Most amazing experience I’ve had at Verizon in a long time! Yam was fast, professional, and answered all of my questions. She setup my phone and transferred everything even messages my Dad sent before he passed were still on my phone! 100% recommend you ask to work with Yam! She even helped me pick out a great case and new watch! LOVE LOVE LOVE her service!

I want to recognize an outstanding employee at this location, and his name is Moody. I took my Mom to get another phone, and she is elderly with memory problems. Moody was very patient and helpful and was just awesome the entire time. It took a bit to get everything done, and he did an extremely great job of answering our questions and concerns. I just want to share this experience because I hear a lot of how young people these days dont care to listen to the problems with old folks, especially where technology is concerned. Moody made the whole process go smoothly from beginning to end with his patience and understanding. I hope this reaches his supervisor - he deserves a raise! Thanks again for a great experience.

The employees at this store took their time and patience to transfer the files from my old phone to my new one even though my old one was hanging on by its last string. The screen only turned on once in a while and they waited on it to cooperated with us to get the information over. Very much appreciated!

The boy here at this place was super kind to me and very patient with me while I decided what phone I had to buy. I had to get a new phone for my bank to work and to save money with that. I wanted a small phone but they do not make them anymore like that so it was a tough decision for me to make to pick out a new phone. He made sure all of my documents were transferred completely and that my banking app worked just fine before I left.

My phone was being a pain in the rear end andi am here from out of town and really rely on my phone for navigation and work. I found this store and they were able to get me back up and running like normal and I cant thank them all enough for their help.

My phone erased itself on its own and Google wasnt much help. I was able to take it but this store and they were able to retrieve my phonebook. The pictures were deleted by Google which is upsetting but the man in the store was able to get all the numbers so it could have been way worse.

You can come to this Verizon store to get the help you need for your phone. I got my memory card swapped out for a new one and now my phone is working like its suppose to. Easy and painless. Just had to wait.

I had to redo my phone today and cancel the hum contraption off one of my accounts. I will get the protectors to my phone mailed to me in a week. The people at the store are kind and homely. I dont have any complaints with either of my accounts with Verizon.

Big fan of the new ownership of this store. Before when I purchased a phone, they just handed it to me and I was out the door. Now, they take the time to set it up and make sure theres no problems with it or the account. Definitely leaving the store a very happy person.

Great phone. My new new phone is way better and the experience in the store was way better as well. They had a promotion to have me leave with a new phone at a cheaper price than the cost to use my insurance and got me a newer phone than what the insurance was about to send me.

I got a new tablet today and that is what Im using now. I also got the iPhone 11 pro max and it is awesome. I dont have to fight to use a tablet now and I got the newest phone in my family. I traded in my old my to get the new phone and it is a big difference

The kind man here was super helpful with getting me on my feet with the new smart phone that I came from an old non smart phone. We ordered the accessories I needed and they will come straight to my house. While I waited for my personal information to copy over to the new phone we talked about the mustangs we owned all 3 of us. Come to this store so you can get what you need done the proper way without breaking anything or pop ups on your bill.

Mr. Matthew Sande was a complete life saver!!! He was extremely nice even with me coming in 20 minutes until closing. His customer service was exceptional!! This store was able to move all of my pictures from my old one to the new one without any hassles. All you need is patience while they work on it because their internet is not that strong in the store so it could take a while while they work on it for you. Nice people too.

Hit or miss on helpful staff. They are all nice, but actually helpful is yet to be seen. I pretty much helped myself and then waited for one of two agents to get done helping one person before I got helped. A ten minute visit took 45. I guess if they had self check out I could have given it four stars. Cant give it five because we all know Verizon is a rip off.

J and crew here are way better than the last crew. They provided excellence and the time spent here was more enjoyable than ever. Even when I need help, the employees here answer their phones when you call with questions. My husband and I both purchased new phones and the employees here help bring the bill down. Every time Ive been in since the switch its been aa pleasant experience.

Steve was wonderful. He helped my dad and I take care of an issue with his voicemail. It took going into the store for the second day to get Steve’s help but it was well worth it.

