Not surprised this location has 3 stars. Absolutely the worst customer service. Went with my mother who was visiting and Ivette was cancerous. We had the intention to purchase a few gifts. Within minutes she was inundated with aggressive attitude and comments over a mask that my mother had. I stood outside and watched it happen. I had to intervene because both employees (old blonde woman with accent and older Spanish woman with glasses) began yelling at my mom. She felt harassed. Such a shame because the location is great. There are ways and means to say things and their level of customer service was atrociousI fully intend to write to Longchamp in detail of everything that transpired ans will no longer support the brand.

Rude stuff!!! The whole mall does not require masks anymore. A minute me and my husband walked in this store the lady didn’t even let me say hi yelled “we not allowed people with no masks in!” Of course on my question if the store can provide me the mask she said “no”. I wasn’t in the mood to argue with her about me having a vaccine and laws. But I feel like if the store requires masks, then the store has to provide them. We just left. Never will go there again. She ruined the whole mood.

I love the store the brand the quality what I dont like is the treatment of the people who work there

The worst costumer experience ever! I had brought my friend and his mother to buy bags here for gifting and this rude lady that was having a break screamed to us from the second floor “are you going to shop or what? And told us we were been loud and she needed silence to eat.” I wanted to walk away immediately or call management! But his mom was so eager to buy from the brand that we stayed and unfortunately bought stuff someone else helped us but still never going back again ever!

Thats the worst customer service Forget please do something Manager is so rude I m going to report the attitude to the Headquarter that unacceptable Pick up a bag with a price on it and she told me that the price was a mistake .... Wrong Madame ...

I visited the long champ store in the Aventura mall a week ago where I was very well cared for. I bought a wallet a week and I buy another wallet again and have one that had a spot checked. Today, October 10, in the morning, when I arrived at store 12 at that time, the store was closed because they were cleaning. When they opened I was attended to by a rudely good handle and the saleswoman I was going to buy another purse but the one I had bought previously told me that they were used in a bad way. I do not recommend that you visit the store, those employees do not deserve that position, they are not friendly with the customer where they are going to buy and leave money. Please, I recommend that you take action with these personnel since it is a crime for them to lose clients due to their bad treatment.
