Great for pick up orders but in store shopping? Cant say Ive ever had a great experience. If Im in the market for something new I never shop at this location, its hard to get someone to help me. I literally walk around the store about 3x before I walk out... Ive done this at least 3x. Again, great for if you know what youre getting or if youre picking up

Took my daughter in for a hair cut. She is grinning from ear to ear she is so happy with her new cut. Edwardo did a great job. She is VERY happy with her new short hairstyle and cant wait to show her friends.

So I went to their salon to get my hair done thinking they couldnt possibly mess it up since it was already pretty blonde... Wellll I was wrong. Mind you I spent A LOT of money slowing going blonde. I wanted to add a balayage effect to my hair. It was more of a melt when I went. And it really only needed to be toned. I said multiple times I do NOT want to go any darker. She must of heard me say HEY THROW SOME BLACK IN MY HAIR! Because she did just that. 😊 I asked her for a color correction. Because I wouldnt be needing one had she not put black..Oh no Im sorry she said its not black its Dark brown.. in my hair. And she responded yeah but thats a whole different service. A service I wouldnt be needing if she wouldve listened. She said dont worry the more u wash it the lighter it will get.. WELL here we are months later and my hair still looks like Christina Aguileras in the 2000s. Paint a picture for you guys? YUP its not even blended it looks like streaks. Now anywhere I go fir a color correction consult its $900+.. So thank you messing up my hair and not fixing it. 😉 The funny part is I went in buying a Cleanser because the hair stylist I go to requires you to cleanse before your appointment and then she was like OMG We can totally do that here... All because I didnt want to drive all the way to Scottsdale... When I say I cried. I even tried using color oops to see if it would strip the black out and it did nothing. So this is just great. Great job Jennifer Wonderful!

It was a nice store. It was crowded when I went in making it a quick stop. The line for the cash register is in an aisle of products and is not as attractive as the rest of the store.

If you havent already visited Ulta Beauty you might have asked someone about the store. More than likely most will tell you its a high end retailer but the truth is if you have ever tried a high quality hygiene or make-up item in a drug store or some other local market chances are you paid way too much for a small size there. You will actually find a much bigger portion for a much better price overall at Ulta. A 2oz hygiene item i was paying $18 for at Walgreens i found a 6oz bottle of at Ulta for $20. Youll be impressed by the vast selection and services offered here.

This was my first visit to the Goodyear store. It was a nice experience. The store was very clean, and proper social distancing rules are being followed. It was easy to find what I needed. Staff was friendly. Wait to check out was short. This may be my go-to store now since they recently closed the one at 92nd Avenue and Northern.

So today my hubby went to go get 2 foundations for me that I ordered online for pick up. When he went and picked it up he checked to make sure it was the correct ones and they werent. One was the Demi-Matte finish (the one that works for me) and the other one was Matte-Finish (I tried and doesnt work for me at all, leaves me oily) So he explained to the lady and she said no they are the same and thankfully my hubby listens to me and explained to her why they werent. He literally had to force her to get me a different one, which she went and did. So I came home with my new foundations and just opened them to check them if they are good and to my surprise one was clearly opened and used and pretty sure the one she switched out. If they didnt have the foundation then they should have made it clear and not give me a used one. Absolutely disgusting and mostly with Covid on high alert. I will be definitely returning ASAP.!

Brought my nine year old daughter here (in a pinch), to get her hair cut for an upcoming Jiu-jitsu competition, and Araceli knocked it out of the park!! Yeah if youre looking for a haircut after 5 p.m. I suggest not going there. Because if you dont have an appointment you cant just walk in cuz they dont want to work.

Okay so I’m not one that usually writes reviews but today I had too. I went in with my mother to look for a perfume for her & we asked the guy with the green hair if he could help us. We approached him by saying excuse me & he rudely tells us “ that’s great you need help but I’m with a guest”, I was very disappointed with his customer service. I understand you’re with someone but to be that rude is plain ugly. He then continues to talk to his customer and make fun of my mother & how she approached him. Horrible customer service.

