Great service, product quality, well engineered systems, fair pricing, and amazing technical support. My 2003 Dodge 5.9 diesel with manual 6 speed can pull 70 mph at max capacity all day long without excess strain, and gets good fuel mileage, to boot.

Cant say enough about the quality of treatment, quality of installation, and...quality of the products I purchased from Banks! I am relatively new to the Diesel world. Banks put out a well engineered and nicely designed product to get more from my truck. Couldnt be happier.

Customer service is lacking in the communications area, I have left several messages for Barbara in the install dept and have not heard back from her once. My sales guy Chuck has been great but once it goes to install you have to deal with them and can not get an answer from anybody. Maybe they should be hiring Barbara some help..........I love Banks products and have owned several vehicles with their products installed, my 2011 Jeep Wrangler is the latest vehicle to get outfitted with a Banks sidewinder turbo. They are using my vehicle as a test platform for the sidewinder kit and I know it will be worth the 2 week wait I have been without my Jeep.

The team at Banks Power are a class act. I looked around a lot for aftermarket installers and these guys had the answers to all of my questions, as dumb as some of my questions probably were! Bottom line is they made me feel comfortable with what I was doing to my vehicle instead of just telling me what I wanted to hear. The results speak for themselves!!! I can’t wait to get on the road and push this thing to the limit. Thanks guys. I’ll be recommending you to everyone I know

My torque tube header only lasted 2 years on my 06 jeep wrangler unlimited. Good thing they have a 5 year warranty. But I got charged more then I bought it for to replace it in labor. But at a performance place.

I am very disappointed in Banks Engineering. I have purchased the seven gun, IQ display, monster exhaust, inner cooler, cold air and have been having problems with the tuner for over a year and the technician keep telling me to purchase new part that dont fix the problem. i am done with banks. I will buy a different tuner that has better tech service.

I purchased a Banks cat back exhaust system for my 2011 Tundra Crew Max in August of 2012. Installed it in August of 2012. It is now March of 2016 and my muffler has cracked along the weld. The rear section is completely separated from the rest of the muffler. Also all of my exhaust clamps and hangers are nearly rusted though. I called in and spoke with customer service. They took all my information and said they would warranty my exhaust. Charged me for shipping which isnt covered under their warranty. Which is BS, over 40.00 in shipping. The whole system was free shipping when I bough it! I waited 3 days for them to ship it. I finally get a call saying they will not ship my warrantied parts because I didnt provide a receipt of purchase. I was asked when I originally called in where did you get this? My exact response was I dont remember. ok was Larry Gs response. This exhaust still has over a year of coverage for its warranty. Plus I dont have my receipt from something I bought 4 years ago. Not only that, my local shop said that this stainless exhaust should last for over ten years no problem. The crack on the weld of the muffler is faulty workmanship. The rusted though clamps and hangers are the cheapest junk you can find.This companies warranty is junk. They can use that you dont have your original sales receipt to break the warranty you have for your item. Be sure that before you buy an item its from a good company. Not a bunch of scammers. Oh here is a great warranty, but you need to jump though these hoops and pay this to actually get covered What a joke.I bought from an American company to keep the money here in house. Looks like some of the wolfs are no foreign any more they are domestic.

I just bought an Idash. I was very impressed with the knowledge and honesty of the sales guy! I was ready to buy a tuner and he said I didn’t need to. This guy could have made more money off me, but he chose to do what’s right instead.

Worst customer service ever and never installed the product. I bought a tuner for my ecodiesel and they didnt ship me the pillar mount I paid for with order. After two hours of calling I was told by Chuck They would send another out quickly and send me tracking number. Two days go by and not a word. I call back and deal with them again and was told there sold out of pillar mounts. Barbara Diaz needs to be fired. Left four voicemails over the three day time period and not responds. I got a response from Chuck after left him one telling him I want postage to send items back. Had to deal with Barbara again and she tries to tell me I need to pay to return item when they never completed my order. I reported it through my bank since they dont want to accept their faults.

