Purchasing our first sleep number bed has probably been the most pleasant shopping experience we’ve had purchasing anything for our home! We went in to the Avondale location with already an idea in kind of what we wanted, but as soon as we walked through the door, Larry approached us and immediately got us going with testing out the various options they had available. His knowledge and customer service was amazing and he made the experience fun and enjoyable. We are thrilled and anxious for our mattress to arrive and we couldn’t be more thankful for his assistance in helping us find exactly what we needed. The sales rep, Larry, was super nice and greeted us as soon as we walked in the store. He took the time to show us many different options and did an amazing job explaining everything to us, including the differences in the beds and bases. After my husband and I got home we both wanted to go back to the store to lay on the bed again. Larry also did an amazing job of keeping in touch with us until we were ready to finally make the purchase. Highly recommend you go see Larry if your ready for a new bed.

Sleep number lost my order 1day notice before delivery now wanting 11 more days total of 29 days since purchase who knows maybe my order will be lost again. Wasted my time on phone calls then more calls very unhappy. Don’t trust this company no concern about my order, I guess they got their money please beware

I was already in the market for an adjustable bed. I knew what I wanted but I was pleasantly surprised by the attention they give to each customer. Yes the units cost a pretty penny but if you are absolutely finished with the typical flat mattress I recommend sleep number.....if not for you for the happiness of your spouse as well! I went in there needing information about how the beds work and I needed to know if they were going to work for our needs. Which were medical. The young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and listened to me. She showed me everything that was offered whether I wanted it or not there was no sales pressure. (If there had been I would have left, it is my pet peeve) I did purchase a bed I felt good about my purchase and I know that it’s going to work for our needs.

Was a pleasure meeting Larry. He explained how the bed works in a very easy and simple way. The experience of trying the bed we look for and the visual pressure points that was shown after trying one of the bed. That’s what I was looking for to see since I suffer from lower back pain in the mornings. Looking forward for the new bed coming on the 16th.

I contacted this location to find out about getting a mattress for my 1 year old that has figured out how to climb EVERYTHING. We wanted to transition him to a full size bed. I left a message and got a return call within minutes from Mark. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I went to the store to complete the transaction. Mark got me an amazing deal on just what we needed and it was delivered a week later. Our baby seriously loves his bed! Im pretty sure he thinks its a huge padded playpen (as we have guards on the sides to make sure he doesnt roll out). My only problem now is that when I try to put him down for his nap, he wants in it immediately. He usually lets me walk him to sleep, then I lay him down. Now he clamors to get in it as soon as hes done nursing. LOL One happy mama right here! Thanks so much for the amazing service and product!

We had a great time visiting the Avondale store. Rosanne was super awesome. No high pressure and she genuinely seemed interested in my back issues while trying to assist me in finding the right bed. My husband can sleep anywhere, anytime, so this is really all about me and what I need. After spending hours in the store, leaving to think about it and make some decisions, a few weeks later we went back and ordered our bed! After 3 spinal surgeries, I will be sure to write another review once we get our bed and give it a try!Update: I have had this bed now since August of 2019. This bed is the worst. It has induced pain and muscle spasms I have never had before. I have tried everything at this point. My number has been maxed out just trying to resolve my pain. Not to mention, I am hot and sweaty all the time. Regarding the feeling hot all the time....The store had me buy a foam topper which didnt help. Then I spent way too much on cooling sheets. Didnt help. Then my time ran out to return the stupid thing while I was messing around trying to resolve issues. So, if you have spinal injuries, and need support, this may not be the right fit. Also, if you run hot or are going through menopause, you definitely need to think twice about getting one of these beds.

Customer service was great when being convinced to buy a bed. Then after bringing it home we couldn’t sleep comfortably on the mattress we picked. So we decided to return it. When we called the store they did everything they could so we wouldn’t return it .And the more we kept saying we wanted to return they insisted on exchanging it. Well not once did they say if we exchange it that was a final sale so now we have a brand new sleep number in our spare room.We are so disappointed with this whole experience!!!

This initially started off as a 1 star review the owner reached out to me and then a rep that i knew from the store called Rosanne they immediately resolved my issue that i was having initially my 1 star was not about the actual store its self but the company and there customer service but the store stepped up and resolved my issue that customer service blew off they diffidently went above and beyond for me and i truly appreciate it i love my new sheets thanks so much Rosanne

I had problems with my bed. The store didnt help but Facebook got me to the right prople. They worked with me and delivered another bed. Not the bed I wanted but it sleeps like my first bed.
