I personally did not find what I was shopping for, regular Advil pain medication, but my sister found a number of bargain grocery items.

The cashier are very good. My only problem is the sale price for Blue Bell Ice cream dont always come up at sale price.

Short on Canning jars and Pectin and all canning supplies.Employees were not knowledgeable about when shipments were coming in. Just sad!

You must be very careful with buying meats from here. When buying packs of cut meat like neckbones, beef stew, etc you might just get random scrap pieces of pork in the neckbones and random scraps of beef with your beef stew meat. I dont buy meat here anymore. I also believe they rinse, bleach, put fresh blood and repackage old (past freshness date) meat. Im definitely speaking from my own place experiences only.

We purchased 8 piece fried chicken . It came in a plastic bag that when steamy hot crispy fried chicken was put in there turned into a mushy mess. When we got home there were not 8 pieces but only 6. We called and Chris saidbto just stop by in the morning and get the missing pieces. We were in the area so I did. The woman at the deli counter, who said she was the deli manager insisted we bring the two pieces back to be replaced. Very hard to do when they did not exist and were missing. She said how can she replace when we didnt bring them back. Again i repeatedthat they were missing. Finally she replaced them . It had become a principal thing at that point. She told me she would do it this time but never again. No problem. I will never buy from there again.

All went well, didnt have a large variety of vitamins, had to go to cvs.

Not very friendly place giving the fact that we pay an additional 10% at the counter on top of the price of our items.I dont mind I know what its for and I dont mind paying for the employee wages the delivery and the factory caring for our food well actually I do.Because the service in this store the unfriendly attitude of the workers are appalling.I will never shop at this store and I would urge anyone to go to Wal-Mart.They will not steal an extra 10% and the employees treat you like a person.I do expect more from this store. Especially since Im paying for everything else Wages, Delivery, and the warehouse pay.Since I pay for that it would be nice for the employees to start treating clients like we matter.Because without us they have nothing literally.

Deli is not clean, found a maggot in my food and a dead fly along with it. One day they gave me and my mom sour iced tea. Seen the boss lady put old food from 2 weeks ago in the hot bar... Soo NASTY.!!!! UGH

The worst customer service. The manager Hanna is very rude and very unprofessional. On several occasions I was in food giant shopping Hanna wouldnt wait on the customers she would walk off when customers walk up to her register. She has done this several times even the other cashiers say that thats not the first complaint she has had. Hanna is a manager with no customer service skills. She needs to go back through training because you just dont leave one cashier working while you go outside to smoke and talk to guys while the line is waiting to check out.

Getting checked out takes to long. Store is really nice need to work on customer service.

Bought groceries Saturday there lock my keys in my car they was nice enough to allow me to put my buggy in cooler until I got OnStar to unlock my car for what ever reason was an issue another story very friendly staff there tho

The Customer Service There is Awful! I Called To place an order For a Cake It Took Forever For Someone to answer The phone Then The lady who was supposed to redirect Me to Bakery left Me on hold and no One ever came back to The Call. I Was on hold For about 20 Minuets so I decided to hang up and Call back but Only did now The phone was off Hook. How so very Rude and unprofessional!