Poorest customer service of any company Ive ever delt with !!! They redesign one of their intercooler hose to turbo because it was thin junk that rips and leaves you stranded ...So what do they do instead of building a better hose and doing a recall you have to buy their revised pipe and hose kit at $154.00 after you have paid 1200.00 for the intercooler kit. They all act like a bunch of jerks over the phone too .. I will never buy any of their products ts again!!

On 03/02/ 17 I was web-surfing to find a Banks Bullet for my 2016 Dodge Ram Ecodiesel. I found the “Bullet” with JEG’s Speed Equipment for $389.00 with no tax and free shipping. I was not !00% sure the part would work on my 2016 model Ecodiesel.On 03/03/2017 I phoned Banks Power to check if this Banks part number 66526 would work on my 2016 Dodge Ram. I spoke with a salesperson who was very surprised JEG’s could offer it for so cheap. He put me on hold for several minutes and got back to me. This Banks salesperson told me that JEG’s was getting rid of the 1st generation Bullets and preparing for the sale of 2nd generation Bullets.I asked the Banks salesperson what the difference was between the 1st and 2nd generation Bullet . The salesperson told me there was a 20% increase in overall performance. I asked the salesperson if I bought the Bullet directly from Banks, would I receive the 2nd generation Bullet. The salesperson told me YES and based on that, I purchased the bullet directly from Banks at a price of $449.00 plus 43.92 in tax, plus 30.83 in shipping for a total of $$134.45 more than JEG’S. Invoice #INV862329.Suspicious, I searched the forums and contacted other authorized Banks retailers who knew nothing of a 2nd generation bullet. Today, 03/06/17, I phoned Banks Power and spoke with them about my order of the 2nd generation Bullet. I was told I was shipped the 1st generation “Bullet and is no 2nd generation Bullet for sale. Banks said there was a “2nd generation” in development but it has not been released for sale and there is no date of release. This false representation convinced me I was purchasing a 2nd generation Bullet when there are none available for sale. This fraudulent representation of their product by one of Banks Power sales staff, defrauded me of $134.45 more than the $389.00 total I could have paid to the other retailer for the exact same product.I have since found a Banks Bullet (1st and only generation) for $389.00 at Black Mamba Diesel for my 2016 Dodge Ram Ecodiesel. The Banks Bullet arrived on 03/17/17 and I immediately installed the unit. I installed the Banks Bullet exactly as directed by the Banks installation manual. Prior to the Banks Bullet installation, my truck ran smooth and there were no problems whatsoever. On 03/18/17, I started and test drove my truck. The engine stumbled at stop lights and ran rough. There was a very obvious engine miss. I later had my son drive the truck to get his opinion on the trucks performance. My son noticed the same roughness as I had felt. We drove on the freeway for a short distance and started the return drive to our house via surface streets due to the apparent stumbling of the engine.Approximately 1 1/2 miles from our house, the throttle stopped working, and several check engine lights lit up the dashboard, Service Electronic Throttle Control, Low Oil Pressure.The truck engine died as we pulled to the side of the road. The Truck would not start and I called AAA for a tow.The following day, I removed the Banks Bullet components and the problem seems to have disappeared.I phoned Banks Technical Services today, 03/20/17. I was placed on hold 3 separate times in excess of 25 minutes each time. This wait was due to high call volume!! I wonder why!! They sell faulty product.I finally got thru to Banks Technical Support today, 03/22/17, and spoke with Tech Jeff that was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Jeff seemed very forthright and honest during our discussion. I explained the problem and symptoms to the Tech. Jeff told me the problem was most likely in the Bullet wiring harness and that there had been similar problems as I had experienced with faulty harnesses. Jeff helped set up an RMA for the harness and hopefully that remedies the problem. In the meantime, my truck is in the shop to make sure it wasnt a Dodge problem.
