Danny Zeledon is a true professional. From our initial meeting to the final handshake when I picked up my car today. He was patient, straight forward, very honest, friendly and easy to talk to. Bait and switch tactics. Showed up after being called that the car I wanted was “ready for a test drive.”Show up, and the car sold “yesterday.” Not sure how that happens when the appointment and confirmation call that the car is “on the lot and ready for a test drive” were all made in the same hour of requesting a test drive. Walked out upset, called the manager who promptly sent me to voicemail.Don’t go there. If the price is good, then it’s too good to be true. They sold that car yesterday. 🤣

I came in sort of frantic about engine stalling. I did not know what to do or how things wouldve played out, but from start to end my advisor Luis M. was not only calm, but he kept me in the loop from start to finish. Its always nice interacting with people who go the extra mile for you. Sansone Auto is lucky to have someone like Luis and if you end up with him as an advisor, he really makes you feel taken care of. Came in today to assist my girlfriend with purchasing a used vehicle, where Michael McGovern assisted with the transaction. He was very patient with us, as their were three nervous anxious females looking at the vehicles.He was very attentive and understanding to my friends needs. He even catered to our questions as concerns ( where we were not even the ones purchasing the vehicle). Mike as well as The Sansone employees (finance manager, manager) assisted with catering to my friends financial ability to maintain her monthly car payments, which is very important for many. We felt very comfortable during the process of purchasing the vehicle. We will continue to refer our families and friends to Sansone Auto. Thank you for excellent service.

I must begin by saying that my Family did not buy our Vehicle at Sansone, but we used to get it serviced there. The last time my Wife went there they told her some shady story that she needed new Brakes. We were very surprised since the Car has very low miles and was not exhibiting any Brake issues. We said no to their recommendation to get new Brakes, which we would have had to pay for out of pocket. We then serviced the vehicle at another Hyundai Dealer and they told us our Brakes were great.Moral of the story, Sansone is not and ethical place. we will never return. God only knows how many people they have been ripping off over the years? Buyers Beware!!!

After receiving a mailer saying that they NEED to buy back my vehicle, I spoke to two different sales people to explain that while I am not interested in trading it in, I would be willing to sell the car and bring it in for an appraisal. All I asked for was a rough estimate ahead of time to ensure that going in wouldnt be a waste of time. I was then contacted by Widmar from Kia, to whom I gave the details on the car and who told me I would get an email with the rough estimate.Despite never being given a rough estimate, I was called the next morning by Anthony Cipriano, a manager at Sansone Hyundai, to confirm my appointment that day. I called Anthony back to explain that I had never received a rough estimate and wanted an idea of if its sale value so I would not be wasting my time bringing it in, again noting that I am only looking to sell it. Anthony instructed me to get a Kelly Blue Book value on the car for a rough estimate. When I asked if they would potentially be able to give us the 125% offer their mailer advertised on the KBB value, he told me it was possible, and to bring it in.After getting an offer from a KBB associated dealer, I brought the car in later that day for an appraisal. I was then told by Anthony that they do not normally buy cars for cash, only trade in. He then offered me less than half of what the KBB associated dealer I had just seen in the previous hour offered.These people are liars and are just going to say whatever they think they need to get you into the dealership. We had already had a number of issues with this location, from the initial purchase of this vehicle, to the inadequate maintenance staff that had us constantly bringing the car back in within days of servicing, but this was the final straw!

As a customer who is paying for a service and a warranty, they make me feel like trash today. I called yesterday to make an appointment because one of my tires needs to be replaced. I was told i could bring my car between 8:00 and 8:30 am the following day. I get into the shop the day of my appointment, and I was told that no appointment was scheduled for me!!! So, I had to either leave my car for at least 2 days ( my only way to move around) Or they could actually put my name on scheduled and wait a WEEK to actually get an appointment. They were not accommodating at all, not willing to help. I was told that I was not going to be put on front of the other customers who were lucky enough to be put on scheduled. I feel so frustrated, so aggravated, so upset that i could NOT get anything out of the service that I am paying for. On top of that I lost half day of work . Worst customer service, worst experience with this place!! I wish there was 0 star to give to this place. The only thing I know is that I wont renew lease with this place or recommend it to anyone.

