I was a loyal customer, but after getting ripped off from the false expedited shipping charges, i wont be ordering here anymore. No help anywhere from the company. Look up your parts here then buy it from amazon or someone else who will get your parts in time as stated. $20 additional shipping for so called expedited. Yes I tried contacting them, no phone, email just bounces back, so they steal some peoples money, thats how they keep their prices low. If your OK with this keep buying from them, but if you believe companies like this should not exist then you should help and not buy from them.

Ordered parts and paid extra for today express shipping instead of ground shipping which would have taken 5 to 10 days parts showed up 5 days after instead of 2 days as per the upgrade and shipping cost.Then the part that came 5 days later was defective and still had to return it worse company ever has zero phone customer support repeat zero none nada comprende avoid like the plague

Recieved my 1988 Pathfinder V6 3.0L fuel injector. Just to find it missing!! Whoever stole it was definitely in a hurry. Horrible packaging even the actual package inside was completely crushed. Looks like someone stabbed it, probably to get a peek before they decided to commit this such atrocity. Whoever stole it should be held accountable!

I LOVE RockAuto.com. I have ordered many thousands of dollars worth of parts from them. I have never had any reason to believe that the parts were not original and Ive installed them myself on all of about 5 different cars/trucks Ive owned and used this website for.Ive had exactly ONE problem over this whole time with an order worth $400+. They replaced the order without even a single question. I just filled out the form online, waited a few days as they investigated, a few days later my entire order was at my doorstep.I do not hesitate at all to order from them. Ive never had to return anything besides FOUR Chevy 2500 HD brake caliper cores that weighed a whole lot, in a huge box. With their shipping discount, I paid like $7 to return them to RockAuto. Just amazing.Most every order is delivered within 4 days of placing an order (although I live in LA, CA).Just the best website ever. Everything is so much cheaper than AutoZone, Napa, Amazon, Summit, etc.Also, I ONLY purchase OEM parts. Denso, GM Genuine, ACDelco, etc...They have absolutely everything.About to go spend another thousand dollars on them.. see ya!

Best prices for parts online I know of! Maybe not the best selection but I always receive the correct part. All in all Rockauto.com is a very handy resource for getting parts to throw at my ever broken 380SL.

At first thought Rock Auto was great until recently. Rock Auto are not looking out for consumers. Rock Auto does not care if they make a mistake they refuse to fix the mistake and consumers pay for it ! $ i should of just burned in my front yard would of gotten more then i have with Rock Auto . Shame

Just stay away. You might save a few bucks, but definitely not worth the headaches. They have zero customer service. If your problem doesnt exactly fit into their FAQs, you are out of luck. I ordered a part, paid $30 for express shipping, and a week later the part still hadnt showed up. Their tracking informed me there was no delivery date available. OK- stuff happens - I just wanted the difference between regular and express shipping refunded. No response from website - so I found number to corporate offices and called - was told by receptionist they dont talk to customers!!!???? Seriously - why would anyone deal with a company like this? Even if there is only a 1% chance they are going to treat you like this - There are too many other options out there - use one of them,

Great prices, I have ordered many parts. But they are sloppy sometimes packaging; they opened the box to a complete strut I ordered, and put the spark plugs I also ordered in there with no padding; they were left to bang around during transport, and as you know the gap on a plug is important ... Also, dont buy a part and wait to install! I ordered some shocks, and one was stuck (does not extend), but it had been ~ 8 weeks since I ordered, so now I have to pay for shipping to return a faulty product ... oh well.

My parts are very late over a week for 1. 2 days on the second one and nobody wants to talk to nobody customer service bites! You cant even talk to a human if you have a problem you have to go online on a computer. Im stuck with this stupid smartphone and nobody to talk to bad service

I just figured out why their prices are so low, the sell cheap copycat parts. I recently purchased what was supposed to be a Standard TH420 Throttle Position Sensor from RockAuto.com. The part was defective out of the box. I contacted Standard to troubleshoot and see if I missed something since there were no instructions or documents of and kind with the part other than the packing list. The telephone rep from Standard advised me that the item I had was NOT manufactured by them, but was a counterfeit. I guess you get what you pay for.

I love Rockauto. i live in Michigan and frequently order car parts for my 4 cars, and despite being on the other side of the US, my parts still arrive very quickly and in good condition. Thanks, Rockauto!

My recommendation to all who want to buy from rockauto is to get a part number from dealership then match it with rockauto. Rockauto will do nothing for you when it comes to their mistakes.

Ordered parts for my 1995 ford ranger and recieved parts for a 1985 -1994 ford ranger and they charged me $15 to send back there mistakes. First time Ive had a problem using them and it cost me more time and money, not to happy about this.
