Carquest carries more parts and has more parts available from the other two auto parts stores in Baker City. Clearly the best yet it seems to be always empty. Dont understand it

Called in and priced a full set, all four, if shocks and was quoted a price, and I asked several times if that was for both front and rear and was told each time yes so I said order them. Went in the next to get them and the price had doubled. Wouldnt even try to honor the quote I was given. Wont do business there again.

Had a gas fume leak on my dodge truck. I replaced the gas cap. That didnt solve the gas smell. Employee Wes crawled underneath my truck & found i had a broken(wore in half) gas canister line. He replaced it. No more gas smell & my truck runs better. Thanks Wes. I really appreciated that.

Cant thank Doug and the boys enough. Had a blown head gasket in the middle of a road trip and needed a quick fix. Not only did Doug come in on the weekend, but he gave me a fair price with a quick turnaround. Highly recommend this shop!

Cannot thank all the staff, especially Rich for getting our pickup and stock trailer back to road worthy after wrecking on Sunday night. The pickup needed new tyres, a new wheel, whelding and more and they worked as quickly and efficiently as possible to get it sorted. It was a stressful time as we have an onward journey to Moses Lake and then to Wyoming and back to Denver by Sunday to catch a flight and they made the whole process way less stressful. They provided us with plenty of coffee, snacks and laughs whilst we waited for insurance to be sorted and the towing company to release our trailer. A massive thank you to all staff. Will come by again one day in better circumstances. Thanks Liz and Isaac

Doug and Tig are amazing guys. We broke down had to walk to the store and get parts. Tig got us a ride back to our truck and they made room for us in the shop schedule to look at the truck. Highly recommend this place. Doug came right out did a diagnostic test.