The market is rough for new cars but we got the RAV4 which was the one we wanted. His ease of the entire process was super smooth and quick. Update: since apparently you can’t reply to the seller’s comment on a previous post, here goes complaint #2.They asked me to contact customer service to address their bait and switch tactics for getting you in to “see” a fake car profile.I did. No one contacted me back.Not saying you shouldn’t shop here but I dislike dishonesty and this is a pretty scummy practice. Had to pull my kids out of the car, get them ready, only to be told the car I had an appointment to see (and a phone call verifying the car was ready for the test drive the same day I showed up) had conveniently been sold “yesterday.”Sansone Auto has not reached out to me except to message me on here. I gave them 3 days to do so and provided my phone number. Wonder if I’ll get a call now. Hmmm. Let’s just say I am not holding my breath.

Stevenson was an amazing salesman. He helped me relentlessly get the truck that I was looking for. I came into the dealership expecting to look at a blue Tacoma Sport but somebody was already in the process of purchasing it so the keys weren’t available. Not even a full 12 hours later Stevenson called me early the next morning to let me know the deal didn’t fall through and the truck was available to be looked at. I made an appointment the same day and went after work. Fell in love instantly and knew I was going to get it. Ive dealt with this dealership on three separate occasions, being that theyre minutes from my home.I now choose to drive elsewhere for a more respectable no nonsense experience. Case in point my recent new vehicle was purchased some distance from my home in Woodbridge. My reason::: Poor service with deceptive sales tactics. ie. Advertising vehicles for sale with the knowledge that the vehicle(s) were long sold. Then giving or stating non sense excuses, Im sure there will be a poor blanket rebuttal regarding this post. However, I am happier dealing with a dealership that respects me and hands me no B.S. even though its some distance from my home in Woodbridge. I will never again do business with this dealership. Take your business elsewhere its not worth the effort.

The person who helped me was nice, but they gave me a final price that was $3,000 over what the price should be after taxes, and called it “dealer fees” with no break down of what those consist of, but having worked for a dealership I know that’s just code for “give us more money”

When my plates were ready I was told I needed to pay MORE for DMV fees because there was an error on their side. After buying two vehicles in two years you would think they’d want to take care of loyal customers but they only care about their bottom line.

What can I say about Sansone Automall except that this is the best place to Finance or lease a car. I’ve been buying and leasing cars here since 2002 and will never go anywhere else but here. There sales team are awesome I recently went to get a car that I’ve been wanting for the longest and the General manager Johnathan made sure I left that night with my car. He went above and beyond to help me. Eric the sales manager was also very pleasant to work with. I will always be that loyal customer to Sansone and definitely recommend anyone even family members to buy from them.

While I have never actually visited this dealership I inquired about a car on their website and almost immediately I had someone calling from the dealership. i dont want to actually speak with someone so I give my google voice number. I also received an email almost immediately from the dealership. From Sarah K..... I replied back to the email several hours later because I dont want to have verbal communication and only want written documentation. Its pretty rude when I reply back to the email and ask a question and the person sending the email does not respond. Because of this the dealership lost a potential sale and will not be doing business with this dealership.

Purchased a pre-owned Hyundai from them and paid them to order the plates. Six week later not only have no plates arrived but they have totally ghosted us. We don’t even know if they ever ORDERED the plates because they wont talk to us. Won’t return emails calls, nothing. Voicemail boxes are all full. Emails are ignored. We have been nothing but pleasant and so I can only surmise that since they already have our money they have no interest in spending time dealing with us when they can be spending that same time selling a car to another customer. I have never had such a negative car buying experience. Avoid these guys or at the very least dont let them take care of registering your vehicle.

I had a really good experience at Sansone Auto with Toyota sales representatives Rana Khan. We both bought both of my cars from there. And had a good experiences both times.

Sansone auto has a great selection of vehicles. Unfortunately their service depts arent that great. The Mazda service dept in particular is the worst. They do not offer a rental no matter how much money you spend for service. The manager Anthony was very rude and un apologetic for my inconvenience. I was told the work would take 1.5 weeks and it took a month, then they lied and said they never said how long the work would take. 1 star is the lowest rating but it should be less. Do not go there!

