Wendy is awesome! Very polite and professional. She helped me get everything I needed set up. The whole process was easy and efficient.

The lady that works in the office, Wendy, is super helpful. She made sure we completed our application properly, showed us to our unit, and is always available to answer questions (renewing our lease, getting an additional unit, transitioning units, etc...). The climate-controlled units seem new and are very nice. I think they are a great value for the money.

I actually checked out two locations for this company, Elyria and Avon. I was very displeased with the Elyria location however the Avon location is better. The site is cleaner, brighter and all around just a more pleasant experience. Wendy was very helpful in getting me set up and prorated the first month since I wasnt there on the 1st. (The Elyria site was going to charge me the entire month!) When I accidentally gave a low review for this site thinking it was the Elyria site, Wendy called me to asked me why to see if there was something she could do. Thanks Wendy.

I realized that I had to get a storage unit to help store a number of things after my mom’s passing, so that I could take time to go through the memorabilia. I was happy with my SOA for their location, security, ease of entrance and climate control! I was able to get a unit that is just the perfect size right away, after getting an appt quickly. The terms seem good, the price is right, and I started moving in the next day! I’m so happy to work with the nice people of SOA and I love having a unit.

Nice place! But one problem drove all the way out to get to a closed gate! Access 7am-7pm Monday -Sunday. Showed up 5pm Sunday gate was closed no way to open it and if there is it’s not clearly posted. I get the offices are closed but how are you supposed to get to your locker? I was told gates are automatic open at 7am and close at 7pm. If I’m wrong can someone help me out am I missing a secret gate button I’m confused.

I have no qualms about the facility itself, after all it is just a storage facility. But DO NOT forget to give them a 30 day notice because they WILL charge you the next months rent. As if you always know 30 days ahead that you will no longer need the storage. I understand it is in the contract. My mistake.I will not recommend this facility.

Reminds me of owners who are about money only mentality.... Property is in poor shape but it’s a Storage place. I went on vacation before end of month with 6 days left on Rental I gave notice that said there’s no exceptions you must pay the next month in full no proration. I’ve rented off many other facilities and they would prorate with notice. This place would be my last resort if I was considering Storage Rental...

My go-to place for when I need a Uhaul!! Hassle free pick up and drop off. Both ladies Ive met that work there have been nothing but helpful and friendly and made an unpleasant experience (e.i. moving) less unpleasant!!
