So that I did not have to wait in line unnecessarily, I called ahead and determine if the device that I wanted was in stock. The automated message that I got instead of being able to talk to a person, said that the best way to determine if the item I want is in stock was to come in. Upon arriving the gentleman that checked me in asked me what I was there for, I told him I was there to get the device that I wanted, and I was specific about what specific device I wanted. He proceeded to check me in, giving me no indication that they were out of stock and would not be in stock for a while. After waiting for 20 minutes and still not having been seen I went and asked an employee if they had the device I was looking for. That employee proceeded to tell me that they were not in stock and that they would not be for a couple weeks. This was an absolute waste of my time and horrible customer service not just locally at the specific store but with the apparent standard operational procedures set by Verizon.

I walk in with a Wineguard wifi for my RV. The fella who greeted me at the door said he didnt think Verizon supported that, without even looking at the box. I told him Verizon does support the device. He said ok that I would need to wait an hour for a representative to wait on me. There were no other customers on the store. It was obvious to me thinking and cognitive reasoning were two words he was unfamiliar with.

Rude management. Needed a phone. Only few people in store and was asked if I had an appointment. Said no and would have to leave. Sales person was not helping anyone so I asked if she could help. She said they were about to close. It was 6:25 and the closed at 7. I told her I have cash. I want to upgrade and can she help. Her GM “Frank” said “NO” we have three more appointments ahead of you. I went outside and watched. Nobody went in after I left. I see why they rate 3.5 cuz their customers service sucks. T Mobile is looking really good not. I have been with Verizon for over 20 years and worst store ever.

Horrible service from Jessie, a Rep working in this store. And Im a Verizon client for over 20 years. I was assured by Verizon - when I bought my new iPhone online from Verizon - that this store would gladly help me with new iPhone setup and data transfer. But I was treated rather rudely, and in an offhand manner. I had a 30minute scheduled appointment, but it seemed Jessie was more interested in rushing through the appointment as quickly as possible. Made me feel like a number instead of a valued client.PS - A week after I wrote the review, the store closed. The Verizon employees probably knew the store was closing, so perhaps their morale was rock-bottom.

Mateo and Justin straight lied to my poor mother and took her $200 knowing the situation we are all in with this pandemic. They told us if we paid off her phone($200) we would be able to get a trade in credit of $700 to put against our new phones. Well they straight up lied and took her $200 and only wanted to give her $440. They did not mentioned this before she paid the $200, they literally waited for her to pay and then give her the news knowing she wouldnt be able to get her money back. Horrible company horrible people especially MATEO AND JUSTIN. Shame on you for stealing really hope this gets fixed ASAP

This store isnt the closest to us, but we always go here because of their awesome service. Sometimes there can be a short wait but its worth it for the better service. Due to covid they are operating by appointment only but we were able to pick up a new phone the same day by placing the order online.

Super busy store. No one was taking names when entering. I had to ask if there was a place to get a number, so that we could be helped in order of entering, since many customers were entering. After waiting, this store did not have the cover we needed. We were told it was not in stock, but no effort was made to see if it was in stock at another Verizon store.

I still cannot get my bill corrected and have to come in for a 3rd time to try and fix a problem that shouldnt exist. FYI...Grass isnt always greener on the other side future customers.

Horrible service. Came in and was assured by Verizon staff that they could change out my SIM card with ease. Came into store, checked in, and ended up waiting close to 45 minutes waiting. Ended up changing out SIM card myself. Normally would not have issues with waiting, but seeing only one employee working hard while the two others took their time was infuriating. I love being a Verizon customer, but this store needs some help.

Apparently they dont hire staff for this store. Had an appointment, kept getting called and texted to confirm which I did. Arrive at the store and oh apparently noone wanted to come into work so the store was closed and all appointments were canceled. Get told to go to another store but oh wait, you need an appointment to go there and the earliest is a week from today. Person in charge of this branch is obviously incompetent, due to the experience I had today and these other reviews.I will say I did like the cancelation email I got while sitting in the car at the store after being told by the 1 staff member there that they arent open.

Im a 20 years military veteran whos been a loyal Verizon customer for over 10 years. My family and I went to this Verizon Wireless (13050 W. Rancho Santa Fe Blvd) location on June 17, 2020. We arrived there about 4:25pm and was told to wait outside (due to COVID-19). We were given a disclaimer that we might not make it inside the store due to them closing at 5:00pm?? My family and I waited patiently for about 30 minutes when a Solutions Manager named Alfredo came outside and told us he was ready for us. As my family and I attempted to walk inside, Alfredo said only one of us could go inside. I asked why and he said thats Verizons COVID-19 policy. We explained that weve been to other Verizon stores earlier in the week and they did not have that policy. We asked why no one told us that before we waited 30 minutes in the hot sun? Alfredo said he didnt care and my wife pleaded with him to reconsider. Our son is a minor but he said our son would have to wait outside (in the 112 degrees heat). He then yelled at my wife Im doing this my way, I dont care what you have to say to me, you will not go inside MY STORE!I asked him not to yell at my wife and he became irate and told me take that protest somewhere else! I was taken aback by his comment and felt it was a racial jab based on recent incidents. I asked who was the store manager and he said none of your business.I left with my wife and son feeling so embarrassed, shocked, and ashamed that my son (and other customers) had to witness Alfredos rude and condescending demeanor. My wife was contemplating switching over to Verizon along with our son but they refused to after Alfredos rude behavior. I also plan on leaving Verizon at the end of my billing cycle.I have lived in several countries and numerous states during my 20 years military career. Verizon Solutions Manager Alfredo was the worst customer service Ive had to deal with. I hope other customers dont experience what my family and I had to endure today.

