Wonderful service, I was in and out! After waiting for 30 minutes at Fedex and later finding out they were closed. So glad I came here instead, was very happy with service provided.
The worth location ever I have dropped my packages!! The superviser Kenny ( the way he pronounced his name) is horrible.Many People were waiting in line, he did not pay attention. The guy from UPS brought some packages while people were in line. The supervisor said he is not going to help people in the store firstly, because people ( whose boxes were brought by UPS guy) pay every month membership. However, people in the store already have paid for their labels. Such a horrible supervisor!!!!!
The UPS staff is very cordial and helpful. I have seen them go out of their way to help and advice clients. Even when some people, unfairly, criticize them or treat them meanly, they always maintain a calm and cordial attitude. It is the only UPS store I want to go

I went to this facility yesterday because I moved and I wanted to turn in my Comcast equipment before leaving. The Comcast store had a 40 minute wait and the lady at the door said I could drop it off at UPS. I ended up waiting anyway because there were only 2 people behind the counter and the entire time I was there waiting, one of them was helping a lady that brought in multiple items for them to pack for her so basically he was catering only to her and the other person had to help everyone else by herself. I understand that they offer the service and the customer was certainly entitled to it so Im not blaming her but they could have had someone else come to the counter and help the rest of us instead of holding up the line. The 3 stars is because once I got to the counter, I was in and out.

This is the most disorganized UPS Store I’ve ever dealt with. They *routinely* lose my packages, and when they don’t lose them, they usually have to look all over the store for them. Clearly, they don’t have any sort of effective system to keep track of packages. It’s not like it’s their primary business to send and receive packages or anything. I am cancelling my box here. This place is worthless.
Uneducated owner…Today a gentleman with his support dog got in this store and the owner started yelling NO PETS, and the person tried to show the documents for the support dog and the owner kicked him out of the store. It was disgusting, how this person can manage a location of such a big and good company yelling at people that has needs… what if my uncle that is blind wants to come with his service dog? Will he also kick him out of the store. Disgusting

This facility is the WORST UPS Store you could go to. I went with my service dog and I got kicked out because the owner started yelling no pets. My dog is not a regular pet, is a SERVICE DOG. When I tried to show him the documents for my service dog, the owner kept on yelling and telling me in a nasty way to exit now the place ir he will call the police. This is unacceptable, the amount of disrespect and nastiness was out of the charts. Also the store had like 10 people inside, about 2 feet apart of each other, and instead of worrying about the current pandemic and the health of the people, instead of having everyone 6 feet apart and no more than a couple of customers inside, he was more concerned about yelling me for having a service dog by my side.
I have been a customer for many years. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I come in all the time, and every time they greet me with a smile and assist me promptly.

This place is a mess. I had to be with people with only 2 feet apart, and the manager was more worried about a dude getting in the store with a service animal that the 15 customers that were inside almost touching elbow with elbow…. There were old people in the store that could die from covid for not respecting the health measures… This guys is really nasty when yelling at people
Went to this location to drop off a UPS return package and they tried to charge me $3.40 just to print out a single-page return label which they can scan from my phone screen. $3.40 is 1300% more than the $0.24 cents I paid to print the same sheet of paper at the Office Depot down the road. RIPOFF!!!!! What makes them think that a black and white print out costs that much, especially when they make money off the shipping service by processing the return.I’m not going back

I went online to print something on their website. Uploaded the document and paid for the service. When I come into the store they said: Oh sorry that doesn’t work. So.... How I uploaded it? And... paid?. Very rude staff member did not acknowledge my request and did not apologize.

I called this store and when I told the lady who picked up the phone, that the driver had taken the wrong package, she told me we cant do anything else and disconnected the call.

I have been coming forever, they are great. I rent a mailbox here and its so convenient. I get an email when packages arrive.Everyone needs to know how safe and secure my mail is here. I never have to worry about my mail and identity theft. In the news you hear all the time, mail goes missing but this store is the best and so safe. I am so grateful. Came in during a moderately busy weekday evening and was refused service because I had a small service pet with me. I had a mask and respecting social distancing for both of us and yet apparently there is a “zero tolerance” policy for pets.However, there was no issue or enforcement from the staff when a woman in line behind me bumped into me and completely disregarded social distancing for my safety and hers. Apparently the staff has no regard for enforcing social distancing when it can save lives, and yet my 18 lb service pet is more of a threat.When I asked you the staff member why, he just said “I don’t know and I don’t care” and shrugged it off.What a joke of safety at this UPS.

This is by far, the worst UPS store I have ever been to in my entire life. The slowest service! The Hispanic or Asian male the works there is rude and unprofessional! If I could give zero stars, I would! Take your money elsewhere!

DO NOT USE THIS UPS. They received my package and either went through it or binned it. Wont acknowledge receipt even though we have gone through every avenue to confirm it including having the mailman who delivered it himself confirm that it was dropped off at this store.Terrible customer service.After jumping through hoops to open a case and confirm my package was delivered to this store from USPS. After going through a case and confirming my package was delivered UPS does not have it.They are no help in sorting it out and from reviews someone probably just opened it to see what was inside or binned it. You can easily find a better shipping solution elsewhere.

