Did a great job on my alignment.

I had my truck alignment one month pryer. Month later inner wall of tire started to show ware. Brought the problem to themAt 7:20 in the morning. All was said, sorry, we cant do anything with it this morning. We dont have time. Funny. Had time to take my money but dont have time to fix your mistakes . Sorry, you lost this long time customer.

Had my f150 aligned their 3 months ago.Had new tires on truck before I got it aligned.The inside of my front tires are worn out almost to the wire on both sides.They had a young man doing the alignment.I think his name was Dillion.They need to train these mechanics better.I won’t be going back period.Now I have to go to wholesale tire buy 2 tires and get them to align it right.It pisses me off I have to spend more money.Thanks a lot.

Have used Sirmons on many occasions, great service, top-quality workmanship. They will get you in and out ASAP and give you all of the options available for your cars maintenance. They wont make you feel pressured into doing something you arent sure is necessary for your vehicle. I would highly recommend Sirmons to anyone.

I had to take my 98 dodge Dakota over there to have a brake job and oil change done very pleased with the service they provided thank yall so much

I took my car to Sirmons to get a wheel bearing fixed and brakes on the car. They fixed the wheel bearing and I havent had any issues out of it. My brakes on the other hand are horrible. They make squeaking noises the whole time you are riding. I took the car back to sirmons twice to get this issue fixed and they still have not fixed it. I will have to find someone else to take my car to get fixed after I have payed them to fix it. I am very disappointed in Sirmons.

Do not use this place I took my truck there to have am aliment done then had new tires put on notice the inside of my tires was wearing out so I took my truck to another alignment shop in Donaldsonville to see what was wrong guy there explain to me that he could tell that the front end was never aligned nor has it ever been aligned so they basically charge me to do an alignment which they did not do all theyset was the toe so they ripped me off and also caused me to have to buy tires before I should have to they have the same name has the alignment shop in Donaldsonville but not the same people trust me its worth the drive two Donaldsonville that way it will be done right and you wont be paying money for no work
