Went to this location with my husband to buy a refrigerator. We had a wonderful experience with Jazmine. She was very helpful from the start and guided us with what we were looking for . We told her the dimensions in our kitchen and she kept that in mind while we shopped. She help set up the delivery. Such a wonderful experience. She was professional, patient and very helpful. Really appreciate the help.

Worst customer service I ever had in a Best Buy!!!!Tried to buy HP ink price was 45$ when I got to the register it was 73$. After 10 min of checking they gave me the correct price with zero customer service experience or minimum niceness. Manager treated me like air. Do yourself a favor and go to Amazon you will be treated much better
I was already a big fan of Best Buy in general but my last visit was quite exceptional I needed some information on various products and my sales associate Gloria had all the right products and all the right information that I needed as well as great pricing... This is the only store I go to for any of my electronic needs.. Im sure youll be as happy as I was sincerely PJ...😉
Came to purchase a new laptop and computer. Circled the computer area 3 times with no help. Went to the TV area, also no help. When we asked for help after several people lined up at the registers in the computer department, we were told to wait in line. But nobody being assisted was in line. We were given an attitude and if the laptop wasnt a last minute necessity, I would have taken my $700 elsewhere.

Update: had to take an item back and I hope they will work on attitude and being pleasant as it is a need.Typical Best Buy, but they do have issues to address. Thus, the low rating. I would encourage the management to better train their associates in manners and how they treat people. I was in the minority in the store and I was treated differently. I am sure you will agree you can do better Best Buy.

This best buy is especially terrible. First of all, I have never had so much difficulty getting an employee to help me in a store with so many employees. Every person I approach is I dont work in this department, busy helping someone else, or doing something else and clearly unconcerned that I need help.Also, I came looking the most basic power cable for my computer that they somehow didnt have, despite the website saying was in stock. And all the computer mouses are easily 10-20$ more than they are online.Whats the point of going here over ordering on Amazon? Its less convenient and more expensive. Stores like this truly deserve to go obsolete.
Best Buy is still great and they have plenty of staff available, willing to help for anything I needed. Only losing one star because I was buying a flash drive with 256gb and it was placed in the rack with 128gb, so I thought it had a different price. Really could have been a customer putting it back in the wrong place, but maybe something that could use improvement. Loved that I got a great deal on an open box Apple adapter that works like new though.
Very organized operation, the young people working there are extremely bright and well trained, quality products, not inexpensive.

Jessica (I believe was her name) was awesome and considerate with the Geek squad team. Need help fixing my smart watch and she made it happen in minutes. Also got me a phone charger so I could show her the issue with linking to my phone. The girl who check me in was also very polite and I believe a supervisor came over and offered assistance and the easiest and quickest and best solutions to handle my issue immediately. Thank you all for your great work and excellent service.

Its a very nice and neat and clean I know those words are kind of odd to describe a business but its true its tentative if youre looking to go there for anything from laptops to speakers to TVs even some home appliances I believe now it is absolutely offering a very large selection the customer service is good and they also have a geek squad if youre looking to tune up your computer or flush out viruses or whatever it may be its been a very helpful Im sure to many including myself never really overly packed although busy but like I say never overly packed to where you cant go in and out in a timely manner

I ordered a 50 television online, and it arrived on time via UPS. The box was torn, and taped up. When I opened it, the screen was cracked. I immediately talked with a rep, who was very empathetic, and he checked the store nearest to me, and said I could exchange it there, or have another shipped. I went to the store, and they could not have been more helpful. Julian took care of me, and turned a 1 experience into a 10.

I enjoy the atmosphere of coming to best buy, Oscar in the photography department is the first person I go to when I need someone whos knowledgeable and informative. He has great customer service skills and goes out if his way to help me every single time. Hes the only reason this review has 5 stars.The issue is that not all the staff is the same way. Ive had way too many experiences where the staff didnt know enough and didnt care enough to help me beyond that. One staff at the front register today didnt want to look up my account to see a previous purchase and told me to come back another time because her shift was over in the next few minutes.It wasnt even time to close.Within the same day, I asked if a certain monitor was available, and without even checking the inventory the associate told me no. I had to go to someone else to help me, and she ended up going out of her way to get the monitor for me, which I genuinely appreciate.Management needs to do a better job coaching their staff on what customer service is tbh.Shout out to Oscar though:)

I was here shopping for refrigerators. I have purchased TVs here before and also a vaccum.I definitely recommend this place.But there were some negatives. When I called, there was no way to call. The recording said this location is not accepting calls.That is total BS. I wanted to know of I bought a refrigerator if it could be delivered before I left town.Could have saved me a long, long drive from Miami Beach.Turns out that their delivery is not as soon as I needed.Once there, the 2 appliance employees, had a line of people with questions. So I was unable to be in and out.So not a great experience. But I gave them a 5 star rating, because I believe this is a good company. And I have had better experiences in other locations.

