Had left jewelry that need repaired. Got a email that said it was ready. Website says they open at 10:30. Drove almost 50 miles one way to store which by the way was the closest one to us. Got thereat 10:40 and was closed. They are not opening until 11:00. YOU NEED TO MAKE CORRECTION ON YOUR WEBSITE.

These clowns are not even honoring their warranty and cleaning agreements for wedding rings. I paid a substantial amount of money to put a Leo diamond on my wifes hand and now you wont clean it thereby voiding my warranty? Just another company that will go under due to Covid Hoax. After this experience I say good riddance.

Went in to the Avondale branch to look at engagement rings. Apparently if you arent looking at expensive enough rings and arent throwing your credit card at them you arent worth their time. We had a great sales associate who was demanded by a blonde sales associate to leave us and focus on an older couple. Happy we saw that before we spent our money here. Another jewelery store will be receiving our business. Oh well.

Manager Crystal was very unprofessional. They assured me if my girlfriend went in there and got her jewelry cleaned or replaced due to damage they will never tell her the price I paid for it.. not only did she tell her how much I paid for it but they also try to get her to buy a new one.. I didnt pay much for the jewelry but she made me feel low as a person when she told me do I even have an account with them. she was yelling at me and hung up on me while on the phone. I called corporate and her district manager to file a complaint never again will I go there especially with the manager Crystal working..she also wouldnt give me her last name she said corporate knows her then hung up .. Im not even sure how shes even a manager.. definitely needs people skills!

The blonde sales associate is very rude and was not helpful at all. She was very negative and the whole conversation and experience with her was negative. When looking into my history she brought up how many returns I had and not how many expensive purchases I made. I will never go back to that store again.

Went in to pick up something I ordered online and the staff was too busy helping other people to even greet me. I waited at the register for 10 minutes without anyone saying one word to me. One lady finally came to the register so that her customer could check out, but she still didnt acknowledge me even though I was standing right in front of the register (which she needed to use)! She just pushed me aside and nonchalantly continued to assist the other customer. Awful service and a horrible way to treat customers. I will save myself the trouble and have my next order sent to another location.

Overpriced jewelery. No paperwork on their diamonds unless you opt for the most expensive offerings. Time to catch up with the rest of the industry. Many other jewelers provide paperwork on every diamond sold.
