The I2k group have developed multiple amazing products for our team. Some have been used all over the world on our projects. We started purchasing their custom units over 20 years ago, most are still out doing productions and tours. The times that we needed updates or repair they helped out in a speedy way to get us back on the road. The product is solid and the teams cheerful to work with. I would recommend Steve and the gang to anyone!

Went to pick up item at their warehouse, was in a rush to get to my next destination.Stacy Gray basically told her employee to not pick the item out of the warehouse until they verified it was actually paid for. Did she think I was going to grab the heavy inflatable and run away?After waiting approximately 15-20 minutes because I guess my time wasnt valuable she had some one verify in the computer system.She changed her tune and started being friendly. Her attitude at the initial interaction was very negative. I dont know how people will even do business with some one that treats you like a theif. Sorry i2k, I spend 5 figures on Inflatables every year and Ill never spend another penny with you guys.
We have purchased many units from i2K but have to say - I am beyond frustrated with the service received when we need replacement items for our inflatables. I would warn anyone working with this company to be aware that this may happen.Jan 28 - asked for a quotef/u Feb 04 - orderedf/u Feb 20 to ask for shipping - Reply getting done today and ready for shippingf/u March now going to be late April deliveryf/u April 11 - no answerf/u April 19 - still late Aprilf/u May 16 - no answerf/u May 21 - told all Items shippingf/u June 3 -f/u June 9 -NOW its June 23 - I STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHEN I WILL GET SOMETHING Ive PAID FORHow can you make a customer wait six months for a product they need in order to RUN an inflatable we bought from the company?
Terrible customer service. We received low quality products and had issues the first time we used them. After numbers phone calls where we were passed from person to person and put on hold for up to 45 minutes and emails that were ignored for months, we were told the products were under warranty and could be replaced. When we responded that we just wanted to return the items, we were ignored again. A year and a half later, we still have the bad products and no response from the company.