I would like to put 0 starts but there is no option for that. No staff for all people. Made a line of 40mins to get help, guy went away and tried to help another person. I went to another window and they told.me to ask at the cashier. I went, he gave me what I wanted and I didnt realize the price was wrong. They put a product in the wrong place and due to that I had to make a customer server line, 30 mins there. No manager, no control. Almost 2 hrs and no device. Horrible experience
I like that they are so well coordinated in response of covid. They offer curbside pickup and there is a line at the door people, cant just come in as they want. They have store clerk greeting you at the door directing you at a specific spot depending on your need. I went on a Wednesday afternoon one hour before closing and I was in and out in a jiffy

Bought an expensive open box gaming monitor that was labeled as “excellent condition and no accessories missing”. When I open it, all the cables including a power cable were missing, manual was missing, some of the packaging was missing or torn, the screen had greasy fingerprints on it..I go to this bestbuy to tell customer service about it so I can exchange it and their solution was: “I have 2 of the 4 missing cables in the back, want them?” Obviously not! I want what I payed for! The manager refused to exchange it for another one on the basis that it was open box and he was unwilling to take the 45 dollar loss to make up for the trouble of the mislabeled product. Bad attitude on the managers part as well. Horrible experience.

I have had the worst experience shopping in this store, after waiting for an entire month with 2 shipping attempts they pretty much lied an said the credit my account which they never did. The only reason there busy is because there massive of people in this area. I was in the store close to an hour and it was pretty much NO to every customer. Remember Circuit City they close because people stop shopping there. I’m now an Amazon customer.

I love best buy, they always have what im looking for, they price match and if they don’t have the item in stock they will order it or give you another store as an option. Their employees are helpful and willing to assist, did not give 5 stars because it can take a while before you find help on the floor, and customer service lines are long and will keep you standing for 30 or longer.

Today, we visited Best Buy @7751 Bird Rd, Miami. Juan Garcia was our sales associate on the Appliances Section. He made our visit, a pleasant one. We knew exactly what we wanted it, but with Covid, the companies are not longer making the same machines, or, like many brands, are out of stock, with no delivery dates.Juan guided us through all the differences between the last 2 brands we were considering. He was very conscious about our budget and needs, and made his own recommendations, which we followed it. Definitively without his help, we would have returned to our home empty handed and with tons of research to make. Juan made the difference to make this important buy a good one to navigate on.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Ordered watch in store, was out of town so opted for pickup vs delivery. Order got auto canceled a week later at midnight. Next morning I called requested to pick up next day, couldnt do that. Was forced to order online again, so requested to speak with manager and was forced to wait for manager to call me back. When he did he said he could cancel order and get let me pick up In-store next day. BUT....When I went in person, order was missing and no one has any recollection of this conversation. Then spoke to new manager who forced me to wait an EXTRA hour when he told me my order that shipped even it wasnt supposed too, wass MISSING. After more back and forth and talking with suppopwrt on the phone while in person., they said i had to wait to Wednesday AND ThEY wouldnt give me a discount Or store credit. I would have ordered Amazon, unfortunately they didnt have the device i wanted.

Im writing this review because of the wonderful experience I had with 2 sales associates at this location. I bought a TV months ago, and the gentleman (whos name I forgot) sat with me for 20 minutes going through pros and cons, and later helped me carry the TV to the car. I felt like I was with a friend. Two days ago I went back to buy a laptop, and Manuel was just incredible. Stayed with me going back and forth between PCs and Chromebooks and gave me the confidence to make the best choice. Well done Best Buy, everyone I interact with here has been A+.

It felt like it was managed by home depot, another large retailer that doesnt offer any help to the customers. Was looking at large screen tvs for some time and never did anyone come by to say hello or ask if i needed assitence.Need to find the lowes version of consumer electronics where they care about the customer.

I bought a television and was advised it would be delivered the following day. At 10 pm on the day the tv was supposed to be delivered, I get a text that the order is delayed and will be delivered sometime this week and if not delivered in the next 14 days, will receive a refund. This is total bait and switch. Talk about false advertising.
The customer service at the store has completely disappeared. I ordered $1200 in computer products and the store advised me that the items were in stock when in fact they weren’t. Every day the system says that the items will be ready for pick up today and the items are not even in the store. The store has done this to me at least three occasions, including on Father’s Day when my gift for my father was supposedly in stock and ready for pick up but it never was. The employees and managers are cavalier in their attitudes and I have no regard for the customer. Stay away from Best Buy.
Best Buy is a messy place now. There’s no stock for many items. I would hardly recommend buying online and pickup up or with delivery. It’s not what it used to be.

The epitome of customer service.First and foremost, I must recognize BRUNO, I came looking for a Sony XR65X90J 4K HDR ULTRA HD and although there were some ups and downs with my purchase, BRUNO made sure I would leave the store a satisfied customer and because of him... I am!!He helped me with my purchased to the shopping, to payment, to the car, provided great advice the whole time and was super friendly. I can tell he is a very genuine person who loves his job and I hope he gets recognized for his efforts.All his efforts come with a supportive leadership and with JONATHAN supporting him BEST BUY Aventura has this in place on the day I was there.Jonathan leadership skills are stellar, he listens without judging, problem solves as well as multi task without making each individual approach him feel as though he was too busy for him.So if your looking for an TV ask for BRUNO - they dont work on commission so this post is not financially driven.

Great customer service experience overall. Store is well kept clean and following COVID-19 regulations. Absolutely my favorite best buy location.

I was cheated at Best Buy!! I ordered a computer but it was NOT delivered. But their system stated that it was delivered. But no one provided me with any fotos or any other proofs of delivery. Managers refused to make a refund! That was shocking! I was simply waiting for the delivery but eventually paid for nothing more than a thousand dollars!! Now I have to waste my time to write a police report and do all this things that I have. 0 service! 0 client orientation. Shame on you

Understaffed. Had to wait 20+minutes to have a basic PC question answered. Random employees just seem to be walking around doing nothing. Good thing best buy just fired 5000 employees. Im sure that will definitely help their in store customer service.
