Bought a battery and never got to install due to busy summer. Finally needed to install and it was a marine battery. Called and stopped by, although past the warranty period, T & E compromised and made it happen for me. I stop by for my Honda Odyssey and Honda Accord tires and other parts. Parts were good but the guy at the counter is a class act at bait and switch. Quoted me $100 on the phone and I when I get there it became $150. I needed it so whatever. Life generally takes care of these kinds of people accordingly.

Arrogant. Abusive..The man behind the counter sneered and spoke rapidly -- smashing his words together in an incomprehensible burp. In the end, he dismissed me with instructions to contact a dealership..Conversely, I walked two minutes to a neighboring scrap yard where the gentleman behind the counter instantly produced a printout of the part I needed. This gentleman explained that my part is uncommon. He said that he could source it online -- used and in good condition -- in two business days. Sold..Beware. The scrap yards gathered in this neighborhood may look alike, but the value of customer care varies remarkably. Based on their treatment of me, I do not recommend T & E Auto Wreckers, Inc.

Hole-in-the-wall junkyard down a dirt road but they were friendly and they were the only ones around that had a Jeep axle I needed that was in good condition.

Self-serve junk yard which is not common in this area, mostly Honda vehicles. Pretty cool overall!

First and foremost the person who manages this place has no knowledge on certain parts, whether they are compatible or not. He was also very rude, loud, and basically forced me to buy a wrong part from him, by giving me wrong information. He told me that the emissions (California/Federal Emission) on the part didnt matter and that it was all the same, which is nonsense because it being a different emission makes it not compatible with my vehicle. I remember asking him the same question twice, but he was to busy shouting and telling me some nonsense. The guy also told me to compare the parts with my eyes and to inspect them as if I am a mechanic. The worst part is that the manager refuses to help me at all and tells me there is no refunds or exchanges. What kind of Junk Yard handles a buisness like this ? It is a shame that he would do that to me. Stay away from this junk if you dont want to loose your money people ! This kind of service is absolutely trash and you will waste your precious time as well !

Dont know about the rest of staff, but Javier behind the counter is an absolute scumbag. Arrogant and disrespectful - treated customers like dirt and tried charging me $20 higher than what I was quoted over the phone. STAY AWAY ... Theres a bunch of other yards in this area, theyre not the only show in town
