RSQ Neo 22 Karaoke player purchased through Amazon (yes they must be a supplier to Amazon). The system would not even open/eject as soon as we took it out of the box. Do NOT trust their products. The $250 + system was sent through mail with minimal packing material....a couple pieces of brown paper only!!!
