My name is Maria Hicks. I love this store. Very knowledgeable and very courteous! JT and Brian came to my house to look at my dyer. Very nice and courteous men. I have insurance with rent a center for my washer and dryer and when I call with a problem they immediately take care of me. I would extremely recommend this store to everyone.

Jeremy the Assistant Manager is very unprofessional and rude. I am not going to lie I am past due on my account by a week. I had a family passing that committed suicide so it’s been extremely rough on me and I just have not had a chance to call to let them know the payment would be late. So finally my boyfriend had called them to make a partial payment because I was told by Dawn the Manager that if stuff happens we can pay on a weekly basis and if needed we can always change the contract method to a different method. Jeremy was rude and did not care or bother to hear what I had to say or offer to pay. I am in the same field and the best way to collect your money is to talk to your customers, you never know what they are dealing with or going through so maybe if he was in a different tone we could have made some progress. Now tomorrow my furniture is getting picked up at 6:30 and I just honestly feel they really missed out. I was a month away from being able to pay this off in full but now I will take my business to Conns. Should have done this from the very beginning. He made my heart beat so fast that I felt my anxiety hit the roof. NO CUSTOMER SHOULD FEEL THAT WAY!!! I give this store 1 star and the only compliment will go to Dawn. She is the manager and she has never ever talked to me or my family in that manner.

The staff here is awesome. My family went through a hard time, and they bent over backwards to help us. The prices are a little high, but thats the cost of financing, and the rates arent bad at all.

We have been getting stuff from them for years. They are super helpful and the staff is awesome! The products are great quality too.

Really annoyed at this company they have been calling my number since May asking for some woman I don’t even know. I keep telling them this they keep saying okay we’ll remove it. Then calling again a few months later and when air remind them they rudely cut me off and hang up. It’s the same guy some I’m getting tired of it.
