This place is awesome. Had another place install night sights for me, got home and the sights were totally off... I called legion precision and they told me to come on by. Not only did they fix my problem for free, but they even offered me a snack! I will definitely be back to this place. First off, Im probably the worst customer they ever had. I was having two slides cut on a pair of Glock 26s. They also Cerakote coated them too. They looked great and I was very impressed with how quickly they got the slides milled, coated and shipped back to me. The price was great! What was much more impressive was the customer service I received from everyone I talked too. I think I got to know Carl very well with as many emails and phone calls we had. This was my first time having anything milled. Being it was my newest baby and a gift for my wife I had concerns and many questions. I emailed and called. All went very well, and they did everything they could to alleviate all of my concerns. My problem was when I got them back. They included extra screws in case I needed them. I was going to use the other screws, from Holosun as they were the length I needed, but they seemed to fit tighter than the ones sent. I contacted Holosun and they said they theirs were metric and the milled slides were not. After multiple emails to Carl and phone calls, along with a trip to a machine shop I found out Holosun was wrong. Carl and Legion Precision did everything right. They did their best to help me fix a user problem that didnt exist. I have to say this proved to me their customer is the best out there. That is one of the most important things these days. I suggest them to everyone and give them the highest rating. AAAAA+++++

This is an awesome place to get your parts from or buy guns, ammo or just need some work done on you firearms, I dropped my slide off to them to get an optic cut but was nervous and didnt want the finish on my slide to get messed up the turn around time was excellent only 24 hrs and am happy to say not one scratch on my slide the cut is so precise my optic fits nice and snug I highly recommend legion precision for all your gun needs I will be doing all my business with them. My first cerakote shop that I have had experience with and I will definitely be back. Carl is very knowledgeable and friendly. One of the items I noticed a small issue with the finish and they offered to fix it free of charge. Would recommend and will be bringing more parts to get coated. For reference I brought a keyboard frame and treated my request with respect. I tried getting a quote from what appeared to be a quality shop prior to trying Legion Precision and got nothing but push back. Would recommend and will be bringing more parts to get coated.

An order was placed on 7/25, the parts ordered were non FFL. I contacted CS and they put my order on hold because I choose to send parts to different address, they then changed the status to fulfilling and CSR said order will be delivered the latest the following day, I did checked 2 days after and the order was still in same status. Then I checked with them again and they replied that order will take 5-7 days to ship and notice was in website. Well I went to website to find the note. And yes it was there BUT in dark RED background and BLACK letters is almost invisible and not legible. So then I decided to cancel the order and Carl Woodard Mgr. Legion Precision LLC who was NOT apologetic at ALL! or offer a solution like I will make sure it ships soon, he sent me a response of my request that order was cancel and money refunded. I searched and choose them because of reviews but seems like my order was NOT important for them. I will definitely make sure I share my bad experience. I went to an other vendor and gotten a better experience and did NOT hide behind the pandemia and exposed their lazy way to conduct business. IF your business has increased and have lack of help HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!! there are great TALENTED people out of work and will help you process orders and have happy customers, because ONE unhappy and dissatisfied customer is sharing a really disappointing story, ME! Please stay away from this place.UPDATE! Just got the reply from John Doe and you can tell the way he expressed himself very unprofessional. He clearly did not read the post and went ballistic because is true what was written. I called 2 days after I placed the order because I needed to know what manual confirmation needed meant, and by the way I called and spoke with a female. And then we squared off that my ordered needed to be sent to billing address, then on 5th day order was still under fulfillment although csr, lied on shipping promise. A true bad business and yes you needed to apologize for your incompetence way to run a business.

Legion Precision- has the best cerekote skills Ive ever seen, whether in person or online and their customer service to respectful customers is second to none! If I need cerekote, slide cuts, optic cuts, a polymer frame, silicon carbide, ar receiver sets etc... I never have to shop around I already know were to go! Very class act shop here locally. They took the time to show me all of their options and explain the process. Very quick turnaround time and great communication. I had an RMR cut and Sniper Grey Cerakote done on my G17 slide. It came out better than I expected; Im loving the new look! You cannot beat $125 for an RMR cut and Cerakote.