I visited this place on 8/13/2020 and I was turned away by a woman who said I had to make an appointment via Verizon app even though NO ONE was inside the store. Secondly, the Verizon app was having errors when attempting to schedule an appointment. Called Verizon and waited 15 minutes for someone to answer. The man I spoke with said theres not much he can do, everything must be done through the app, including ordering phones, accessories, etc. on an app thats constantly having error messages. Through this terrible experience, I learned that Samsung.com has prices way cheaper. Now Im having thoughts of switching to AT&T.

Jesus,Is incredible, immediately greeted me at the door in a courteous and professional manner. Listened to my concerns and issues with my phone. It was a minute or more until an assessment was made and another minute until all the issues were dealt with. Dont go early!!! It is an insane mad house! They have more shifts come in later in the day which causes customers to be seen quicker than in the mornings/early afternoon. The staff is friendly and answered all my questions, they helped me choose the best options for us and were quick.

Awful, Rude Management.I spent $1000 on phones that I now know are full of issues. They suggested replacement and sent me a used refurbished phone nowhere near the condition I had. My phone was only 3 months old. Told me to call Google??? BS. I dont have time as I am a working professional. Just left after telling them the 2 same phones must be replaced with another, new phone. Rep said no and manager came out and told me to leave the store because I told the prior rep. I must have a satisfactory new replacement or after 3 months I would be contacting my attorney. Forget Verizon and this store.

Zero stars.Went in to get help with my SIM card to get my insurance replacement activated, and they kept accusing me of stealing the phone that I had got from asurion. I tried to explain to them but they didnt accept the state photo ID I provided, yet they were able to accept the expired government ID that I received from the military. Worst service ever. They didnt even set up my phone correctly. It was the most humiliating experience Ive had.

The worst experience ever. After buying a new iPhone 6s that was defective, I came back to return it in exchange for a different one DURING THE RETURN PERIOD. I was told I wasn’t able to exchange it due to a computer error. I then asked if I could just do a full return and then purchase a new one. They said it wasn’t possible. I was then instructed to go the Apple store as I was told they could do an exchange there. I drove 15 miles to the Apple store and spoke with the store manager who said they do not do any exchanges at the Apple store if I purchased the Apple device elsewhere. Drove back to the Verizon store and explained my situation to the manager and was told that they will just do what they told me I couldn’t do to begin with.. return the phone, get refunded, and purchase a new one. I was shown no sort of empathy nor concern for the lack of customer service nor for my overall poor experience. I even asked if there was any sort of break I could get from all that I went through and was simply told “No”. Will not be going back to this location.

I upgraded my iPhone at this store yesterday. It was the best--easiest, fastest, and most pleasant--cell phone transaction Ive ever experienced. The store manager was Eduardo and the sales representative who took care of me was Noe. When I walked into the store Eduardo took a quick break from the customer he was helping, greeted me very pleasantly and got my name, told me that there were two people ahead of me and that he thought the wait would be 10 to 15 minutes. About 5 minutes later he finished with his customer and told me that I would now be first in line. In another 5 minutes he brought Noe over and introduced us. In another 15 minutes my transaction was finished: I had exactly the phone I had come into the store to purchase, a new Mophie charger for that phone, activation, promotional credits, trade-in value for my phone that was $25 more than Gazelle was offering online, and a recycling credit on my account. Then Noe walked with me to the exit, held the door as I left, and cheerfully wished me a good day. A truly outstanding shopping experience, and I dont like to shop. Thank you, Verizon, for having your store run by such terrific people.

Check your statements!! Ive upgraded my phones several times at this location, and the sales people ALWAYS add features I specifically tell them I dont want. ($13.99 for a cell phone insurance with tech support, when every other phone on my plan has a $6 insurance plan, and I specifically tell them I want the same plan). Ive worked retail and I know theyre supposed to upsell items per transaction, but this is ridiculous. I ALWAYS have to call customer service to have them remove/change features. Not just one sales person, happens every time. Ive traded in cell phones only to be told that the credit cannot be applied to the new phone and must be applied to accessories. Shady business practices by employees to boost their own numbers. Better off ordering online or over the phone.

