the sign and print in time before the wedding. My dad picked up the sign for me as I was busy, and he had nothing but nice things to say as well.

Fast service even when a line formed
This ups store is so slow they cant provide services they offer in a timely fashion there is always a long wait.Today I waited over 20min in line with my oversized package and finally left without shipping!!after today and reading the reviews on this store I cant understand why management continues to allow poor services and lack of Knowledge to continue.proper training does not sound like a bad idea for this store and instead of responding with Excuses to Most bad experiences please do something about it.Actions speak louder than words.
Took my DirecTV boxes back with no problem. No charge for the shipping. Directv pays for it. In and out in 5 min. Patricia the sales rep was awesome too.
So I went today around 4pm I need it to print a copy of my pay stubs (2) th young lady that was behind the counter didn’t offer to help me even though I was unable to figure it out how to do their printer and computer to do it ! She still charge me $2.50 for nothing! At least train your personnel to be able to help costumers,so frustrating
This place is wonderful!!I saw a guy in there once that was ABSOLUTELY UNRULY and they handled it wayyyyy better than most would!!They are usually so very busy but always are so friendly! I go there for everything I need.

This store is wonderful. The staff is always friendly. I usually get Barb. She is always kind, and willing to help. They do an amazing job of packing my items. So nice to experience excellent customer service for a change.
This is a very expensive place and not able to handle FedEx stuff such as shipping, dont waste your money go to post office they are very helpful and customer care is offered.
Needed to fax a letter
I’ve never had to return anything before but the associates here were extremely friendly and helpful and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes.
I was here about a month back and needed help with color printing and binding. It was for my project that was due the same day and I had asked a couple printing store around the area who could not help me out. So I went to UPS and the lady working helped me with it. If she had not helped me I would have a real hard time driving around town to find someone to do it for me. It was around 6 in the evening and my project was due at 7:30.Thank you for doing that for me.
Dont go here for notary service stopped in on Monday no notary was told Shell be here tomorrow after 3 or 4, I go back Tuesday to be told shes not there again!
Front end workers are nice but this place is a scam. Overpriced compared to USPS and Fed ex. A lot of better options out there.
Always professional and fast service. Ive emailed print jobs in the morning and they are ready later that same day. Keep up the great work!!

I have to give the folks here five stars as well. I had to ship some small parts to Canada in a ridiculous hurry...and they took care of me and my paper work just terrifically. I may have given them a challenging request...but they took care of it very well. I can see how it would be frustrating if there were a lot of people showing up all at once. Ive never seen these stores over-staffed. But...thats kind of what you have to plan for. Thanks for the help!
Dropped a few prepaid packages off and everything went smoothly. The worker was friendly and my time spent there was quick and efficient!

Went in there today to get a quote on shipping charges. The worker (Jocelyn Harris) was very ignorant when i asked how much it would be she said she didnt want to wast her time to give me a estimate. so i went to leave and she mumbled something completely uncalled for. She obviously was to lazy to do her job. I will be calling corporate now.
Well... I had to choose between here and the FedEx Ship and Print store in Boardman. I think next time, Ill choose FedEx. I had a package that needed to be overnight shipped to South Carolina, and I needed to include a pre-paid return label to have it shipped back to me at my home. This was like asking for the moon. The woman working the counter (Barb) promptly told me that I should have gotten there earlier (I arrived just after 6pm, and the store closes at 7) because the driver leaves at 6. I obviously had no way of knowing this. So, just to be clear, the first thing I was told when I walked in after a half hearted greeting was that I had already done something wrong. The driver was standing there patiently waiting and telling her that it was not a big deal at all and that she should take a deep breath. She had to call the store owner at home to figure out how to do what I wanted, and was very impatient with me even though I never once showed frustration with her. There were others waiting in line who also were being more than patient. At one point I said whatever is easiest for you and was told Sir, there IS no easy way! I also tried to help her out while she was on the phone with the owner by saying (quietly and non-confrontational) that the package could be delivered back to the store if that was simpler. SIR, I HAVE to finish with this call! Towards the end of our interaction, she made a comment about how someone would have to talk her out of quitting her job. Super professional.I try to be as nice as possible to customer service personnel, as I know from experience that they deal with a lot of difficult people. This woman made me regret that approach. Honestly though, I was afraid to show even the slightest bit of irritation with her because I thought she might totally lose it.Giving two stars instead of one because the package arrived safely the next day.
