Everytime I have called this is what I heard: Thanks for calling CopperState Avondale, Can you please hold?After that you just wait forever they never take your call.Tried calling several times during day, same thing happened every time.They are never available to help.Glad the company I work for does not need to get items from them that often... If it was on my power I would just not use them as a supplier at all.Passing info. Peace!

No customer service for people with Real MONEY/Cash. SAY WHAT!! thought I was dreaming or something its unheard of and un american.

Worst customer service experience and the guy screamed put your mask on its the law. Sorry not a law and lost a customer for life and will be telling other customers that use them to shy away

Have you ever been working on something and run across that specialty fastener thats only from the dealership? You go to get it only to find out its $15 for .15 cent part, no one in the valley has it, it will take a week to order and oh yeah the only come in a four pack ($60).Well head to Copper State and have them help you find a solution. So knowledgeable, so in inventive and always on the mark. Thank you.
