Had a horrible experience. First my mattress got delivered to an different address the problem was fixed by the delivery driver. Paid extra for my old mattress to be taken on upon delivery they told me they didn’t do that. Called the store they said I wouldn’t be charged for delivery. Failed to follow up with me. They called me again getting my story of what happened. Never heard anything again. Decent bed I received but my issues weren’t taken care of.

They don’t try to just sell you the most expensive mattress- they want you to be happy with your purchase. They had so much information and critical details on each mattress. So happy we came here. Do not shop here if you dont want to get the run around. I spent almost $4,000 on a mattress 5 months ago and still waiting for a box spring swap out. I was told by Angela I would have my order shipped today and yet again, another delivery promised and not delivered. I am a business owner of 16yrs and honestly I can not believe the lack of follow through at this store. There was another day in October I was supposed to get a delivery and waited the whole day for nothing to show up. Then on Dec 1st I was told I was scheduled for a 12-3 delivery and they showed up at 6pm (with a mattress) without any phone call that they were running 4-6 hrs behind. No apologies for any of these instances just promises they would take care of it. The beauty rest hybrid mattress I originally was sold was horrible. I could not sleep on it without lower back pain the whole next day. In addition, the deliverers that delivered my original mattress and the swap out came without masks on. This is one of the worst shopping experiences I have had and it has wasted so much of my time. Future shoppers I would not suggest this company or this store in Avon. I will be sure to post my experience on the Facebook page of the new development I live in as a lot of my neighbors are looking to furnish rooms of their new homes! I regret trying out a new place and wish I had just gone with Levin who has always been fabulous!!

Seemed like they only had higher priced mattresses available on the sales floor - but when you go on their website they had many other options that were priced a lot lower. I won’t buy a mattress that I can’t lay on first, so I was disappointed when I went to the store. The sales staff, however, was incredibly nice.

When my husband and I were searching for a new mattress, we stopped at mattress firm and met Danielle. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to about what we were looking for. My husband sleeps hot and we both prefer pillow top mattresses. We found a great I Comfort mattress with cooling technology we both loved, but after a month, it seemed to be a little too soft for my husband. Thanks to the easy 120 day return and exchange program, we were able to go back to the store and pick out a slightly firmer hybrid pillowtop mattress. We went in on a Saturday and our mattress was exchanged on Monday. Thanks Danielle for all of your help! We have never slept better!

Received an automated call the day before delivery giving us a 2 hour window. Day of delivery was able to track the delivery truck, which spot in line we were and which stop they were at. The website updates the approximate time of delivery. I received an automated call 15 minutes before delivery. They arrived right on time. Red carpet just as described on the site! They hauled away our old mattress and box springs as part of delivering the new mattress and box springs. Would highly recommend Mattress Firm!

Great staff and great prices! We bought a mattress about 30 days ago from them. Ken was so helpful and answered all of our questions and was super patient. We got it it wasnt quite what we had hoped it would be. Went back in and they were more than willing to help. David was also so patient as we went back and forth trying to decide. I will admit we are those annoying customers who cant make a decision and they were so accommodating. Will definitely use them again for any future needs.

(I have left STORES before because of pushy sales people) she took her time and explained memory foam vs springs and any other question I had and was wonderful. She was so good that I applied for a credit line and was approved and ended up buying a great mattress with affordable monthly payments, cooling gel pillows which feel like sleeping on clouds, mattress protection pad and the delivery will be on Tuesday. Warranty is better than most. I never intended to purchase anything today...just testing. Getting a new mattress was so daunting, when you look at all the prices, but the fact is you use it for years and years, and the value of investing in a good mattress is worth the cost. I have the RIGHT mattress on layaway and I am paying it off in small bits every month, I cant thank the manager who helped me pick it out enough, she was patient and really made me feel free to take my time and find exactly what I was looking for. And with the shipping cost on lay away as well, I know when I am done, it will be delivered, set up and the old one carried away with no hassel on my part.
