Worst customer service provided. Went into the store and the person that helped me first did not know a thing regarding cellphone plans. The second person knew half and the floor manager was rude and provided me with inaccurate information. I already filed a formal complaint to AT&T. The manager there told me I’m a horrible listener when I complaint that they did not informed well on products available. DO NOT go to this store, they are incompetent, do not provide any helpful information, are not informed on plans that they offer, and are rude. AT&T should train their workers better; these 3 people working at this Avenel store did not know what they sell and have NO customer service skills what so ever.

The greatest customers service out of all the AT&Ts in the area, i always have problems at the Linden & Menlo locations.! I went into this location last week & will be going there from now on, The store manager Domingo & his assistant store manager Darnel, are the type of guys you want running your business they work and feed off eachothers energy very well. Both are very respectful, extremely knowledgeable about the products they are selling, if one didn’t know the answer to my question the other did. The entire time I was there while setting up and serving my phone we talked about sports, I felt as if I was hanging out at the bar with my buddies.. I left the store knowing how to use my phone & what I’d be getting out of my service I appreciated the time they both spent with me! I highly recommended going to this location and asking for either Darnel or Domingo great team there.
The person who works at avenel AT&T, a guy named Domingo Carrion should not mix the personal with his work, he should work on his own and not get involved in relationship problems. I had a problem with my husband and he told his daughter to put the account on hold, her boyfriend works at Avenel AT&T and his name is Domingo Carrion. If every time the girlfriend tells her that her father wants to put the account suspended she obeys, imagine how many times she will have to reactivate it, I will have to talk to someone in charge with a higher position than him.Nadie conoce a las personas más allá de lo que se ve!

Rating should be no stars, upon my arrival to this location I was not greeted by the two males inside. They both had customers however helping current customer and greeting the incoming customer is pretty basic customer service. Overall experience was POOR AND I will not return
The staff was super friendly and knew their stuff, I was expecting to spend a lot more time having to explain what I was trying to do, but within minutes they took care of my needs and sent me on my way.
Guys very nice service and very kind peoples over there, i had very bad experience from other store and came here and i was satisfied with the service and my order. I have other store near by me in less then 1/2 mile but i will prefer to come here for good service though its 5 mile far.
I had problem with internet and they told me that they cant do nothing because too many people r using so I went to another AT&T and they fixed my problem and I have internet

Just stopped in to ask a quick question and got great help. A friend of mine wor6there about 10 years ago. Service was as good now as it was back then. I have been with AT&T since 1999 and I have a great price for my service. I stay with AT&T because back in 60s it was ma bell than went to AT&T until they sold off land lines to Verizon. Nice small AT&T store. Very helpful people with good attention to customer service. I had been here to replace a new AT&T sim card and they guided me to corporate store in menlo park mall to avoid unnecessary 15$ new sim card charge in their store.
I came here when it was EMPTY so they can help me with my account and they did not want to help at all. Every question i had, they said you can call AT&T/go to the app. Basically kicking me out the store so they do not have to do their job. i never felt disrespected in an AT&T before.
They (Amanda & Domingo) are very friendly and helpful. Smile and friendly staffs like them are the key points for the store. Good job guys.

Went there and we were immediately greeted and Paul introduced himself to us and shook our hands. Its a very welcoming gesture that people no longer practice and should. He was very well spoken and had answers to all our questions. He is patient and goes over everything and even showed us how to use some features on our devices that could help us. And i need all the help i can get so thank you for that! I was not happy about having to go and get more devices cause most people just wanna rush you or cant answer a single question and im grateful this wasnt another horrible experience and we left with exactly what we intended to get plus we learned a few things. Very good experience

Good customer service here. Parking though, is another story. Its a nightmare to get in and out of their parking lot.Update 12-Aug-2017:Have to take 1 star off now.Visited this location to get a sim card for a visiting relative. The place was dead, as always, me being the only customer there. Person assisting us had a tag that read manager. Overall it wasnt a bad experience, it was just a little sad. I guess someone is making them push the product...The conversation went like this:Me: I need to have service for my visiting relative for 4 months. What would be better, put him on my plan, or get the $40 prepaid plan?Manager: Would you like to buy DirecTV?Me: No, I just want service for this new line, and trying to figure out if its cheaper to put it on my plan or get a prepaid line, we have our own deviceManager: Would you like to buy DirecTV?Me: No, I need new service for this phone I have in my hand.Manager: Would you like to buy DirecTV? You will save hundreds!!!Me: No. Just sell me the prepaid plan please.Manager: Would you like to buy DirecTV? How much are you paying for your cable? Itll save you hundreds!Me: Fine, tell me how much DirecTV bundle w/internet would be?Manager: I have no idea, but itll save you hundreds! And they dont have good internet, so youll have to buy it elsewhereMe: Just sell me the prepaid card pleaseManager: Too bad. You couldve bought DirecTV and saved hundreds!