Dishonest service. Claims to provide notary service for $10 and than charges $5 per each witness even if you bring your own!! Go elsewhere! The sad part is that the owners hide behind the Jewish orthodox facade.Would never use their notary services!
I was surprised. Their service was great. I dropped off my packages on Sunday and Sunday. The employees were so nice and helpful!
Never using UPS again. Terrible and unprofessional service. Package was to be delivered on 07/06, got a message that it was on hold due to wrong street. Called and spoke with customer service, verify the street was correct, explained that I am leaving the country and the package contains my tickets, was assured it would be delivered on Tuesday for sure 07/08, kept checking the site, was saying out for delivery, it never came. Called again, spoke with customer service, was assured they put an urgent message and I would have the package today. Checked the website, said out for delivered, called in the morning to confirm, customer reassured me that the package is coming, it’s is now 7:30pm, waiting on the phone for supervised for over 20 min, nothing was delivered.
Very happy with the level of professional service I have received from this location. I have been using their services for years and have always been very pleased with their professionalism. Just today I had to send a package that needed to arrive for a very special event. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was packed perfectly and then we went over all the possible shipping options. deciding on one that will definitely do the job but was not the most expensive. In other words, the staff worked with me to find the most efficient and affordable solution for my shipping needs which will do the job right (without merely opting for next day delivery which would have been far more expensive.)I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them.
They make up they’re schedule as they go and close randomly. And when your there they have no sense of urgency even when they have a line out the door.

Staff here need additional training in customer service, they are rude and seems like they dont want to be there.Went to drop a package from Amazon, had a confirmation and was told to email the shipping label to them and they charged me a fee for doing so. I have sent several packages in other UPS stores and FedEx and have never been charged to print a shipping label..Never again will I stop by this place for shipping or any of their services..

We actually love the folks at the ups store. Kenny is great, always helpful and when he sees us even if line is long he says hi.Its a neighborhood shop,but these folks have been great since first time we walked in.
If you are looking for a quick in and out drop off with receipt confirmation - this is NOT the place to go. Always a wait of about 30 minutes just for a simple drop off. The staff is nice but way too friendly. Can talk up a storm with customers for way too long when there is a line of people waiting. That is NOT excellent customer service.

I went to send some files and waited for 30 minutes. That wasn’t as much of the issue. I wanted to send something certified and she said to send ups. I said UPS is $11 and certified is $5. She said “if you want to send certified, go to the post office and stand in their long lines.” I was disgusted. I’ve been to many UpS stores and they have never treated me like this!
IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!! Do NOT take your packages here. I dropped off two return packages on June 5th and they weren’t shipped from this location until JUNE 11TH!!! Once the retail company received the packages a total of 4 items were missing!!!!! THIS STORE IS FULL OF THIEVES. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Terrible service! Wow very Rude and condescending! A young girl with brown hair. Talks down to you.. wont let you ask questions when they are the only USP store that lost my packages. I have shipped out maybe 13 items and the only three packages I am missing are the three packages that I brought here to this location. She talks long winded to explain that she has no information for you. So weird. And she randomly makes Conclusions to what your shipping out. Hands down the worst experience ever! She tried to embarrass me about something that Im not even doing Im not returning anything from Amazon I didnt purchase anything off Amazon I dont understand what shes talking about. So if you bring anything here and they lose your items they will not give you any information. They will be rude to you and try to embarrass you.

Worse UPS store. Went in to return my AT&T equipment with box and return label, and they informed that the AT&T system was not online. Like WTF, it doesn’t have to be online for them to receive this equipment.So I had to go to UPS store in Sunny Isle, were they received my equipment and gave me a drop-off receipt without even asking for anything else.Now I want to complain to AT&T as well for their bad service.

The staff is always friendly. But I do have a problem with the long wait for what should be a quick transaction. A smile and a welcome to the store is nice but if youre standing in line for 25 minutes and theres only two people in front of you, theres an unadressed issue. Id say this store is okay.

Cant believe the customer service. Made 2800 copies. Had to load all the paper. I was from out of town at the hospital with someone on life support. In a hurry and left without my laptop. Went back to get it and was told that I had to wait until the store opened. The manager was there I spoke with him face to face an he acknowledged that the laptop was there all kept saying we open at 8. This was 735. Made me wait until 8 then did all his little opening routine before giving me the laptop.

Wanted to charge me double the standard rate for insurance as quoted on the UPS website. I called UPS to verify and they confirmed this location was quoting double the rate as well as inflating the handling charge 30% (extra $20 in markups on my $100 shipment). Manager also tried to overcharge me on shipping rate by $10 but I questioned it and he changed it. UPS says UPS store locations can charge whatever they want for addtl services but cannot change shipping and fuel surcharge rates. Go to a UPS customer service center instead so you dont pay outrageous markups, or find a retail store that marks up a reasonable 10% or lower. Manager also told me that insurance would not cover damage since I packed it myself (instead of paying them to pack it), which turns out not to be true per UPS.