I came in yesterday to pay my bill and the employee made a mistake so my phone was shut off. I came in today annoyed but the employee fixed the issue at no extra cost to me. For my inconvenience, he gave my a small but meaningful discount on a new phone. My old phone was almost 10 years old so it was time for a new one. He even set it up for me and help make sure my contacts were moved over properly without having my Facebook information mixed in to make blank contacts. Im leaving the store in a good mood because of this. A great start to the day.

There are all kinds of kind folk that work at this Verizon shop. They helped me get a new phone with a better battery and helped me move all of my stuff over to the new phone. They are very helpful here.

Had the pixel 3 xl and went to a pixel 4 xl from an iPhone and the difference is night and day. Also had a Samsung before and it is nothing compared to the pixels. Google knows how to make their products and Verizon knows how to provide their service for the phones. No complaints from either of us!!

This is the store to go to when you need to get a new phone and need help setting it up and moving all of your information from your old phone to the new one you purchase. You just need patience while you wait for it all to be copied to the new phone.

The employees at this location are more than willing to help you within the price range you tell them to. It gets expensive if you choose or it can remain cheap if you choose. They have more phones in the back if you dont see the ones you want in the front.

RUDE disrespectful and could nothing to help with the battery dying on my no longer cordless phone. Worked perfect until one month after warranty ended and 11 months before the phone is paid for. I did not damage phone, Verizon software update is where problem began.

They didnt have the phone that was advertised online. Looks like a bait and switch. I asked about 3 different phone 2 of them were on display. But not available. There was a security measure that took staff 20 min to review their own inventory.Corporate really needs to not tie the hands of their front customer care staff.

The new set up at this location is way more helpful than before. I was able to uograde and add the payments to my bill but still had my bill go down and stay the same. Very kind of them to do so.

I went in to see about an issue with my old phone and came out with a better phone in the process. Mohamad was wonderful to work with. He got all my contacts moved over and even downloaded the apps from my old phone. He even helped pair my phone with my car Bluetooth. Thanks for the great service.

My phone had viruses and they were ABle to take them off and make my phone work again. Dont download those bad apps for your phone. Those apps will hurt your phone. Go to this store for help if you need it.

Helpful with the issues on my phone. Some apps worked their way onto my phone and they were able to track them down and get rid of them completely so they fixed the problem.

Ever since this store became a privately owned one its gone down hill. If you need anything take the drive to Tallahassee to a corporate one.

I went to my local Verizon Store in Bainbridge Ga to purchase a new phone. What a wonderful experience dealing with the young man, Tyler, who was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and helped me pick out a phone that was perfect for my needs. He downloaded everything from my old phone to my new phone so when I left all was working perfectly. While I was there an elderly lady drove up and another Verizon employee, Steven poirier and josh luggi went to the door to let her in . She had a walker and I could see she was having some difficulty walking. He not only helped her with her phone but he walked with her outside and opened her door. After she entered her car he took her walker and folded it up and place it in her car. NOW. That is first class service from Verizon employees.

Definitely avoid the cheap phones. You pay for what you get so if you want quality, get the mlre expensive ones. It will save you a bunch of headaches and aggravation. The cheap phones are way worse. It makes a big difference to buy the highee priced ones.

Every time I come in to this store with questions they are always able to help me and they always help me to learn my new phone. I know to go to this store when I have questions or need help with my phone.

I was able to get my phone set up. Its going to get some getting used to since this is a new phone by we got the same phone so we can help each other with this new smartphone so itll be a learning experience to get it to work.

This is the local Verizon service store in town and the new employees here are as helpful as ever. You can come in and pay your bill and ask questions about your phones that need answers if you need any help with your devices.

A few of us heard the Verizon store was closing, I was told to go up there and it changed people and store was open . the Milton brothers are very helpful and made us feel welcome . They are entertaining and know what they are doing . Everything you need to know or want is there at the bainbridge ga location by zaxbys .

Went in not sure if I wanted a Note 9 or an iPhone, after spending some time with Calvin, I walked out with the perfect iPhone. Service, friendliness and support was outta this world, thanks Calvin and thanks Verizon.

We had issues changing phone and plan. Some sort of glitch. Got it fixed. Was kinda difficult . Works, then stops. 4 trips . Waited 35 minutes to pay my bill. Bring back the kiosk, please. Changing to StraightTalk if this continues.
