I cant say thank you enough to Michael Edwards at Honda Earnhardt. He was incredibly kind and understanding. He didnt try the typical pushy salesman tactic but was just very forthright with everything he said. He listened to the situation and even intuitively picked up on the missing pieces and did the absolute best job with the situation he was presented. I never thought I would be able to buy a car a year in the future being a young person but with my hard work over the years and then Michaels finesse, I was able to have a car that I picked out (not got stuck with) and love it. Ive lived in my cars before and by gods do I wish at that time it was this one! (: Im Honda loyal always but now its nice to know I made a great connection in the business. If you dont go to Michael, youre already a step lower than where you could be. In and out in a few hours with a smile on your face and still at least some money in your pocket!Thank you Michael and Marty (cant forget the finance guys!) for making a process that was very stressful, so easy.

Appointment at 11:30 already waiting over an hour. Shuttle request with appointment scheduling. Not sure why had to sign up anyway and still waiting for a ride at 12:49. Only had a low tire so really ridiculous! Meanwhile all the employees are enjoying their lunch while the rest of us watch and our stomachs growl.

Earnhardt honda service center is extremely unorganized & poorly run. This is the 3rd honda service center that I have been to in the valley & it is by far the worst. The service was slow. I arrived at 7:25 am for my 7:30 appointment & had to wait till 7:40 for the service advisor. It should not take this long to be checked in. The service advisor said it would take 2.5 hours max and that he was overestimating, it actually took 4 hours. Hire more people & stop wasting people’s time. People are busy & don’t have 3 hours to waste at the dealership. The customer service is extremely lacking here. My car wasn’t even taken in for service until 9:30 almost 2 hours after I arrived. Absolutely ridiculous. I had to ask my service advisor for an update since he couldn’t even be bothered to update me. I wasted 4 hours of my life here. Nobody explained my bill to me at all. I was charged $17.93 a misc charge for who knows what. My car was returned to me dirty even though I requested a car wash and the multi point inspection was returned to me blank. This is the worst service I’ve ever received. I will NOT EVER be returning.

By far the worst service I have ever had. For a second time I have had to wait over 5 hours with no follow up from the advisor. I dropped off my car for a 7am appointment to repair the visor. I was told the repair would take 2.5 hours max. 7 hours later, my car was not ready nor had I heard anything. I followed up myself only to be told by the the advisor that the wrong part had been ordered and my car was not repaired. When I voiced my frustration, not just on the delay but the lack of communication after 7 hours, the response I received was to the effect of once the car is taken to the back its out of their control. The frustrating part is not just from the wasted day with no communication about the error, but the simple disregard for their customers time.
