Nice t-shirt.

We’ve had many projects done by them. From T-shirt’s, signs, graphic work, and copies. I love that I can get rubber stamps the same day. I get so many complements on the signage they designed for my charity. We always have been satisfied with their work. I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

I ordered $1;500 worth of tee-shirt. Had to paid up front. Waited two years, never got my tee-shirt. Never got my money back . They just stole my money from a non-profit organization. They needed to go to jail.

Completely disappointed...I should of paid attention to all the negative reviews because generally those are the truth.Prepaid for services and products are not delivered. Constantly an excuse as to why not. Going to cut my losses and let them keep the money. It’s not even worth the frustration and headache.

Waited over a year to receive shirts that I ordered. Everytime I called it was a different excuse as to why they weren’t done. In the end they weren’t what I ordered. The shirts came out nice but just took way too long and I didn’t receive exactly what I ordered.EDIT I NEVER changed my order. You must have me mistaken and I never signed a form saying it was the correct order. It was 1 adult shirt and 3 children shirts. The adult shirt was the wrong size and they all didn’t have our names on them like they were suppose too.

We came across Satori Custom by learning about them from a mutual friend. We needed vinyl lettering on our work truck...and a lot of it! We needed both the driver & passenger doors, the windshield, and metal rails down both sides of the 10 dump bed to be done. We contacted the nice people at Satori on a Monday and had our entire order completed and ready to be installed by Friday. We also got some company shirts embroidered and they were done pretty quick too. The owners are extremely easy to keep in touch with. I was given their personal phone number to call and receive/send texts to get updates on the status of my orders, as well as, being very responsive on facebook. We are currently ordering refrigerator magnets & plan to get more shirts made soon, & possibly some yard signs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone or business. They will be the only company we will be using for all of our personalized business needs.

I have placed many orders with Laura & Greg and have been very impressed with their passion to make sure you are satisfied not only with the service you get. But the quality of the products they offer. Every order i have made has been ready when i was told it would be or in some cases early. I would recommend Satori Custom for all your advertising needs. UPDATE: After a personal meeting with female owner and receiving documentation that a refund is due and to be issued on May 31st 2018 - NO REFUND TO DATE 07/18//18. GREAT BUSINESS IF YOU DONT NEED YOUR ORDERS OR YOUR OWN FUNDS BECAUSE THEY DO. I will be filing a case with the better business bureau though. OOPS on the second order with this company they took my money and so far - kept it. I gave this organization 30 days to fulfill an order that could take at most a week. They told me they were living in their offices and could not afford to provide the product I paid for!! I still waiting 2 weeks after that to try to work with them. Finally at 30 days I went into their offices where I learned that they have a 45 day waiting period to refund money!! You may too be disappointed! Get my refund to me within a week of my visit and I will remove this post. I waited a month for NO THING dont add another month to this - be honorable!

I’ll start of by saying I am a small business owner just starting out, I decided 3 days before the Christmas parade that I was gonna have a float in it. I contacted Satori Customs and explained what I needed/wanted within 2 days they had my banner, buttons, magnets for my truck, and Shirts completely done for pickup. There were some flaws in the Shirts in which I let them know about. It wasn’t anything major but I still felt I should let them know, they apologized and explained to me what happened, they told me they would make me more and I could keep the ones I already had. They lived up to that 100%. They are absolutely the best at what they do, I’ve suggested to a few of my friends that they should try them and they were all just as satisfied as I was. I’ve got no complaints what’s so ever, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and respectful. I will continue to use them in anything that I might need.

They helped me develop my ideas and transfer them into a workable product, all while making me feel very comfortable and sharing my vision. They made very helpful suggestions along the way to further enhance my products. The final results always exceed my expectations and I couldnt be happier with my experience. Its obvious the Hendersons have been doing this for a while because they really know what theyre doing. I cant recommend them enough!

Paid for a product in full and have patiently waited since 8/26/2016. We contacted her several times and have had excuses everytime we came in contact, stating she had cancer and was sick so we felt sorry and we gave her more time now she avoids our phone calls she blocks our number she refuses to answer our emails all over 300 dollars. This woman is a liar and a thief I would never recommend her business to anyone. Don’t give her a down payment for anything because she will keep your money and avoid you and make up stories about why she can’t refund your money. I am not usually one to slander but this is just down right ridiculous. I am extremely disappointed in the service it’s 2018 and she still has done nothing to refund us. Don’t do buisness here it’s a rip off!!!

For such a small town Avon Park/Sebring is, the owner of this company has some nerve. I wouldnt even give 1 star if it was an option! This company needs to be investigated and is lucky I havent pursued legal help with getting my money back for product that we never receive, AS WELL AS all the time, effort, and stress my husband (Randy Adcock) and I have sacrificed in attempt to either receive the product we ordered or at least get our money back. We did everything we could to accommodate the business owners request to be patient. My husband would call every few weeks for an update and was given different excuses about why products werent ready, which was always the fault of the distributor or fault of shipping company. Eventually, we realized we were being given the run around and decided to cancel service and get our money back. At this point it had been SEVERAL weeks, at least 2 to 3 months, we had made that order. We were told that the returning process takes 45 days to return of money. After several discussions and what felt like negotiations, we agreed that if the products werent complete by a certain date, we would get our money back on that date. That date arrived and no product, no money, and plenty more excuses. We literally called every other week asking when we could get the money back. We heard every excuse imaginable. We offered to receive the money back in installments, the owner agreed. Though we agreed out of frustration, I find it appalling that I didnt pay for my product in payments, why am I getting refunded in payments? Eventually, we got 1 small payment. Needless to say, here we are, about 2 years later and we gave up on dealing with her. We decided to use this company instead of anyone else because the owner seemed professional and reliable and we were assured we would be satisfied. We all go through unexpected hardships, especially when owning a business. However, there is a way to handle business when taking peoples money, especially when they are trying to run a business as well. We were thinking we were making an investment into our own company by ordering her products. At the end of the day, our company lost money because of this. After ordering our items in that store, we actually lingered to have small talk with the owner. If she has money to go to Disney as often as she claimed to me and my husband, she has the money to refund to people. Or AT LEAST operate your company with integrity. I will be sure to share my experience with anyone I get the opportunity.

I have placed several t-shirt orders with this company.....and I was very pleased with the work, quality, costumer service etc. I have actually referred friends and family. I will be ordering more items from them in the near future.

I have tried to contact them for over 2 months now, and it has been impossible. We ask to meet with them to fix our website since they made the draft that we did not like and they never answered., Our website was not created from scratch. Our office manager has been to their store 4 times in the past month, and they are never there. I need our domain name to work with someone else and they do not have the decency to provide us with this information.

It was a horrible month of constant lying about when my paid in full product would be ready and when they finally she agreed to refund me, it had to be a post dated check. I wouldnt suggest this business to anyone!!!
