I came in hoping to get help matching colors to my granite and tile. What a wonderful surprise Austin was not only super helpful and had great suggestions, he was also very patient and knowledgeable. I appreciated the time he spent with me. I purchased all of my paint (repainting my entire home from ceiling to floor!) and will be back in few weeks to get all of my supplies. I will never go back to Lowes or Home Depot. The great customer service I got at your store could never be matched at a big box store!

Stopped by a local Sherwin-Williams Paint Store to pick up a paint sample. The counter person was great and quickly confirmed what I was looking for and had it prepared. I paid a reasonable price for the sample and I was on my way home. Thanks Sherwin-Williams for the great service and paint match. Mike

I know some people have their own preferences in the brand name of painting. To me, I like this brand name of painting. Yes I would tell them to try to check it out.

The staff wasnt very helpful. The store was fine and I was able to find what I was looking for without having to bother the employees or distract them from their conversation.

Walked into the store with my daughter and had to wait at the counter for over 10 minutes..one person on sales floor who didnt even acknowledge us when we walked in. Overheard her telling customer she was talking to that Other workers in the back would help them assuming she meant me. But she never went to the back to get anyone and no Bell to ring at the counter

Assistant was friendly, knowledgeable, and showed concern with finding what I needed. My visit was both professional and successful.

If yall offered paint samples as an option at this location, that would have been perfect. I didnt need a whole quart.

GREAT product -- GREAT service!!!!! You cant beat the quality of Sherwin-Williams paint and the service is terrific!!!!! I had my order filled in about 10 minutes even though there were 3 people in front of me!!!!! VERY EFFICIENT!!!! Just a GREAT store!!!!!!!

Having employees that know what they are doing customer service was not good, we needed 7 gallons of paint we told her we wanted 7 -1 gallon paint but gave us 5 gallons and 2 -1 gallons then we needed a quart of white paint for the baseboards and forgot to get it for us along with what you use to take the cover off the paint she said she would give us one and she didnt, so after that we just went to home depot for the rest of the stuff we needed, I would not recommend anyone to Sherwin - Williams.
