Horrible service given to African Americans in the beauty supply area. There must be a stereotype on those of African American decent. I watched the staff and therefore I will not support then anymore. This is sad because I was a regular now I will never return.

Love their clothes and accessories. I knocked off a star for them still trying to push the mask mandate even though the govenor has lifted it. Im not against anyone who wants to wear a mask. But I also firmly believe in faith over fear.

A little pricey and alot of clothes with little material. Besides that they have very cute sandal selection

I live in CA, my Daughter lives in Arizona . Every time I go to visit her I make a point to go shopping at BBB Fashion . I can always find something that I consider somewhat unique that I like, and its reasonably priced. I recommend if youre anywhere near that store, you wont regret stopping in and I can almost guarantee youll probably end up spending some money, but you wont mind.

They have good wig bands, and they are the ones that you see on YouTube are the ones you can buy on Amazon I hope they keep this product in stock on a regular basis

This is the only place I can find a decent Amount of black hair care products which is great but the customer service is very poor especially to POC

This is honestly one of my favorite BBB Fashion locations, if not best I have ever been to. The store is large and has a lot more options than the average BBB Fashion. The workers are bilingual and customer service is always great. I do enjoy the fact that everything is sectioned and organized efficiently and everything is not all jumbled up together. They have clothing for plus size, men, children, a wide variety of denim, makeup, accesories, shoes, lingerie, and lots of different hair products for individuals with different textures. I enjoy that the store is really inclusive in its products and definitely recommend this location before all others.

I called from home To see if they had an item and an employee by the name of yurina answered my call and I was very impressed by the way she handled my request. She was not able to answer my question right away but she did take my phone number down told me she would call me back because she would check if the item was in stock. She then returned the phone call like she promised, and gave me AlterNet ideas To choose from. I honestly think that is exceptional customer service

This is actually a neat little store. Of course, women would love it more, because it caters to them the most, but the men can find a few clothing items of interest. Im not into the hip hop attire, but if you need some cargo shorts or a t-shirt to lounge around in, they got you.As I said, women will love this spot. If you want weave, wigs or some clothes to wiggle your azz in, this joint has what you need on the cheap. It isnt Chanel or Prada, so dont go expecting such. However, if you want some hoochie gear to put on to do something strange for some change, this spot is for you!!!

Really fun shopping for ALL ages. trying on clothes everyone gathered round the dressing room to say yes or no way to clothing. the brave souls who were trying clothes on, me included found some great new styles at awesome prices. really had fun here.

The female employees are extremely rude. They were following me the whole time and giving me dirty looks. They really need to get fired, that is no way to treat a customer.

I usually prefer the Indian School Rd spot, but for convenience sake, I will frequent the Avondale location. This is my go to place for all things hair. They have a nice selection with good prices and I always use my frequent shopper discount card to add up my savings I earn. I cant tell you how many times I saved $10 on a transaction with that lil card!!! I usually see the same people working which is also cool because they are always friendly and smiley. They have nice clothing and shoes as well so that is a plus for shopping!

Everyone at this BBB Fashion is very professional and greet me with warm and genuine hellos and smiles.

I like getting clothes, for me, and socks for my children from here. Normally the girls that work there arent very social or just sort of rude but the most recent time we went, I was surprised because someone who works there was ACTUALLY NICE and TALKED!! I believe her name was Judith, she even made sure to stamp my receipt saying that I can bring it back and have the points added to my rewards card since I left it in my truck, she was great. If all the workers there were like her, Im sure there would be more business and I would go more often!

Very friendly sales clerks in the clothing department. Inexpensive childrens school uniforms and costume jewelry that rivals charming Charlie. Only downfall was the Chola near the hair products that got an attitude because I was just browsing. Other than that awesome place. The jeans are amazing. Great selection of just about anything, clothes, hair, shoes, uniforms, cosmetics and even body jewelry - I didnt like that they had a shirt with a horrible gang slogan. Brought it to their attention, I hope they listened.

Another place that treats people bad based on your ethnicity. I cant shop somewhere that doesnt respect my hard earned American currency.

Employees think its necessary to park in the choicest spaces, in front by store entrance. This selfish action does not stop in the parking lot. Go inside and youll get the full meaning of the Me generation.

I go here a lot for hair stuff mainly. They have a decent size hair section in the back and its on the west side so that helps... it can get pretty busy so if your looking at wigs or wanting to try them on that can be a bit difficult to get some help... the employees can be rude sometimes so there is that and most of the time they dont know about the items or products that they are selling so do your research before you go in.
