Batteries Plus came in clutch for me. I had been trying to track down a motorcycle battery at several different places and no one was able to help me. Then I called Batteries Plus and all my problems disappeared. The BP Rep, John, answered the phone right away and was able to locate my battery within minutes. I drove right over and picked it up with no worries or wait. I am highly satisfied with the service I received at this location. And shout out to John for being so helpful!

Website says to call if your product is in stock. So I call, it makes me press one to keep ringing when they dont pickup. So I do this 4-5 times. Finally a rep picks up and doesnt even let me speak. Sounds like hes finishing an annoyed insult and says batteries plus please hold and puts me on hold before I even get a chance to speak. Sitting on hold for 5 mins now pretty sure he just put me here to get the phone to stop ringing. Needed a battery tonight before they closed guess thats not an option now. ZERO for customer service!

I set my old battery down to go get a mask. when I returned the clerk had already picked up my battery and had started the process. He was very nice. I had to go back because the battery was the wrong size and it was quickly corrected.

Turned a gb70 battery jumper in to get repaired on a friday. Battery charging port broke off the solders points. Knowing it wouldnt get looked at until monday because of a weekend, they said i would get a response on monday. Monday came, no response. Tuesday no response. I called tuesday afternoon to see the status. I was told i would hear back later tuesday or Wednesday. Tuesday went by and all day Wednesday no response. I went into the store before they closed on Wednesday to check the status. They said they couldnt do it and gave it back to me halfway installed and a loose bolt because it stripped. It wasnt stripped just not installed correctly. Im a technician and use this tool everyday and seeing they sell noco products i thought it would be a quick turn around. Ill just fix it myself. Only giving 2 stars because i wasnt charged. Will not be going back.

No star on last visit just want to share JUST BE VERY AWARE BEWARE... different employees charge different prices! Ive had batteries changed out 2 previous times for $9.99each. This female employee tells me $15.00 each watch. Im like wth I was just in here a few months ago and the guy charged me 9.99. Her reply oh yeah $15.00 is for the lifetime warranty. Hummm and none of the watches were set on correct times also she tried to charge me for one that couldnt be fixed. NO STAR ON THIS VISIT and looking for a new spot to change my watch batteries now. Bad visit and I will not be back.

I was able to order my battery online and received a 10% discount. As soon as I walked into the store I was helped and they put the new battery and discarded the old battery. It was quick, pleasant, and easy. The cost was competitive, the convenience was worth it.

Everyone of these places probably have the same array of products but what sets this store apart is the great customer service. Very friendly and willing to listen and help. Being knowledgeable of the various processes, of course, makes one confident and able to help the customer. I had been here for other services but came in with a cell phone battery problem, they fixed it but since it was a waterproof phone that I took underwater for pictures, it did not seal after the replacement. I should have thought of that myself but didnt and when my phone went kaput, they attempted to revive it but to no avail and then they rescinded the charges for the battery replacement. I certainly will be recommending the place to others and will continue to bring my various electronic and battery problems here as I know I will be treated fairly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. Great job!

Selection is pretty good on most things; they dont always have the most up-to-date camera batteries, but that is a fault of the company and not his location. Staff is always able to help and theyre pretty friendly about it. Best prices on the industrial batteries (the yellow ones at the front) and we stock up here. Corporate account is helpful for us and they never give us any grief about looking it up. Nice store. Good people. Located next to the Sprouts store on the northern-most section of that parking lot.

We ordered online for curbside pick up. It turns out through our conversation with the sales associate, we ordered the wrong battery. If asked us a few questions and he corrected our order for the right battery. If it wasnt for his heads up knowledge and thinking we would have had to come home only to go back and return the battery for the right one.

I originally purchased a battery online to pick up at the store, mostly for the 10 percent off. But when I got to the store, the battery was an entirely different configuration. We got the correct battery, which was $80.00 more, and when I told him why I ordered online, he gave me the 10 percent off as well. Thats just good business. This was personal, but I have a business relationship with them at a different store and couldnt be happier.

Kinda figure if you make an appointment for a cellphone battery replacement that your time will be honored, instead I show up at the appointment time and hear that it will take twice as long as originally quoted. I got $10 off ($69 instead of $79) but I made an appointment with them for expediency, I could have gone to an authorized Apple repair shop a little later and for $30 cheaper (before coupon) but I needed it done sooner rather than later, turns out I could have saved $20 and got it done about the same time. Disappointed. If you have a battery issue with an iPhone save some money and go to an authorized repair shop, dont waste time or money here.Edited: Im pleased with the response from this store and willingness to make things right, the battery that was installed was faulty and the store replaced it and extended the warranty as well. They obviously care about the Happiness of the customers experience. I wont hesitate to go to them again if the need arises.

Said they can fix my screen, didn’t warn me the screen they replaced it with will have to color of the iPhone 3g. Colors way off compared to my fiancé’s. Maybe telling someone the color would be off before changing the screen would be helpful

I knew my old battery was going bad but was shocked at the difference this new battery made just on initial start up! Cranks right the “F” over like nothing! Batteries plus overcharges for the quality of their screens.They have terrible customer service. I’ve gotten my screen replaced through them twice and they’ve both been broken with in no time. One little drop and there goes your screen again. They don’t have a warranty system for them so that way you have to pay full price for the new screen yet again and it’s ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend going there if you don’t have too.

Very strange activity. Took my phone in for the second time in 2 weeks. This time I was told I would have to pay for repairs because my EXTENDED warranty would not cover the cost.I was told the charge was $89 but would get 50% off because it had been repaired by them before.So my receipt says $89, my credit card says $35 and John said it was $60.So what is the real price?Sounds like someone is faking the books.
