Pacific Sporting Arms is a ocean above other firearm store experiences. Knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. Ken helped me out with a service request. John, the owner took me for a tour of their in-house motorcycle collection. If you can appreciate beautiful machines and shotguns, this place is not to be missed.

Fantastic experience. Pacific Sporting Arms is a purveyor of fine firearms. If you are shopping for a top of the line shotgun (or hunting rifle), want great advice and outstanding service, this is the place. It is similar to buying a bespoke suit. Everything is tailored around the customer and delivering the right customer experience.

Let me start by saying this, if youre looking for hand guns or tacti-cool guns, this is not your place. However, if you are looking for a wonderfully curated selection of high end shotguns along with a knowledgeable staff, this IS the place to shop. The shop is well appointed and comfortably laid out. It reminds me of a nice clubhouse at a country club. I spoke with both Jordan and Ken on the phone at different times and both were extremely helpful. This store is a good 50 miles from my home.... and after my experience today, I will drive there for all my shotgun purchases. I was greeted by a friendly staff who was more than happy to share their wealth of knowledge and experience with me as I was trying to decide between which firearm I wanted to purchase. These guys have great prices...I looked all over and nobody had comparable prices or selection!!! Im kinda glad they are far away from me, otherwise, Id be in this store much more often spending $$$.

A few days ago I received a high end gun which I purchased over the phone. Jordon emailed me photos and a description of the gun that far exceeded my expectations. I had an excellent experience buying this gun I would highly recommend Spacific Sporting Arms.

I purchased a skeet grade shotgun from them through the internet. Pacific didnt disclose that the gun had a previous owners name engraved in the receiver. It also was not disclosed that the stock was not original and had been replaced with a stock from a trap grade model altering the guns shooting dimensions. Pacific also said the gun had been fully updated which it had not. I returned the gun in accordance with the exchange policy however was not given the refund that I was entitled to. I was forced to hire an attorney to resolve the matter. This was a terrible experience and I was treated very poorly by the staff (Jordan). I advise anyone reading this not to do business with Pacific Sporting Arms.