Esperanza Maldonado at sansone Nissan is absolutely wonderful. She walked my boyfriend’s mother through her buying experience twice and was just as delightful as anyone could be. If anyone is looking to buy at sansone she is the one to look for.

Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. They gave us deal and backed out because they were getting more money. Made us wait for 2 hours and very rude customer service like they don’t even care about the business. Jeep’s sales manager LUIS GARCIA doesn’t even know how to deal with customers. I do not recommend at all. Do not go there, pay more somewhere else but say no to SANSONE AUTO MALL.

It is obvious that she strives for excellence and cares. In the rare event of a mishap, she addresses it quickly and makes it right. That makes all the difference.

On Monday the 19th, I went to this Sansone-Mazda to fix my 2016 Mazda 6 screen. The Screen was constantly rebooting. While I was there, I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Beatriz from the service department. I have multiple Mazda cars in my possession and due to that, I have visited many Mazda dealerships, and by far, I have never experienced such an amazing help and experience overall. To be honest, I was very stressed about this. Prior to going to the dealership, I was reading online as to what the problem could be and I came upon various reasons as to why my screen could be rebooting. Each reason would cost me hundreds of dollars to fix. I knew by going to the dealership, I would be paying for this repair an arm and a leg😭 however, after they inspected my car, they found a nail on the side of my brand new tire that I just got a couple of months ago. I actually changed all 4 tires then. When Beatriz told me, my heart just sank😭 that’s more money I have to pay now. However, Beatriz was able to find out that I had a one year road hazard warranty on my tires. I did not know that. Thanks to Beatriz, I was able to get a brand new tire without any cost. So one issue was solved with no problem so far. Low key, I got very happy there. But, now I have to face my main issue, the screen. After some diagnostic, they found out that I need to change my CMU part which costs about $1200 plus my navigation card which costs $400. At that moment, I can fell my wallet crying. Ofc, I need to fix this screen. It controls most of the functions that come with the car, like the radio lol. Beatriz was able to tell how stressed I was about this and she tried helping me with it. After talking to her and asking her all these questions, I decided to call Mazda HQ for more information and if there is anyway they can help me. After talking to Mazda HQ, they said they will review my situation and will let me know in a couple of days if I can get some discount on this or not. Overall, the help was greatly appreciated and all my questions were answered. I was very welcomed there and I felt like I wasn’t being taken advantage off like at every other dealership. Beatriz even allowed me to talk to the mechanic who was working on my car to answer more of my questions, which he was very helpful. I just want to say, if you need your car checked at a Mazda car dealership, from my personal experience, I recommend Sansone-Mazda in Avenel. Best staff ever!! Thank you guys for the help!!

Purchased my first vehicle from Sansone this past weekend and had a great experience. I had been looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude and found what I was looking for at Sansone (place is enormous BTW with several dealerships on their massive property). I called ahead of time and spoke with Joe Postirino in the sales at Jeep. He was waiting for me with the truck when I arrived. He was helpful, pleasant and not aggressive. After a quick negotiation with him and his sales manager, we agreed on a price. He had his finance manager prepared all of our paperwork while we left for a few hours and when we returned later that afternoon, we knocked out the paperwork with the finance manager pretty quickly and painlessly. Overall, one of the best experiences Ive had at a car dealership. Id highly recommend Joe and his colleagues at Sansone Jeep. It was a pleasure purchasing from them!

Got a car and no one can tell me how to use the factory remote start

The staff was all super nice, usually the case when people are in car sales. I came in for a 2018 rav4, after about 5 hours with my 4 year old, I wind up with a CHR. A completely impracticable car for my family. I never got to even see the rav4 they kept telling me its in detailing and will be out soon. The pressure of having my child bored out of his mind and my having to drive over an hour home to feed my family and put this one to bed and go to work had me finally say yes to what I belive the names were Steve and Steve kept pushing in. Now I am stuck working weekly OT for a car that is nice, but dont work for my family. The car seat fits fine in the back as long as there is no passenger in front of him. If there is the passenger has to kiss the dash. My 6 son cant fit comfortably at all. If we have all 4 of us in the car, the dog has to be all the way in back, and hes only 18lbs but no room. I will be paying this thing down as quickly as I can, but still stuck for ar least 2 years in it, and trading it in for a rav4 from a different dealership. I said plenty of times its so small, yet they ignored and said they cant get me a lower payment. The other rav4 was 7k less than this. I am sure that the same effort in the other would have resulted in the same results.

