I love Garmin products and more than that, I love going to the Aventura store to experience their products. The sales people are so knowledgeable and on point to direct me on the best purchase for what I need. Theres nothing like excellent customer service when you are purchasing important products for your passions. Bravo Joey, Store Manager on you and your staff!

Want to thank all guys from Garmin Aventura! I got my new Venu as a present from my wife in August and got some issues with heart rate monitor and some others. They’ve spent more than an hour first time trying to fix all problems and on the second time they did a lot and even gave me new pair of watches because the problem couldn’t be solved! So thank you so much and special thank to Joey (sorry, don’t know other guys names). You’re the best! I am with Garmin for more than 3 years, and wanna stay more!
We just went there for the first time a week ago and got our new watches.
The sales person was helpful but I still have problems with my Vivoactive 3. The battery works fine one day but not the next.

Had an amazing experience. May and Joey where so patient and helpful. I came in for a cable and ended up buying the Phoenix 6s sapphire. The help me with the set up and any questions I had.
Went into the store and the customer service was terrible. Seemed like asking questions about a product Fenix 6x Sapphire annoyed him. He literally did not even move his spot when I asked him about the watch. Had few questions about connecting a Stryd Footpod to the Fenix 6 and his answer was, “I don’t know you’ll have to buy the watch to see if it works.”Smh. I said ok. Thank you and left. I’ll go somewhere else to purchase the device. Pretty disappointed with that service. I’ve shopped there a few other times and have way better experiences there.
I just bought a Garmin Forerunner 945 with Matthew.Awesome guy. Even a more awesome business man.Knows his stuff and wants you to get what you’re looking for out of a watch. As a runner, I wanted a top of the line product that will take my game to the next level.He took the time to listen to the details, helped me find an awesome watch and did an in-depth comparison of the different models.He wants you to be happy and find the right watch.Next time I upgrade my Garmin or get one as a present for family and friends, I will be coming back to buy from him and his store. Worth my Money and worth my time. This place is awesome.

Garmin Aventura mall store is AWESOME. Im a fairly new Garmin watch user. The staff was extremely patient, took all the time in the world to answer my questions. If you are a Garmin user like me I highly recommend stopping by. I give them a 20 out of 10. Paris, one of the sales people was just AWESOME.
Do not support this business. We were accused of stealing. We were profiled by Alan/employee the salesman. Therefore if you not cocasion he will call security and refuse to provide customer service

Got my watch updates on a laptop here at Garmin. I previously purchased a MARQ Expedition and my computer stopped seeing it. I brought it back in and bang! Thanks for the help. Garmin activity trackers are better than anyone elses. Even if they sell a watch high end watches at high prices they still have more features and more uses than most people need. I highly recommend
