Please stay away from here. They stole our motor and turbo out of my husbands car under owner of Sheffield Shop instruction and installed a bad motor and turbo. Attorney General claim has been filed because they refuse to make right. We had to pay a reputable shop another $2,000 to replace the bad motor and turbo Whites gave us. This shop is not BBB approved. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Very reasonable prices. The mechanic, Steve, is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to do business with. He had my car in and out very quickly. He was up front about pricing and able to explain what my car needed and why in terms I could easily understand. I never feel taken advantage of or talked down to.

Good affordable place to go. The young man there is very nice and helpful. I am glad they got new guy. This young man is very nice. Will not over charge you and tell you a bunch of stuff to scare you about your car. He will only fix what needs fixed and not add any scare tactic on like Conrads

I bought rotors and pads for the rear of my Optima as I have always done my own brakes. I quickly discovered after jacking the car up and trying to loosen the calliper bracket bolts, that after a few surgeries this past year I am not a spring chicken anymore. I couldnt budge it. I passed this shop several times while going to the lake so I called them up. Steve took me right in and installed the rotors and pads at a reasonable price. Thanks......

Not sure who I spoke with at this location but they were extremely rude also not sure if their hours are correct online but I was trying to figure out a time to get my car in and looked at (potential business) and the man I spoke to was again extremely rude and said they are Monday-Friday only in my opinion this looks bad for business if this is true you should update hours of operations on a massive search engine like google I will pass on ever giving my business to this place seemed very unprofessional and I really could not believe how rude this guy was over the phone I can’t imagine what their customer service is like in person

They are very good at their job.. And not had one problem with any of their work thats been done with my car.. They dont charge you like other place charge you so much for every thing..

Car running poorly. No acceleration. Went to Whites on Miller in Avon Lake. The mechanic Eric, was very helpful and pleasant as well as being knowledgeable. Gave me a ride home and completed fixing the problem very quickly.The price was reasonable and the car runs great. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks youll see me again.

Even though I work two jobs and have limited time available, they worked around my schedule to install new brakes on my car. No other shop was willing to work with me the way they did. My new brakes work well without the high cost. I recommend Whites Brake and Wheel to everyone.

Prices are good and service is friendly. Would give 5 out 5 just there is only one mechanic so you have to drop your car off for the day. I guess this keeps the prices down however if you got one car your day is pretty much shot unless you can call for a ride. The service seems genuine and when comparing prices their the most affordable.

*UPADTE TO LAST REVIEW* We had to take in our other car. We thought the issue was going to be a much more expensive repair. The mechanic could have easily done the unneeded work instead of just replacing a battery. We would have not known. Whites was honest and fair. That alone is impressive. Also discovered that Whites dexos oil change price blows Conrads out of the water. I know where we are going for our next oil change!*ORIGINAL REVIEW* The price quoted was the price paid (plus a small hazardous materials disposal fee). Work was quick and still holding up.

Ive had to come here a couple times in the past and have always been very happy. The owner was even able, and willing to talk to me about my car and possible problems over the phone and/or texting, which was helpful because it gave me a rough idea. However, today I tried calling up here again and not entirely sure if I spoke to the owner or someone else but they pretty much cut me off while I was speaking and just simply told me they cannot help me or even speak to me about my car because it was over the phone. I just thought that was extremely rude and unprofessional. Im not really sure why you cant speak to me over the phone about the car when Ive done it multiple times in the past???? Probably going to try to find a different shop. I dont appreciate rudeness. Good luck to you.

This guy does a fantastic job on brake work.Was swamped when first went in told me come back Monday morning and he kept his word,in todays world that means a lot.
