I go to the Avenel/Woodbridge location (on Woodbridge Rd - not sure which town since the branch seems to be right on the line) every month to pay my bill in person, and I cannot say enough about the quality of the customer service. Every person I encounter is courteous, professional, and answers all of my questions. The staff there always seems to exceed my expectations. Outstanding Service!

Ken is truly an asset to Extra Space Storage. I dreaded purchasing storage space as I thought I would be presented with a sales pitch for everything under the sun related to storage. It was the exact opposite. Ken was very kind and made what I thought would be a complicated drawn out process super duper easy. Thanks to Ken for the positive experience I had today.

The customer service was great, she was friendly and helpful. The access was easy and never a hasle to get to. The payments started off reasonable but increased about 35 dollars every 6 month which was only known through email and never did the rates decreased. Ive clear that storage out first chance i got after returning from Korea because paying that much was totally not worth it.

What a great experience! Right from the start Anthony was a pleasure and super accommodating even though I had to reschedule my reservation multiple times. He never got frustrated with me and had nothing but patience. The day I was able to complete my reservation Megan walked me through the leasing process and answered all of my questions. To say she was pleasant would be an understatement. She went out of her way to make my experience seamless. I highly recommend this location.

Be careful. Received 2 price increases in 9 months totalling over 30% in additional monthly billing. Customer service did not respond each time I inquired about the short interval for these increases.

Very simple. If I move out before the end of a paid month I should be able to get a refund for the time Im not using the storage. Its not a difficult concept to grasp. Im not using it therefore I should not be paying for it. I just paid $210 for 3 days. 3 freaking days.

My experience was a very good one. I had rented from here under another management but this time around the service was a thousand times better. I was told all my options and was advise which option fitted me best. The customer service was great, they actually showed that they truly cared and that they would be there for you whenever you needed them. I would recommend them to my friends and colleagues because they were also very knowledgeable about the facility.

Ive moved several times and used multiple storage facilities, but have not come across a store manager more professional or courteous than Chao Liu. He was patient and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. The grounds and units are immaculate. I highly recommend you stop in and see him if you are in need of a storage facility.
