I went in super frustrated at my hair and feeling hopeless like my hair was never going to be pretty again. I explained my situation to Brittany and she helped me SO much. She found me multiple products to help, explained everything to me step by step and was super realistic and kind. I appreciate her help so much. Thank you Brittany!!

I feel so bad only giving her a 5 star and I forgot to catch the girls name that was working today. Long story short I havent had a day off in a long time and my hair hasnt been touched in a while. I usually go to the north olmsted store or strongsville, I moved and the staff at Avon is way better. Thanks for the recommendations, my hair looks amazing now. Yall rock!

This Sally’s is the best, the guy working there was so helpful. I tried the Elyria Sally’s the day before but the lady there wasn’t giving me the help I needed so I left and tried this one. Much happier with this Sally’s. He showed me everything I needed and even let me know what was on sale. Will come to this one from now on.

I love this place to death but I’m a little agitated that I drove all this way in Avon and you’re closed your Website says you’re open so I’m a little irritated that I came all this way and you’re not you might wanna just change your website hours immediately

Had all the items I wanted and even a BOGO offer.

There were two employees stocking shelves when we walked in. Neither of them acknowledged us let alone asked if we needed help finding anything. Once we found what we were looking for we went to the register. We stood thefe for approximatelt three minutes with nobody coming to ring us up even though one employee saw us standing there. We eventually left the item on the counter and walked out. While we were waiting another customer walked in, the door dinged and the employee down the aisle from us did not even look up, that customer also walked in and walked out.