BEWARE....Scheduled an appointment online and 15 minutes before I got there the salon called and said they were running behind and overbooked and wanted to pass me to someone else. I live 50 miles away and booked with a special person that knows my hair. This is not the first time this has happened either do yourself a favor and NEVER go here they can’t manage their schedules or customer bookings. Incredibly disrespectful of their customers time.

I went to the salon for services. The first thing I told her was that I had a horrible experience and the last lady who did my hair did it orange. I told her how I hate the way that looks. She assured me she would not do that. We worked on my hair for 7 hours. From 12 pm to 7:15 pm. It cost me $250. I had to have her fix my hair the first time because it was so bad. It came out ORANGE!!! I called corporate and got my money back. Ulta is way, way overpriced and the service is terrible. Huge waist of time. The only positive thing was the lady was nice and friendly.

I had an appointment today 1/8/21 to have my hair that is only to between my neck and my shoulder. I was going to have my my hair colored highlighted and trimmed When I was given the $295 quote I was stunned I called yesterday and I was told it was $75.I understand that Covic19 has set some companies back. to me thats called galgene for hair color something that could be done easily at another salon for $100 I do not recommend. What does a relax atmosphere have to do with guagin customers?

The employees there are horrible and keep following around my friends and I. I literally had to take out a wad of cash and flex it to get them to see I wasnt gonna steal. One of my friends was trynna get her wallet out and just had a lipstick and they said “are you going to buy that” she felt embarrassed having all those people think she steals. The racial profiling here is something else please p.o.c dont come here unless you want to be followed. To improve this store you need yo fire your whole staff.

This store has a huge problem with racial profiling. I have never had issues with being followed around and watched at other Ulta locations. When I visited this one, I was asked countless times if I needed help and after saying no, I was followed around until I ended up just leaving. Disgusting behavior and completely unwelcoming environment.

I’ve been here a couple few times customer service is always good but my last visit Cynthia really helped me out and was really helpful and All she did was Rang me up But she was professional and happy and it made my day. all around this is a good Ulta i’ve never had any problems.

First time going to this location. I felt like a criminal as the manager kept following me around watching my every move as if I was going to steal something. Nobody approached me and asked if I needed help. While I was on the other side of the aisle of the check out counter I overheard the people at the front talking about the manger watching someone who fit my description. After experiencing this I wouldn’t return, the environment was not welcoming and the experience was not pleasant. It sucks because this location was closest to me and I was excited to about being able to shop here more often.

Dont know what I even paid for but my wife had a good time there and found everything she was looking for plus some more like usual when we come here lol

Sales are pretty good right now. Employees are scarce and register cashiers take along time. Besides the wait it was good.

Took my wife to pick up some products that she ordered and the order wasnt complete because some of the products were out of stock and my wife was worried about the points she was gonna lose out on because of the incomplete order. To make a long story short the manager at this location had great people skills and was very informative and was able to explain the best way to mend the situation. She had the patience and made my wife feel like a priority, we recommend this location :-)

I’ve been shopping at ultra for years, I’m now a platinum member so I shop pretty often. I’ve never had a bad experience till I shopped at this Ulta. I was only there for 15 mins and within that time I had 7 employees, yes 7, ask if I need help after I already said no. Then they would just hover and stare made me so uncomfortable so I just left and ordered online. Felt like a criminal when I’m one of the most loyal customers Ulta has probably ever had. Lol

One of the managers at this location is really rude. I asked her if she can check where a certain foundation was in stock. Theyve done it for me before. She lied and said they couldnt and even looked at me like I was on something. Im a diamond member and spend over $200 with Ulta per month.

If you purchase items from Ulta beware you cannot return items over $60. I purchased 2 IT cosmetics cc creams that were the wrong color online for in store pickup. When I went back moments later to exchange it for the correct color I was told I could only return 1 and had to keep the other due to it being over $60! In addition the staff was horribly rude and unprofessional. Due to the Covid19 alot of consumers do not feel comfortable going in to try on products before purchasing in store which means alot of people will end up having to keep items they cannot use. Im unsure if this is a new policy since Ive never had issues exchangingItems in the past but I will be taking my business elsewhere. These products are not cheap and I should not have to keep an item that I cannot use.

