My new machine shipped out the same day that I ordered it, and Aaron kept me updated the entire way with photos and tracking. Even when I had issues with the shipping company, Aaron resolved that very quickly with his representatives. That was above and beyond customer service. I purchased the sit down multi game arcade console in May 2017. The games work well and remind me of my childhood. Cabinet is well built and now my kids love the games as much as I used to. After about 2 1/2 years of sporadic use but leaving the console “on”, the power supply went out. All it took was a quick email to the company and they reached out to assist me in repairs. Upon determining that the power supply was the issue they promptly sent out a replacement part along with a video demonstrating step-by-step instructions to replace it. All of this was done free of charge. It’s encouraging but rare to find companies in this day and age with this level of customer service. Thank you gameroom goodies.

I purchased the multi-game table top arcade game complete with Galaga and Pac-Man and could not be happier! The customer service was amazing. Aaron was so responsive to some emails that I had regarding the game and when I requested if it could get completed in time for my sons birthday, he made it happen! We had a slight issue with the game when we received it, one of the joysticks was not working properly, but after an email, he sent me a video on how to repair it, a credit back to my credit card, and has said he is sending me a new joystick just in case there is ever an issue in the future. My family has had an amazing time with the game. Thanks for the great product and service.
