-the hats are really cool and everythingBut…The worker there was not that chillHe does not create a nice environment and gets mad easilyI am only 14 but still he had a very angry tone and the alarm want of after I paid and I said “you saw me pay” then he said “RELAX it was them over there!” With a stern look.My friend who is short went to go grab a hat from the top and of course, he used the stool to grab it. But the worker yelled and said GET OFF MY STOOL and it was just some normal stool anyone would have. And if you were at a store and you wanted to grab something from the top the first thing that would come to mind would be to use a stool. But no this worker had no chill and we are only kids. I hope this problem gets resolved

Eli was great help, he assisted very well, but then when he walked in front of me, what I saw........ lord have mercy that was big.

Let me just start by saying I am very disappointed about the costumer service I received from the employees at lids located in Aventura mallI simply came back for a mistakes they were responsible for and I was treated rudely by a gentlemen who I believe it was the manager while he did gave me the return that I was due he went on and on about issues and made me feel very uncomfortable ... as a loyal costumer of lids I feel very offended and something should be done as I still feel offended about this issues even days later of the accident ... I’ll tale my business somewhere else sadly since this store was close to me and I love hats but I rather go somewhere further instead of being treated like a child and offended about a person who doesn’t know how to treat their costumers .. sadly ...

The store displayed a sign saying “Will Return at 2:15” but they never showed up.