I just leased a vehicle from Sansone Auto and I could not be happier. Quentin spent a lot of time with me and we worked together to make it possible to have the car I searched the whole state for! I was about to travel to Connecticut, but found what I dreamed of. As a younger buyer, I have had a lot of anxiety and bad experiences with overly pushy salesmen. However, Quentin was not like this and he made the process enjoyable. I felt like I was doing business with a friend. In addition, I had the pleasure of speaking to/meeting Charlie, who treated me very kindly, as well as Brian, the business manager, who was very kind and a well rounded individual! I have a big family and look forward to making Sansone Auto our familys go-to dealer!

I have been a faithful returned customer at Sansone Toyota for the past 11 years because the operational manager, Nestalis, and his team.. Henry in the Finance Department and his Sales Forces... Oscar provide such excellent service when its time to purchase a vehicle.. mainly my Camary SE. Their professionalisms in ease of paperwork ... Takes the stress and hassle out of changing vehicles. For all the above reasons I would not think of doing business with another dealer. I am very pleased and satisfied with the quality of service they provide. It is indeed a warm atmosphere at Sansone Toyota and they make you feel very comfortable doing business with them and I trust them explicitly..

I made an appointment online for a car, came over 5 minutes BEFORE my appointment. Asked to see a car and test drive it. The guy Jean was so unprofessional! I tested drive the car, and asked him to check the price since I liked it. He told me to wait in the lot because he had a shipment to process and will call me the second he finishes. I waited 25 minutes plus, and no call, just to go to the dealer and find him helping other customers!!! IM WAITING FOR YOU as a courtesy and you stood me up!! Spoke to the manager only to find that just happens that the car I liked doesnt have a mark down price as the whole lot, which all cars had $4,800 mark down price except the one I liked!! Asked to see another car, the manger sent Jean again to me!! This is so unprofessional, I left the dealership disappointed. Not recommending the store, the manager, or Jean

If I could give Sansone a zero star I would. Horrible experience at Jeep service. My car has paint that is chipping/ rusting. I came scheduled an appointment to have my car looked at only to find out the car only had one month warranty and there is nothing they can do. Do no buy cars here. Plus the lady at sales Angelina has the nerve to get an attitude.

Place is a joke. Asked to test drive a Rav4 and the guy got me the car, held onto my license and told me i can test drive the car but i only had 5 mins to test drive it and to be back because I ONLY have 5 mins to test drive it.Told him to give me my license before I drove off with the car and he told me he needs to hold onto it and its not a problem since im only driving it in the lot. How do you test drive a car in a lot?The car was great, I was even thinking of offering to purchase the car, but after the rude encounter, I brought the car back, 5 mins later and when the agent came out - told him I need my license back and he asked me how I liked him - - I told him 5 mins in a lot is not enough time for me to consider anything and I quickly left and went to Freehold Toyota where I had head over heals better service and they let me take it out on Route 9 with my license in my hand.Yeah forget Sansone, the Agents are a joke and every other agent has their mask under their nose or just hanging on their chin with their mouths open when they are talking to their other agent buddies even though theres signs that require masks to be worn at all times.

Jovet is the best Sales Consultant, hes patient and very knowledgeable. We came in and werent completely sure what we wanted to get into. He made the process quick, hassle free and worked with our budget. If youre thinking of getting into a new or used vehicle, hes your guy. You can find him in the Toyota Showroom.

This was by far the best experience I ever had buying a car. My sales guy was terrifically awesome. His name is John Chisom and you need to buy your car from him.He knew the product and made the entire process easy in a timely fashion.This was my family’s third car from him in the past 4 years. He sells out of all the Sansone stores but he can be found at his desk in the Hyundai showroom.Look him up!He’s the best ever!
