I spoke with manager naomi tsosie store 227 refused to warranty my boots with chunks missing I will attach photos. Instead of offering any solutions the manager just became argumentative. the boot is missing chunks to the point of causing instability an extremely dangerous situation that can be avoided I’ve proceeded to purchase my 250$ boots from elsewhere until this issue is resolved

I went to exchange a pair of boots this morning I thought I was soft-spoken talk to a manager I believe heavyset gal told me NO didn’t seem to be interested in returning my boots they were brand new our company spends a lot of money here she spoke to me about a one-year warranty that the boots weren’t damaged enough showed her my receipt which indicated commercial didn’t even read it thoroughly already determined not to return. No customer skills whatsoever… as I left I called arrowhead boot barn and they were happy to exchange my boots

What a selection they have everything you can think of but unfortunately I came to exchange my boots because they have a warranty but they didnt specify they have to be otherwise in perfect condition in order to justify the warranty I wasnt very happy about that for me the warranty was the only thing that set them apart I still ended up buying a pair of boots but only because I really needed them that day for work you be your own judge

I love country and Boot Barn is a place to shop to get that big boy feel for all things country... From weddings...church...night on the town...hanging with friend and just your everyday country feel these guys got you...and also welling to share a word of encouragement from the good book...Now if thats now country you dont know country...😃

We love this store, we came in on April 22nd, 2021 around 8pm and the service was excellent, a young lady helped us find my husbands size, we purchased boots for our daughters as well. Thank you for excellent service Boot Barn!!

Called the store in the morning to see if they had a specific boot in a size I needed, they put me on hold for 30 minutes to go look for the boot. When they got back on the line someone else asked what I was looking for and said they’ll just return my call. Returned my call confirmed they had the item (we even confirmed item number) got to the store right after work, turns out they lost the item, waited 25 minutes, another girl asked what the item was supposed to be, for someone to bring me a completely different boot than what I had asked for. They did not care didn’t apologize. This store seems to be ran by teenagers who really do not know what they’re doing.

Friendly, helpful, outgoing. Went in and was satisfied what I got. There in store sign up is fast and friendly. I recommend this store for tough jobs that need to be done all the right wear for any needs.

Sherri helped us and made sure we found some boots and took good care of us.

Would have given 5 stars if we could have found someone to help us find what we needed. When we. Finally found it we had to wait in line for at least 15 minutes as there was only one person checking out and he was moving pretty slow at that. Didnt see too busy for the time of day just not enough help. Only saw the one guy up front and when we were almost done another showed up to help.

Very much kinds of good boot. The price is from $100 or more from very good quality brand.

Amazing customer service! Helped get me the right boot size after my recently deceased mother had gifted me the wrong size. Most other places would have said tough luck. Great manager and staff.

Walked in looking for roper boots. Asked two separate staff members for help. The first one threw boots at me (literally) and said this is what we have before I even asked for my size. Second lady just straight ignored us. Called manager later and she said just said we were busy. The selection is also not that great if you are over size 10 in boots.

Awesome Boots! And western wear for all ages. I got some nice boots for my grandkids.

The thing I love best about Boot Barn is they always have a really fantastic selection, plus these days, the store is merchandise really well so that it looks exciting, and it always looks like they have new product coming in. They have both good selections for adults as well as a good range of decent childrens cowboy boots that wont cost an arm and a leg. Great job! 👍🏼

Robert Babbitt helped us pick out some boots. He was very friendly and informative. We were there to get my hubbys work boots and ended up with a pair for me as well.

I am doing this review only because we had a bad experience here. We had ordered boots online for a Christmas gift. We went back by the end of December to have them exchanged. We had TWO people working on the tablet to create the exchange and finally had placed the order for us. It is now the end of January and we have not received or heard anything in regards to that order that was placed. We were not provided a confirmation number, the lady just advised us it would take 10days for them to receive it but like I said we have not received a call of any sort to let us know the boots have arrived for us to pick up.

Thankfully they have a wide variety of work boots not limited to a handful of styles like red wings.

Just left the store. Very uncomfortable visit, my family felt unwelcome. We walked past four different associates and were ignored by everyone but one associate checked on a customer right next to us. After they continued to walk past and around one an associate finally asked if we needed anything and was not helpful at all. Will not shop at this store again.

