Went into to purchase an espresso machine and experienced some of the worst customer service ever. I had one machine in mind the d6 and all the lady could do is try and sell me one that I didnt want, Ena 8. She was rude and completely not helpful what so ever. I would have purchased the display and she said it wasnt for sale. Will not be returning to this sur la table.

Love this store, so many things to look at and spend unnecessary money on! Alicia was very sweet and helpful. I feel bad for everyone working with Victoria as she was not only rude to the customers, but completely out of line with how she spoke to Alicia when they were both at the register. I think she realized how she came off because she tried to laugh off what she said, but it rubbed me the wrong way. She also snipped at my mother-in-law while checking us out. We both agreed had we not already waited in line, we would have left and purchased at another location.

Not a bad kitchen store - slightly overpriced, but it has a very good selection of very high quality kitchen gadgets and essentials. Pretty much just like Williams Sonoma, but different branding. It is useful for gifts, or if you need to find quality knives, etc.

If youre not a kitchen person this store would surely turn you into one. Tons of great items, many at discounted prices if you drop in at the right time. A lot of variety to match with any kitchen decor as well. Love the fact they have a Nespresso area in the store as well - that staff is very helpful and polite as well and made shopping for pods a breeze.

Was looking at the coffee machines, seemed like a really good sale they were having so I took a while looking at them, tried some coffee to see how fast and well it made it, I then left and came back a few hours later to check it out with my partner to see if he liked it, once again, we tried the coffee, read about the machine, one of the ladies working there comes up to my partner and asks (with a disdainful look) if we needed any help, she seemed really bothered by the fact we were drinking coffee from there and she probably recognized my face from the first time I went ( she probably assumed I was there just for the coffee). If we were going to buy the machine, we were not going to buy it from there with her attitude. I used to like this store.

BUYER BEWARE.......DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, they will rip you off. I placed an order which totaled $205. $207.00 showed up on my order confirmation am moment later. I immediately contacted them via email, customer service got back to me saying they will refund me the difference. A Week later no credit appeared and no response to my inquiry. I then went online to check my credit card account and noticed that each of the 7 items i ordered were charged separately on my credit card, when i added them all up.....it now totaled $210. I emailed them again about not receiving my initial credit and now i was being charged even more and would like a $5 credit.....NO ANSWER! Is this some kind of a game they play...most people wouldnt even notice or take the time to deal with it....im sure this is what they are counting on. I will NEVER order from them online again!

While shopping on the internet is less expensive than buying here, the staff is highly knowledgeable. The last guy helped us out enormously and was a France trained chef!