I feel like the salesman made false promises and we were lied to in order to get our business. We were told they would buy our old phones at $150 each since they could not get them to work with Verizons service. That is all that was said period! He told us to go home and activate our new Galaxy 10e phones which cost $800 and do the smart switch to transfer the info we had on our phones to the new ones then just bring them in and we would get $150 per phone trade in credit per phone towards our bill. We went back the next day and we were told sorry we will only give you $70 and $35, since one of the phones had a small crack on the back case. After a review of our experience at the store, we received an email saying how could Verizon make this right. Verizon said they would honor the $150 per phone trade in credit if no damage to the phones. We ordered a replacement back for the one phone and took them both back for the credits. At that time we were told they could not accept that phone since it had been tampered with since it had a new back case. So after several trips to the store and now more money and time spent they lied again. We did not get what we were promised! I feel like they made up the whole thing about our phones not working with Verizons service in order to get us to buy new phones. Very disappointed!! Do not do business at his location.

For those people who are looking for honest customer service, please try to avoid this Verizon outlet. The salesperson did not have the tools or knowledge to switch our two android phones from sprint to Verizon and I feel we were tricked into buying new s10e phones. The salesperson also gave us an offer to buy our old phones for $150 each, however on a return visit after switching all of the information from the old phones to the new ones, the offer was only $70 for one phone and $35 for the other. UNREAL ! A so called solutions manager (deigo) called and asked me about my poor feedback in an email survey and when I explained the detailes to him, he seemed very dis concerned. He stated he would call back however he did not. I did however receive an email from deigo, thanking me for my feedback and liking their world class service. Seems like the email was a false statement to try and show his bosses he solved my problem with this Verizon outlet, however it was far from any solution or world class service. Save your money and go elsewhere and get offers in writing !DaltonWell I went back to the same Verizon store and spoke to deigo the sales representative who said he would honor the offer of $150 for each phone as long as there was no damage to either phone. So I gladly replaced the back on one phone that had a slight crack and when I went back to trade them in with deigo, I was fooled again. He said because the back of the phone was not the exact original, they wont take it in on trade so he would not honor the deal he promised me again !Sad sad business tricks and practices from this Verizon store and we will be seeking other service asap strictly because of the employees at this Avondale AZ Verizon store !I wont continue to do business with dishonest blantant liars. This was the worst customer service I have ever received within a Verizon store. I have been with Verizon wireless for over 10 yrs. I have never walked into a store and walked out feeling like I have been played. I went in because my Note 5 phone is not charging properly. My phone is protected by an otterbox which the rep had to take off to troubleshoot. It was determined my phone was not working correctly and a new one was going to be shipped out to my home. Once everything was done, I asked the rep for my otter box as it was taken off in the back by a rep. When I received my otterbox back, I noticed the inner case was broken/chipped. The rep denied breaking it. When speaking to the solution manager, I was offered 50% off a new one. Why would I need to pay for a new one when mine was not broken prior to walking into your store???? I asked for her manager. This manager blow me off and gave me the same answer. He was rude when talking to me with an attitude as if oh well. He even took a call over his phone and stepped out of the store mid way into our conversation. Needless to say, I walked out the store pissed. I contacted corporate who informed me this was a not one of their but in fact an authorized dealer. Never stepping foot into this store again. I will be posting this same feedback any where I can to inform people.

Verizon you have offered me nothing more than an awful experience on my holiday in America. None of your staff or technicians could fix or understand the issues associated with my phone but the worst part is that you deleted more than 200 photographs of my holiday. I went to Apple to see if they could restore these photographs; however, the technicians informed me that not all areas were selected correctly on my phone to do this successfully. I was highly stressed about restoring my phone yesterday but your staff ensured me that I had nothing to worry about. I asked to see if I could view these on iCloud first but was told its not possible - which I found out it was today. Not sure how Im suppose to replace those memories. Feeling miserable 😢

I CAN SAY I NEVER GIVE BAD REVIEWS but this one was very upsetting. They quoted me with an amount I would pay monthly and ended up being about 50.00 over. The only option they provided for me is to remove my insurance or enroll in auto-pay. The worst part is when she gave me the quote she never told me I had to do any of this to get the price she quoted me. I would have noT upgraded or changed my plan if this was the issue.

This location is clearly driven by commissions. At least one Sales rep here is a con artists. They falsify promotions, bill your account and once the charges are discovered they refuse to take the item back. Their store manager Diego needs training on how to manage customers without using a rude, pushy, offensive and threatening demeanor.

They gave me false information on my preorder. When I went in to talk to them I got attitude then the manager with the shoulder shrug, like.. .....Oh, sorry. Nothing we can do. Which I understand in some cases mistakes cant be unmade, but really, at least act like you freaking care!!!

I had a new note 8 and broke it. With Asurion Insurance, went to the store for assistance. Was told 24 to 48 hours I would have a replacement. This was on the 17th of July, had to file a claim. Here we are August 1st. Back in the store. Had to file again. Still nothing. August 2 called the insurance company. They claim they havent received anything and my account is on hold. Now they want me to go back and file again. I drive an 18 wheeler cross country. Dont use the.