They doing to us lots of troubles bringing prepaid labels and boxes saying we take their space. When we said we are paying for the labels, the responds was, yes but you dont pay to us ! Meaning the store doesnt get anything from us as we coming with prepaid label so we getting a bad service

I called trying to get help locating my package and I got the worst customer service possible from a guy called Kenny I believe and a lady with a Cuban accent on November 15th at 5:30pm who kept saying Miamor which I find completely disrespectful as I am not her love. I called to help locate my package since the tracking # on my receipt didnt match their UPS system and after a few attempts where Kenny realized i didnt personally send the package since my name didnt match the sender DUH!! but at no point did he request the senders package but instead kept asking MY NAME, (even after giving him all the information on the receipt down to the date and time of the transaction) he told me and I quote I dont need to talk to you and he would call the person whose phone # was on file which is my mom who Im translating for!!!!! Needless to say I am not doing business with this location anymore because God forbids you have to call them to help you with anything 🤦♀️👎 Let see if he calls us back.Update: its Nov 24th, he never bothered calling me back which further demonstrates why you should avoid doing services there, obviously customer satisfaction is not even on their list of goals/priorities

This store always has long lines and they do not make it a point to get your mail before serving everybody in line ahead of you. They should have one customer service rep dedicated to getting the mail for mailbox renters but they do not. Also be aware that they will sign court subpeanas without getting your ok before hand. I have rented from other UPS stores and they never sign anything for me without my permission. Customers Beware!!
I came to this location to ship a package quickly while on a break. The store only had 1 customer who was being assisted, however, there were 2 other employees who werent with customers. Noone bothered to look up or greet me when I entered, nor did the employees who werent busy offer assistance. After a few more customers entered, a couple who spoke Spanish entered and walked in front of everyone in line and was greeted and proceeded to be assisted before everyone else in line. This experience was extremely unprofessional and I dont believe anyone should be discrimated against for not speaking Spanish especially since we are in America and UPS is an American company. This behavior is truly unacceptable.

One employee handles all the business. You have to be patient and wait.If you want to send correspondence with a return label they do not accept your home address. They oblige you to have it sent to them. The manager is rudeFortunately a there is a new Fedex office very close by and I went there.
There is always a long wait line due to the lack of employees, notery agent is also never there . And there is very little help by the people inside . Terrible experience drove 20 minutes further for exceptional experience at the ups further up . Ever going back

They closed the doors at 6:58 p.m not 7:00 p.m today, and the customer rep came out and started arguing with me that I always come five minutes before they closed and to come tomorrow or sunday. I just left since it is not worth fighting over a ups store I have 3 others near my house, bad management since all bad reviews are with 30 days, definitively the owners need to watch who they hired, since this is a major world wide logistics company.

Horrible customer service. Huge line which is no problem this time of year, I greeted first woman with a smile and asked her to print papers I had emailed to their store email. As a former ups employee, I have completed this task with ease and timliness. At this store, Everything is a problem. They redirected me to each of the three employees working, none of Whig showed intrest in helping me. Finally I used the in store computer to do it myself. I waited 24 minutes, did everything myself in 1 minute, and was charged almost four dollars when a black and white copy is $.39. I will NEVER come back for ANY project, big or small. The ups store 1957 on hallandale treats you with respect and actually cares about your business. This store snipped remarks as I walked out. Yes, it is a franchise, so the owners need to have more respect their customers and live up to the ups standard. I am extremely disappointed and walked out steaming . Horrible experience.
I DO NOT k OW why anyone would use UPS. Looks like company management DO NOT care providing all the complants and no progressover the years. You cannot schedule delivery, cannot get time window to have package delivered, que sera sera, driver will deliver it at his convenience by 3pm so you have to cancel all your engagements for him to drop or write he was there when he was not.I had to have package delivered today, caught error in address and corrected it but was told they could not corrected it. I would have to wait until package is returned the end of today, Friday or Monday,and call back to correct it thenIT takes another day to CORRECT it. So package that was paid to be delivered Friday might be delivered Tuesday or Wednesday that is five days instead of next day delivery.I wasted two hours conversation to learn it. If I did not requested supervisor l would not even know about that. The first agent told me she will CORRECT the address which was not true. The supervisor told me there was nothing he could do. I would have to wait entire weekend and call Monday to CORRECT the address.After entire day, l realized he too did not tell me the truth as there is escalation process which he did not even mentioned. Now office is closedIT IS FRIDAY night and I have to wait till Monday for office to open to speak to someone again. Since l will be not home most of the day Monday to Wednesday l DO NOT Know when and if this package could be delivered to me.The UPS SHOULD BE CLOSED.THIS IS DOSSERVICE TO ALL RIPPING SENDERS OFF MONEY.COMPANY TRIES TO SAVE MONEY BY EMPLOYING LOW WAGE UNDERTRAINED PEOPLE AND DOES NOT TRAIN THEM.
