I love In and Out Burgers fresh and healthy deliciousness! Each time I go I get a flavor predictability that is off the charts and you want to set your watch by quality and flavor this good! Everything I ordered was wonderful from the burgers to the fries to the sweet and creamy milkshakes! They also have a secret menu and this time I ordered the Animal Fries. They had a fabulously wild flavor. Order them if you’d like to mix up your usual with a slightly sloppier version of their crispy and fresh cut potatoe! Run, don’t walk to In and Out because no matter the location you’re bound to have to wait in line for this hot fast food commodity.

Finally had a chance to come to this place for food. It turned out to be really good burgers. Great customer service also💯💯💯

Wonderful location and the service was wonderful here. I would highly recommend trying this place out if you haven’t before. And if you have this is a good place for great service. Can’t go wrong with what you get from here. I’m sure I’ll be back here soon

As always, this the number one Hamburger place within the US. Its clean and the staff well dressed.

I want to thank the staff at this particular In-n-Out. We live about 25 minutes away and I accidentally forgot my wallet. Normally this wouldnt be a big deal but my whole family was sick and all they wanted to eat was In-n-Out. I waited in line, ordered, got to the window and BAM I was about to disappoint my family. HOWEVER, the good folks at this location decided to give them to us anyway. These were the best burger and fries we couldnt taste. Thank you so much.

I always loved their burgers when I was a meat-a-saurus. I havent been in over 4 years but decided to try their grilled cheese to support their freedom of choice stance. It isnt really a grilled cheese but it was okay. The fries however, were beyond disappointing. They were ice cold and horribly overcooked. Seems like a training issue to me. I wont be back for awhile, the burgers are still calling my name!

The line may seem long each time but... Its fast! You can tell they are swift and I have yet to receive a bad order. Its always spot on and thats why I enjoy coming to this location. 😊

I use to like it but now the burger doesn’t taste good as before. The buns and fries are dry. I will come back again if the pandemic is over. Lack of staff now a days in restaurant.

It dont matter which city or which state you go the burger taste the same (absolutely delicious) where ever you go. The service the price the comfortable surroundings everything about the place is a great experience. That has been their goal since day one & especially now that they are finally spreading out a little more to different western states. You have to go & try one with an open mind but only if you like a great burger....

I never heard of this place. A friend from MI bragged about it, so I thought id give it a try! WOW, now I understand why the drive they (every night) loops and curves, packed with cars. The inside is a trip back in time. The cheeseburger was AMAZING. Fresh, great flavor, not greasy, condiments just right and the bun...yum yum. The FF, I dont have the words, but I should have ordered 2. Next time I have to try the shake. And surprisingly, even with the long line outside and many customers inside, it didnt take long to get my order.

Phoenix location off I-10 west - busy, hectic but efficient except when you order a low selling coffee at 900 p. in the summer. Friendly, eager staff that earn their $14 to $ 17. per hr. to start. Great price for taste burgers and fries.Plenty of on site parking ( unlike a lot of locations)

First time here I was recommended the animal style burger and fries by the person taking my order and I was so impressed! So delicious and the fries are a new fav. Second time the outside of my to go bag was covered in cheese but the food still didn’t disappoint!

I live in Washington State where there are no In n Out burgers! Have to have one any time Im in an area the has one. They never, ever disappoint. We always have a double double with well done fries and Diet coke! Heaven in a paper wrapper. OMG! Always so good!👍😋😁

Love their animal style. Its a tasty sauce with grilled onions - not on their menu boards but you can ask for it. I ordered a double double cheese burger. It was more than a meal and I really enjoyed it!

Excellent burgers, but Im from so cal and when I lived there the frys were much better, here, the frys come out in pieces . They taste fine though

Food was good. Drive, being slammed, went smoothly. My only complaint, which is mostly my fault. Was they asked if I wanted onion. I said no,.not thinking about tomato being on it. Which again, is my fault. Employees are polite and friendly. Overall,.it was a.very good experience.

We really enjoyed eating out at this location. This was my first time at an in-n-out. The staff was really really polite and they explained their menu in detail. We loved the burgers and the vanilla shake. Will come for more. Thank you.

When this restaurant first opened. Sure!! It was long lines. BUT! It was worth the wait. Food is not the same anymore. Just because they are by the freeway doesnt mean that their quality should go down. I feel this restaurant need to upgrade to the fresh quality we all expect instead of monetary value. I and others miss the good quality food. And dont mind waiting.

Went in at 10:00Am i found out thats the best time to go because thats what time they open and nobody is in there great service food is always hotIf you get it to go or go through the drive thru get it in a box with a lid so it will still be hot when you get to where your going

Every employee at In-N-Out-Burger seems happy they are working there. Makes a great impression. We like enjoying a less expensive, tasty meal at times.

I really enjoy the cheap and tasty food they make. Is totally worth going and trying if you have never had their food. Personal favorite is animal fries well done.Unfortunately their cooking is a hit and miss some times the food is cooked just right and other times its burnt to a crisp.Not sure how they could fix that, but even then asking for another meal isnt intimidating since the staff is so friendly!

