Usually only need a small part or two for basics maintenance for my two cars. Always have what I need and always someone here to answer my questions. Staff is fairly young, but knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t ask for much more.

I different store was out of stock on what I needed for my truck. They called this store and located the part and said I could pay here and pick it up over there. when I got here all they needed was my receipt and handed the part over. I was in and out in a minute or so.

Easy and fast service. I was able to change my old battery for a new one n take the old one for refund of 18 bucks.I did the job myself though

Was standing there for almost 20 minutes with out an acknowledgment just to find out my part that I ordered was lost. I will be calling corporate in relation to Jeffrey C. and Antonio S. handling of the situation. Instead of apologizing they make the situation worse by filming me with their phone. Oh, I will be calling corporate!!! The ladies that work there are FAR more professional than these clowns.

Went to get a tail light. New, clean and spacey place. Hardly anyone there when I went so I was in and out. Person over the counter was nice. Rang my order, offered some additional items I may have needed, and I was out.

A simple brake pressure switch for an F-250 does not exist in the Auto Zone system. Update youre system this is 2017. Once again Auto zone has failed me.

Complete for auto needs, and helpful customer care. Not crowded during weekdays.

They sell autoparts. They only had one of the parts but was able to have it transferred from another store by that afternoon. Installes new parts, and car has been running ever since.

Quite simply, I needed a new relay. They searched and searched and searched until they found the right one - and then changed the battery in my key fob for me (I cant seen to open that fob myself for some reason). They went above and beyond in searching their stock for that relay, and saved me a lot of money and headache because I didnt have to go to the dealer for it. Thank you.

Stopped in for a pair of windshield wipers and the eager employee didnt let me look at all of the inventory withjout me asking him to poli sly mov e to the side. The cheaper version of what he was upselling me was behind him. I stuck with his recommendation, but come on bro....you cant be rude while trying to be helpful.
