Store is clean and organized and staff are friendly. The 3 stars are for the check out line. It doesnt matter what time you come in there is only one person checking out customers. So I decided to do curbside pick up for the first time. Curbside is literally curbside in front of the NO PARKING FIRE LANE. So if someone is loading or unloading someone in front of the ONE SMALL sign you will miss it and drive in circles that youll end up parking. Now that I know where the curbside sign is I would try it again so I dont have to wait inside.

Not my favorite hangout, however I am in the middle of a project and needed a quick hot glue gun pick up. I was amazed at the selection of glue guns. Most places have 2 to 3 options, Joanns had about 10 varying in size, precision, and temperature. Mind changing about this place. I enjoyed my visit, and the cashier was quick and pleasant.

Employees very nice and helpful. Good deals if you look around the store. Always enjoy the deals and things I need to buy.

Love coming here for all my craft and fabric needs. A lot of the home decor is over priced, as if they mark it up just to put it “on sale” but you can definitely find a good deal here on occasion.

A really nice JoAnn location! If youre waiting for Halloween and Fall, be patient! The entire country is experiencing shipping delays for seasonal items and while they may have some already, the remainder may not arrive until the end of September.

Great place for fabric. Not a lot of there, but when there is it is still quick. Friendly workers who have great customer service.

Sam, the lady that cut the fabric was full of tips on how we could do it our self, reupholester our dinning chair. She helped us pick out our scissors, staple gun & lots of stapels. Also help us down load your app. When we got to the cashier Alejandra was so helpful with downloading the coupons, so all in all we saved so much money !! Thank you ladies we are so thankful for all your help!! Our chairs turned out amazing!

Basically great as normal, but disappointed in the new Halloween costume pattern book, and finally decided on 2 or 3 different ones after an hour and a half of looking through pattern books only to find out, none were in stock. No other store carries patterns and pattern books like they do. Does this mean I have to shop on line for patterns now?

Horrible service went in for candy melts I saw an end cap with Halloween food craft at 60% off so I grabbed some candy melts from that and was told that they were not part of the 60 percent by the manager (according yo the cashier) but said manager walked away before I could ask any other questions. So rude and disappointed, I come to this store often because its the nearest to me. I will go back to Michaels.

The store was well stocked and organized.The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I had been on line before hand and scouted out what I wanted. The advertised price of the product was different and they matched it without hesitation. Ill be there again

I drove up to the front of the store. The associate was standing there. I rolled down the window. She handed me my order and I drove away. Not even a minutes wait. So easy and quick. Went to look at sewing machines, apparently the people who can sell them were not expected to be in for several days.

Huge fabric selection. Friendly and helpful staff. Its often a busy store. A bit pricey but where else are you going to go? There arent hardly any quaint little craft or sewing stores left anymore. They do have some decent coupons on their website though.

Its a clean and nice store, but the employee not nice, i try to get some fabrics and the lady left the customer without help and it was long line with only one lady to help, so the stars for clean and organized.

Very unhelpful employees, I will go to the Phoenix locations and see if they will help me find what I need. I think they train the employees to stock shelves and measure to cut material.The young girl couldnt figure out what kind of material I had in my hand, if it was one or two pieces attached to make one. And couldnt take the time to finish helping me just to point and say the other side of the cutting tables. There is four sides to the cutting area when I got to it I wasnt sure which other side of it she meant.I sure hope the other locations have more experienced employees to help me find what Im trying to reproduce since it cant be bought anymore.They sure have a lot of material, they should be able to come up with something to be close enough for me to use.Thank you

Great store! However, due to Covid-19 they have been using different suppliers and it is difficult to match fabrics.

I love JoAnns as a whole. Its so dangerous when they have their super snuggle flannel sale and the blizzard fleece sale! Lol! I can easily spend more than an hour looking at all of the different fabrics! But this particular visit was just to pick up an online order. So I was good and just went in to pick it up and left. 😊

The 90s were the best...and the sales were great. Then they switched to high price tags and the coupons are worthless. Used to be able to double dip on doorbuster with coupon..that stopped eons ago. Its got the fabric but you can gind the home goods cheaper.

Always find what I need at JoANN

This was the only place I could find the puzzle tape. Its a great place and people are friendly and helpful. Only one thing I can say is they need to have more than one cashier.

I can always spend hours in this store. A lot of items to craft with.. The only improvement I can recommend is a larger checkout counter for the employees. It gets cumbersome when you have larger items.

Lovely staff and great selection of pens and markers. Fabrics section is also a great size. Didnt find any journals but they have lots of journaling supply.

I have been in a lot of Joanns over the years and have always been impressed with the selection and organization of the products. But this one ....really surprised me . It felt like a store that was about to close or go out of business. Nothing was stocked the clearance area was a absoult mess, nothing was priced right, and the staff seemed to be indifferent to it all and just did not seem to care and not all that friendly. It was a very strange shopping experance and I will drive the extra mile to go to hobby lobby or Michaels before going to that location again.

I have had to order onljnebcof covid 19 but I recieved in good time, some delivered sameday. Love that service as Iam homebound bc of that disease.

It helps to know what you are looking for before your visit. Employees are hit or miss with knowledge and even availability. My heart goes out to them, however, they dont get paid much and are expected to know a lot.

Thanks to their coupons I saved and I was able to get everything I needed. Im definitely going back.

Items that go on sale are often not in stock sometimes as early as first day of sale. This being a trend with their yarn I hope they start ordering enough to meet the demand.

Smells good and clean. Staff could be a little friendlier. Could also have better signage in the back about pricing and that you have to take some of the foam products to be measured and cut before checking out. Prices are very high, then they have sales marking things down to a more reasonable (but still high) price.

I had a hard time finding my soap making supplies and they had a limited quantity.

Three or four times a year, open stock paper is put on sale with a serious reduction in price. As a scrapbooker and cardmaker, this allows me to continue doing the crafts I love.

Great help from Karen in the sewing department. She assisted with my fabric selection and made money-saving suggestions. So glad I shopped there!

Im used to Michaels but this store was convenient to stop in. I crochet and the selection of yarn is decent but somehow feels limited. The prices are competitive to Michaels. Otherwise, the fabric and sewing section looked interesting but its not my thing at the moment.
