My garage door was hanging off! I have little ones and the thought of sleeping through the night with it wide open was terrifying! I called a couple places and found this company. He was also recommended through the neighborhood app. He was very quick. Was here in a couple of hours. Got the job done in less than that it took me to go to the bank and come back. I was frustrated because my home warranty didnt cover it. With no income thanks to covid, I started stressing. His prices were the best! Wow all I can say is this gentleman is very reliable. My spring broke on my garage door at 8pm and my vehicle was trapped inside my garage I work at 4am in the morning and called 5 different companies, none were willing to come till the next day. Von showed up at 9:45 and installed a new spring and gave me some recommendations on some preventive maintenance that could keep my door operating longer. Excellent work quality. Prompt, quick and professional. He was able to repair my garage door after a monsoon bent the track. His prices were reasonable and less than I expected.

Von came by from here and he was awesome. I previously received a quote from Precision of 1500 to fix my broken door. My door had wheels that had fallen, the door was slanted and the coil was unraveled. Precision stated that i needed to replace it. Von stated that that was not necessary and quoted me 300 to fix it. He even said he could do it in an hour. 1 hour later my garage door was back on and quieter than before it broke. I was very pleased.

Absolute great experience with Von.
