Im from Toronto, and was looking for some converse shoes.i visited Champs here at Aventura mall and the service was amazing 👏 Sebastien helped me find my shoe and size, was totally awesome 👌 All employees were super and top service! I highly respect if in this area! Thanks guys 😊

My sister was helped but it took a while, I asked about 3 different shoes and only heard back about one so I didnt purchase anything, my other sister and brother in law wanted a pair of shoes and the associates stood in front of them arguing because the size my brother in law needed was one he had on hold for one of his friends which happened to be another associate...we were passed off between three associates that had to come back and keep asking us what we needed...customer service is everything people...we stayed about 30-45 minutes while all of this happened...we realize you wont lose any money behind this review but we were frustrated

Great Sport Store...

This Champs had great customer service. We were assisted by DeAndre J. and he was really patient and helpful. Unfortunately they didnt have alot of selections for women, but instead I got some guys shoes that could fit me. I was able to still turn a negative into a positive. Plus DeAndre J. helped me figure out my shoe size in men. Like I said, great customer service.

Gema one of the employees followed me and my peers around the entire time we were shopping and then she sent another young lady to come watch us as if we were stealing.I find that very disrespectful that she instantly assume we were coming in to steal. I’m not sure if she seen were clearly trying to buy my friends brother a gift Because he was on FaceTime with us the entire time we were in the store. Sadly the store didn’t even have the shoes that he wanted so we left. Never coming here again !

Horrible experience, I order online and paid an expedite delivery fee, so I could receive my order within 3-4 days. Today is the 4th day still havent receive my order. I called they said theirs nothing they could do for me, that my order was going to be deliver in 3 more days, which falls on Saturday. The shipping address I put was for my job, which we arent open on Saturday at work. This will be my last time shopping at Champs!!! Very unprofessional and false delivery shipping dates!

Alright, here’s the thing. The place itself is nice and has a wide variety of merchandise. Customer service is one of the worst. End of story.

The employees was very helpful but they didnt have anything in my size for what i wanted but i ended up with shoes that was ok.

Great customer service, if they are out stock on a item they will find a location or callOr suggest to go online on a product that cant be found in stores.

Its like the B side of Foot Locker, theyre own by the same company, so they allow each other to carry exclusive merchandise.

When you buy, the say you can return, if you don’t like it. When you try to return, they say you can only exchange for another product.

Terrible customer service over the phone. I called about shoes I ordered to be delivered because they were out of stock. The girl was dismissive and then kept calling me by the wrong name and once my question was finally answered she hung up on me.

I called this place and this lady hung up the phone so quick I doubt she even heard the question... great Customer Service skills lady.

So i guess champs dont like to answer phones, cause everytime i call they dont answer like wow.

I recently went to champs and ordered a shoe that they did not have in stock in store and i waited 2 weeks for it to arrive and when it came they sent me the wrong size and also, the package came all smashed and the papers inside were crumbled up and when i called them they said i had to go to the store and exchange the shoe and they will order it online.
