The staff are polite but not competent in their work. and I was misinformed twice. I bought a music column, they told me that it can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. the column I didn’t like and I came after 20 days later, because we were on vacation. and the seller said that I can’t return, only exchange. he told me about 30 days because he thought I was buying this item through my business account. I exchanged it for another column, and they told me that I could return it within 14 days, the sound of the devise wasn’t so good. and when I came, they wanted it back. but then the store manager came out and explained that I could not exchange or return. and now I have a column that I dont need, thanks.

This store is all about making money not making customers feel appreciated. I did my order on the phone and spent 2 hours to do so and came to the store just to pick up my phone, they told me that there is something wrong with my order and completely deleted it. Afterwards he told me that I am not getting the same deal because it was an online deal only. Like really dude? I came in with a completed order just for pick up. In my case I wasted 3 hours coming to the store plus $500 of my discounts that I suppose to get. Do they really think that anyone would go for such a mislead of a customer just so he can make his commission?! Salesmans name was Miguel and the manager could care less and said this is the procedure. Worst experience in a while, very disappointing.

Worst customer service. My phone replacement came in after having a phone of only 3 months die. I took it there to be set up for my elderly mom in a care center. The phone was set up by the rep. My appointment was on. Time at noon. Then I went outside and further put apps and things in the phone. Suddenly I noticed it kept doing weird things so I knew the phone was not working. I was still in the parking lot right at the store. So I went back in the store. The rep took the phone, and in all fairness to him- he had no idea why, so he said maybe its the SIM card. I knew in my heart of hearts it was not the SIM card on a brand new phone. He put in a new SIM and I went out to my car. Now, Im trying the phone again, ready to leave, the same exact thing happens!!!! - I went back and he says idk....I said ok to myself Im going to take the old phone to ups around the corner to drop off the old phone, thinking maybe its reception around here. I leave. I try to make a call. Nothing, the phone was dead! The replacement new phone was dead!!!! So- here I go, BACK TO THE STORE A THIRD TIME AND NOW ITS 3 HOURS LATER . Heres why I give this place a 0 rating. I come back- store has lots of customers. .......here is my question like the tv show WHAT WOULD YOU DO. What would you expect? Would you expect them to tell you you have to now wait behind every person they have told theyll wait on them after 2 more people; OR....if you were a STORE OWNER WANTING GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES...would you expect the rep to say to the person they were waiting on....or you hey, I know youve been here for 3 hrs and your replacement phone still doesnt work- give me a few more minutes to finished up and blah blah or say to the customer look, Im very sorry to have to tell u this but this woman who just came back, blah blah and I have to fi ish this with her. Would you do that...or would you tell her, hey Im busy now with customers ..& I have 2 & 3 waiting...if you think like me...thats what they did. SO STAY AWAY IF YOU THINK YOU DESERVE TO BE TREATED BETTER THAN THAT.

I came here with my mom to buy the new Iphone and work out a new plan, the salesman, jean, gave incorrect information to us throughout the whole process. We tried to get the buy one get one free offer on the Iphone, but you need a new line, so we create a new line for my mom. We tried to keep her old line but the salesmen said we needed to change phone numbers. I call the salemens a bit after and he changes the story and says we didnt need to change my moms number. I was also told we would get an elderly discount if my mom was the owner of plan, this was also incorrect info. I called verizon and they said on a new line the discount cannot be applied.

Was there yesterday my phone looked like it was a blank screen. Evidently when i did an app upgrade something in the settings changed. Was helped by Miguel he was a great customer service provider.

Good service, needs to be quicker. They have seats and table chargers that Ive never seen before. In the middle of the table there was outlets to charge with. Staff was nice and knowledgeable. Friendly nice service. I would go there again if I had to use Verizon.

Trying to make an appointment is impossible. You call the number to the store and it routes you to the national 800 number. What a joke! Id give zero stars if I could.

This place is a JOKE. I asked for some information about plans and prices, he told me to go online, I told him him I am planing to buy a new phone becuase my phone is broken and the screen is not very clear, I asked him to print a page with prices he said they dont have a printer !?!?! I drove all the way there to get a new phone and new line I am glad that I didnt it.If you want Verizon go to another location.

I went into the store on March 28th and was told I could switch devices on a line with no issues. Today, April 1st, the manager told me I would have to cancel my line, pay a cancellation fee, and pay an additional fee to open a new line. I called Verizon and was told that I could have just done the device switch that the employee suggested last week. I am beyond upset that the manager and employees at this location gave conflicting information and almost cost me $200 in unnecessary fees.

Great store of cell phones and sale of internet card and mobile phone connection.Some say the signal is stronger than that of T-Mobile and At & T.The plans are around U $ 70.00 monthly with unlimited internet.They also provide chips for use in Wi-Fi antennas like Glomex or similar.Good range for use on boats, up to 10 miles (18 km) from the shore.
