Little resale/consignment shop that is much larger on the inside than you would guess by the outside. Mostly brand name items for sale, not many vintage items. Prices were too steep for us, if I wanted to pay $30+ for a shirt I would just buy it from the actual store. Had a good selection of prom dresses and shoes. Lots of kids clothing upstairs. The downside-BIG mean growling and barking dog INSIDE the store.... we were even warned that it was very unfriendly! Why on earth would someone trying to sell items have a vicious dog inside during open hours with customers coming and going is beyond me. Shop owner also was unfriendly and only spoke to us to tell us the dog is not friendly do not go near it.

It was just okay for me because all there cloths are geared towards petite women.

After working in retail management for almost 10 years I was shocked by the customer service here. Its funny, I dont notice most of the time, but this woman was so rude to me - - stay away, although I dont need to tell you this since Im a true believer in karma. You get what you give, whether its good or bad~she will be taken care of :)

So rude. She thinks everything in her shop is gold especially prom dresses. I went in with my little sister who is starting highschool. She and her friend loved this one dress and wanted to try it on. Instead of letting her the lady took the dress away and said we couldnt because we might damage it. And that my sister had no reason to try it on. Because she didnt need it yet. Never ever go in here her customer service is awful.

It was my first consignment with this place, everything was fine at the beginning but when i picked up my stuffs (high end brand name purse) she never return one of the dust bag that came with it to me. She claimed that i didnt bring it with me but i know better i had brought it in. Never again!!

Overcrowded with merchandise

Owner is rude & somewhat abrasive. Id prefer to shop/browse w/ staff than owner. Got a great deal on designer purse yet was chastisized for taking it off the shelf behind register (owner wasnt around to help). Owner later accused someone of stealing. She told me about it as a customer...seemed out of place. U may find something nice...wont be the owner .,;-)

I wouldnt give this place the time of day. I went in to ask the owner if she took formal/evening wear. She said she didnt, so I was like ok, no problem. As I was walking out she asked if I had the items with me and I responded yes. She said, well, Ill take a look I guess (as if I was totally putting her out). I retrieved my 4-5 items from my car, brought them to her, and she barely GLANCED at them before saying, no she wouldnt take them. She was completely rude, had absolutely NO customer service skills and definitely wont get mine or any of my friends/family/business associates business after I tell them about her. Does she not know that bad news travels a hell of a lot faster than good news?? DUMB ASS.