I never anticipate how much I have missed an In N Out burger until I am met with one and its just pure happiness everytime. The nose is fulfilled, the palette intrigued, the stomach craving for more! I am NOT a beef eater. However, the aroma of the food was too much for me. We were in the drive-thru for about 30 minutes, (thus the 4 stars, instead of 5), and the food aroma was amazing. Most burger place aromas turn my stomach; not true here. By the time we made it up to order, I actually ordered a cheeseburger. Again, Im not a beef eater; but this was the most amazing burger ever! I enjoyed every bite!

You know, this place doesn’t really need me to tell you how great the food is. The real reason why give this place a forest because of the lack of cleanliness in this restaurant. There are ample workers that can clean and usually when I’m here they’re cleaning but this time they were not. All of the seating options were dirty so we had to clean out up ourselves. Obviously, the food was amazing five stars go here if you want to good burger. I always get the 4 x 4 with cheese because you know that’s how we do it.

I havent been to In & Out Burger in awhile and it was really delicious 😋 I love there home made french 🍟. Cant forget a large chocolate shake . I wish they had more locations in the Phoenix area.

Very friendly staff, they were able to deal with my obnoxious self because I was tired, it was late and yet they remained friendly and smiling.The food for some reason was very well made that day, maybe because I was craving it but they have the best cheesburgers around the area. And Surprisingly cheap, will be coming here more often.

French fries were Stone Cold. Burger was barely warm. Since you started controlling the traffic with two lines everything is cold by the time you get to it like its being precooked instead of made-to-order like it used to be for many years. The food always used to be hot. We used to go there every Friday night and it never disappointed. Now it does.

Always love in n out. I still say the ones in California taste better, but you cant beat in n out regardless

The prices are reasonable and the food is always fresh and high quality! Definitely a family favorite! Only draw back is the long lines but they work hard to keep things moving smoothly and the wait is never as long as youd expect it to be.

I come to this location a lot with my family but today the service was BEYOND AMAZING! I did drive through this particular visit, and we were helped by the fabulous Katelyn. Went to the drive thru today The food was good as always fresh, they did forget my ketchup and my utensils for my animal style fries and only put one napkin. Was kinda upset about this

It wasn’t even busy and they still got my order wrong. I payed for a #1 and didn’t realize I didn’t get my fries until I got home. No I’m not driving 40 minutes round trip to pick up a basket of fries. Something had to be said.

I have been eating In N Out, since 1957. It is always great.

It was good but not as good as I remember. The meat was dry and it was kinda bland. The fries tasted old even though I know they were made fresh. I even went back a second time. Who knows it could just be that location. Maybe Ill go to a different location. I did like the touch less soda fountain. The fast was very friendly and the food hot and the wait time was not that long. They were busy both times. I need to start taking more pic of the food but I always forget.

I visited this location on a busy Saturday evening between 5 and 6pm and it was quite busy. I loved how well organized they were with employees taking orders on tablets to move service along. I received my order exactly as ordered. I thought it was really good though my family reminded me I had not eaten anything all day prior to that. They found it edible but nothing fantastic. Definitely worth checking out for yourself!

In-N-Out Burger is always a great place to eat. Some people dont like their fries, i get my fries well done. This tike around i got them animal style. (Animal style fries are fries that have a slice of cheese, spread, and grilled onions). Also the thing i do is eat my fries as soon as possible so i have a satisfying experience with them.

Service was slow, granted that there were quite a few bit of people around. It felt like they prioritised the drive-thru customers more than the walk-in ones.Food was great, freshly-cut potato strips means super fresh and tasty lightly-salted french fries!Animal style cheeseburger (remember to Google for their secret menu!!) did the trick for me.

We arrived and the line was almost all the way around the building and back to the road and yet we ordered and received our food in about 12 to 15 minutes which is pretty darn quick considering all the orders they mustve had to pack in concession and our food was of course amazing and fresh.... animal style fries and burger if youve never tried it.. TRY IT ... you wont regret it i guarantee it.

The line at the drive thru was very long but moved remarkably quick. The service was great. They hire great people. The order was correct as usual and the food was just as good as it always is. Inn and Out is consistently great. How come the other fast food restaurants cant catch on?

Busiest In-N-Out Ive ever seen! The drive-thru line went all the way around the building and onto Dysart Road! The parking lot was packed, also.Cheeseburger was $2.75. Not bad. It was good, though Ive had better at other In-N-Outs. Not sure why it wasnt as good...Employees were nice. Two ladies were going from car to car taking orders. They did a great job. My order was perfect.I cant answer any questions about the inside, as I couldnt get there! LolIll probably ea5 there again...at a different time. I was there at 1:30 p.m. today-Sunday. Not a food idea.

Our family has gone here for over a decade. Great service, great food, great staff. Never had an issue in over ten years. Our family will continue to come here for years to come.
