Its a small shop but theyve got many many lil bits and parts for trains, theyre very knowledgeable in the Hobby! I came in needing some things to maintain a train set I recently broken in and while the instructions gave an idea of what was needed and the process of doing it to the models I was still confused on it, Jack knew exactly what to do and how to do it, he was super friendly and even showed me the workings of a more sophisticated set-up that was truely amazing for a model train! Oh he also even had the little ties that connected my tracks and the stone that cleans the tops of my rails for better conduction of electricity! Ive got an N-scale set and EVERY-thing about it is so tiny (except the smiles it makes or the fun I have) and tiny or massive things need care and to be maintained and having a friendly knowledgeable person REALLY helps out and who doesnt wanna keep em going strong cuz honestly these lil things turned into an investment of money and Time so why not keep em running and working so they can be enjoyed right?

This is one reliable outfit with good products and good service. For example, on a recent order I was curtly questioning them why a bottle of lubricant was only half full and why items weighing only 3 ounces was shipped for a $6 charge. Within a few days this company sent me another bottle at no charge via first class postage. No arguments...just A-one service. And the bottle contents problem was not their fault.

Jack and company are great people. They specialize in dcc. But n.v have many common train parts in stock. This is retail location although it doesnt look that way.

They have some of the hard-to-find, yet essential railroad hobby tools for DCC, yet at good prices! Very timely service. Ordered my LocoBuffer USB computer interface on Saturday, and I had it installed on Monday! The service was so good, I also ordered one for our RR club!
