The VA sent me here to have my hearing checked. The VA sent me an appointment letter with the time clearly documented. When I arrived they barely acknowledged I was there and when they did they told me I had missed my appointment time. I was there 40 minutes early. They wouldnt even look at the paper I tried to give them. I waited 3 months for this appointment., and drove over an hour to get there. They said they would have to work me in. I called the VA contractor who told me they would see me. There was a man at the reception desk who told me they had to see all the other patients with legitimate appointments. This business may be good for people who arent veterans, but they were very rude to me.

Ordered a new aid.