Dont let the hair salon manger with a blonde buzz cut do a color correction on your hair. I asked to go back to my light blonde. She had a girl bleach my hair with a 40 when it could have been a way lower developer. When the bleach was rinsed out my hair was so light but had a tint on it. I told her to put a clear toner on it because I liked the color but instead she put an ugly brown toner which made my hair literally 5 shades darker ummm back to where I was before. On top of all that I asked for a heat cure and she said I didnt need one. Maybe go back to school. Oh I paid $300 for the salon manager to mess my hair up. She also burned it.

Will never go to this ulta again! Rudest employees I have ever encountered! I have always struggled with foundation and today I had a life changing experience with Tonya at the Clinique counter. We experimented with a few things and discovered I was using the wrong kind of exfoliate. I am so impressed with how she took her time and worked through all my concerns. I had tried Clinique in the past and didnt like it but the new formulas really are impressive, especially when combined with the right preparation. Thank you again Tonya!

Went to this Ulta today, I was told I could not come in without a mask by a girl at the door, which is understandable, but then a guy that was behind her at the register pointed at me told me the same thing turned around as he was rolling his eyes rudely dismissing me. The worst part is that as I was waiting in my car I saw people coming out of the store without wearing masks? Also as I was walking up to the door there was a couple of employees sorrounding and cornering a women by the window, which I thought was really strange?

My first time visiting, I was not disappointed...will be back soon.

Gotten way too expensive

I was really happy when this place opened up because its close to my house and I love their products but the past few times Ive gone Ive always had an unpleasant experience. The only one who greets me is the person behind the register. I see many sales floor people walking around yet none approach me asking if I need help. I have to find and ask one of them myself. I recently came to exchange a foundation for my correct shade and the girl helping me acted like I was inconveniencing her and she said Its hard to find a match for that because we dont have a lot in stock right now. Yeah, I can understand that but but her attitude was unnecessary. Guess Ill have to drive further to the next Ulta to find people who actually want to help.

So if I could rate this store any lower I would my wife shops here quite often an make exchanges when it isnt the right color ext .. I went back to exchange a product now Im being told that I have to keep a product that isnt even the right color because it is over 60$ an now we have to wait 360 days in order to exchange it or return it the woman at the front desk are extremely unprofessional an have no manners an have very little training in customer service do not shop at this store

I decided to give this location a try and I was not impressed. The staff are all too busy chatting and giving condescending stares instead of being slightly welcoming or helpful. I will continue to drive to the Peoria location simply for the fact that the staff is actually friendly and willing to offer assistance if needed.

Very pretty store, well stocked and a lot of people asking to help. Taking one star off because some of the palettes I was wanting to swatch had broken colors. I know they get damaged but damn you can afford to replace them so people can see all the colors!!

I recently went into this location for help with advise on makeup tips and products due to a wedding I was going to be in the very next day. Yes, I know I was calling it super close especially because most people book their MUA months in advance. I was lucky to run into Dana who is a MUA with Mac. She was able to get me booked in the very next day! Dana is so nice and has a great personality. She did my makeup so beautifully, I was in love it! She recommended and showed me the Mac products used and color matched my foundation. I am so very thankful to her and getting me booked on such short notice. I give this location 5 stars mostly because of Dana but also the friendly associates.

One of the employees is so rude. I went in to just look around and see what was new and she had such an ugly attitude. She approached me and said “what are you looking for” and when I told her I was just looking around she thought I was lying. She continued to say that it looked like I was looking for something and kept pressuring me to try to tell her. I repeatedly told her I was just looking and she followed me around the corner in disbelief. I just found it kind of rude and annoying and I explained to her that I forgot my glasses and could not see well. She ended up just walking away in irritation. When I was going to check out she asked for my number, didn’t verify if it was even me, didn’t tell me my rewards, and just told me to apply for a credit card. I told her no and she gave me the price and then handed me my bag. I typically have a good experience here but today was discouraging and I think I will take my business to the Goodyear location instead.
