Carpet came in early, workers showed up early for install. Cant BRAG on them enough, especially Karen ( youre the best Karen)

Brian and Justin showed up at the exact time of appointment. They were friendly and speedy. They exceeded my expectations!

After ordering tile for two bathrooms at another place in Avon Lake and month later tile still not in we demanded our money back. Went to Premier Custom Flooring. What a breathe of fresh air. Carl came out and measured and Jackie put in the order. The quote was good and tile came in within a week but problem getting transition stripes from supplier. Not their fault though. They came day before Thanksgiving at 9 am. The two men worked their tails off. Never took a break and finished up at 3pm. The floors are beautiful and workmanship superb. What a great way to run a business. ! Thank you so much Carl and Jackie.

Horrible customer service and workmanship. I really can not say anything nice about Premier. They did a horrible job and tried to do 1/4 the job, but charge me full price.

Great customer service! Do what they say, say what they mean! Shout out to Jackie! The man who did the estimation was extremely nice and helpful.

The installers came over two hours later than quoted to me without even a phone call to tell me they were running late. I had to call the office to ask where they were and they seemed surprised I cared that they were late. When they finally came they worked 20 minutes, walked out the front door and took a 30 minute break without even a word that they were leaving, I had to look outside to see them eating and lounging in the van to see they took a break already. Then they worked 30 minutes and then took another 30 minute break. All in all they worked a total of two hours and breaked for one hour, remember after they were two hours lafe already. When the job was done I went to look at the two small bedrooms they worked on and noticed my woodwork had knife/cut marks every one inch around the perimeter of the rooms. I called the office to let them know I was upset and the salesman told me he would let his manager know.. This was two weeks ago I never received a call from a manager. Nice business, never again. It just seems they do not want the business and they just opened.

We got a quote on flooring from another flooring company down the street. Although they were very helpful, it was much more then we thought it should be. We had a very good experience with Premier in the past when they refinished our foyer and put in new carpet throughout our house but I didnt see the same flooring I had liked at the other place. My husband decided to call Premier anyways just to see if they could maybe soecial order the flooring we liked and give us another quote... so we called them on a Tuesday close to 5pm. Jackie answered and was able to have a person at my house before I went to work the next day! He showed up on time and was very knowledgable about what was to be expected with the new flooring. They returned the quote by the end of the day. The quote was significantly lower! We ordered the flooring and within 2 weeks we have a date set for the install. I have been able to drop in at their location many times and they are always helpful and patient with me. We are in the process of picking out tile now for the backsplash in the kitchen.