Called for product availability was put on hold and I heard the phone get picked up but was rudely hung up on. Store employee could of told me the product was unavailable or something rather than just hanging up.

Staff was very helpful and the store was immaculate!The selections are wide and everything is perfectly organized so it easy to shop.

They did not have what I was looking for & the staff was kinda aggressive i dont need to be asked if I need help every 2 minutes

The customer associates were pleasant, though not helpful. I received the notification that my order was ready for pickup, but was told multiple times (at the register) that I needed to wait for the store to call; even as I provided the email notification for proof. I only received my order after I pointed out a package with my name attached to it on the back counter.

My guy wanted to look into boots for work. So we decided to go look. Naomi ( sorry if spelled wrong) helped us out and directed us to the right spot and just the right pair of boots he was looking for. We bought them and he liked them so well he wore them home. Everyone that works there was nice and polite. If looking for great quality boots I would recommend Boot Barn

Took a little bit to get help but once shirley was kn the case everything went very well I told her my budget and what I needed and she got everything ironed out for me as well as helped me out with price and maintenance products for my boots which I love btw I will definitely be returning for conditioning and more boots when needed.. thank you Shirley and boot barn for the boots and good service..

Everyone was extremely helpful with an exchange that was bought online. Helped me order the correct size and shipped to my home. I was happy they made it easy.

Sales person did not know much about the boots I wanted but a great selection and price.

I went in to buy a hat but I didn’t know much about proper sizing. Luckily, there was a very friendly and knowledgeable woman that helped. She spent about 20 minutes with me and we found a hat that looks and fits great!

This is a great place to shop for work and Western wear. Brenda and the staff were very helpful both over the phone and when we arrived. My preschool aged daughter is decked out, hat and all! And I was able to find the much sought after Thorogood work boots. We couldnt be happier! Thanks again and well definitely be coming back.

I gave it a 4 because the staff was helpful and approached me voluntarily. However, I left empty handed because the styles of boots for larger womens sizes (9.5+) was extremely limited. I do not know if this is the stores fault or the manufacturers. Size 9 is now the most common size and 10 is up there. Size 9 had all the styles I was looking for so I would have purchased if they had my size. The prices were good I thought.

Great selection and superb costumer service

Its okay but not great customer service. Went one morning sat outside the bench waiting for store to open with my little one and a bunch of woman came out not sure if meeting or new hires about 4 out of 5 of them started smoking by the door after 5 minutes they decided to come around the corner where we were and clouded us with smoke. Im sure around the corner wasnt the 20 feet away they were supposed to be. So I moved because my little one already had breathing issues. Store opened up buy one person who came up to the door still smoking let us in. But no good morning or while were shopping if you need help let us know. But other customers were being greeted and helped. When we asked some questions they seemed bothered so we left and went to CAL Ranch.

Never been to a store like this. I was greeted by Hannah who took me to the boots and gave me a very good education on boots. After trying a few different pairs on I found the ones I liked and we moved on to the hats. Hannah once again gave me an education, this time being on hats and helped find my hat size and a very nice hat at a very affordable price. The store was great and Hannah was awesome, thanks again for your help

Its a nice store with helpful people but the selection is very poor as you dont stock big sizes i feel its discrimination for me and others that are plus sizes its not right or fair, i have been a member for more then 2, 5 years and spend the same if not more money then other people

Always have what I need from hats to clothing and boots

They only seem to only sell 3 brands and 90% are cody james.. Which are almost great boots if your morbidly obese with kankles the size of softballs! Not sure why, they dont even carry Ariats passed size 10 in half their mens boots?! Tried on 18 pairs of boots and not one fit right, honestly Ive had better luck buying boots at Sportsmans Warehouse in Alaska!! Seriously, extremely disappointed with products. However, service was polite and they were very nice enough to tell me that Boot Barn owns Cody James boots and thats why they push selling such poor products.Honestly, with a name like Boot Barn I expected more and couldnt have been more disappointed. This is my 3rd attempt at their store and Ive walked out everytime without new boots. Youre better off almost anywhere else. Just wish there was a store that was a true Boot Warehouse :/
