Baker city oregon rite aid pharmacy closed without warning to everyone who used it. I now have 1 day left of sezuire meds and going to have to travel 45 to 60 miles to get it and that will only be if they have it.So disappointed in Rite aid, I was told by a supervisor that they had a new tech coming in yesterday (Thursday) and so I waited, and here we are still without. On Friday guess I waited to long. If I could I would give this a place a zero
I really appreciate your workers in this Baker city store, they’ve always been able to trade my make up out when it doesn’t work out for me.However I turned in some rolls of film months ago, and never heard anything and when I go in the store and ask they simply say it got lost. One of those films was from my mothers camera and she died in 08 and I’ve been hanging onto her camera. So as I don’t really know it was on the other rolls of film because I’ve had them in. my drawer for years, it is important that I get my mothers film developed or returned.I just get a go-hum answer when I call or ask in the store And no one can tell me a thing. Also when you want to digitally print some pictures from your phone or device, there’s no Internet connection at the store so you can’t download and print anything....it doesn’t make any sense. How can you have a machine that’s a computer when there’s no Internet.
Ive been coming to this store since I can remember. Although prices are a bit high on many regular priced items, if you watch out for clearance sales, ad sales or can get to Gold status with your rewards account, the prices are much better. They carry a great selection of makeup, shampoo, conditioner, hair color, and OTC medications.The reason that I gave only one star is because things at this particular store have gone down hill in the last year. There is a new (fairly new) manager who has decided that she can change Rite aids policies as she sees fit. Rite Aids return policy clearly states: If you do not have your receipt but you have your wellness+ card or phone number used during the original purchase, we can look for your transaction 48 hrs after the original purchase date and provide you with a full refund on your original purchase price. However, I was told that that isnt true even after i read the policy verbatim directly off their website to her...i was then asked to leave and not return.
(1ST REVIEW)POOR CUSTUMER SERVICE!!!!!Maybe somewhere there is a decent Rite Aid store, but not here in Baker! I called to check to see if something was in Stock and they didnt even take my number and wouldnt go check to see if it was in due to having a customer. I then said, I need it by tonight. They told me that they dont think we have it anyway and then didnt even go check.EDITED(2ND REVIEW)My bad, I apologize for the rude comment. Rite aid store in baker is just fine, but goes to show how 1 employee can reflect on the whole business. After my bad review, I got a reply to call a number which I did and I left my information. I talked to 2 different people which both definitely gave me a better view on everything and they went over and beyond to make it right. I appreciate it, thank you!

I’ve been using rite aid for 20 years.. I have a wellness card attached to my telephone number .. I’ve been upset a few times over the years but nothing like today... and it happens every time my doc changes the prescription...I have been paying 36.00 every month for 90 tabs.. they told me months back they gave me a discount which I appreciated.. now because of the changes in script I can only think they are upset with me..they charged me 55for 120 of the same product.. .. 36 for 90, 55 for 120, That’s 20$ for the extra 30 .. that’s also 2 times what they normally di... I’ve learned over the years that they have control over such things and am usually in good graces... not today.... there fore this review....... they have taken on tooo much authority especially one particular woman who has been there for a very long time... I would like to see her talked to about her tactics.. stay true across the border to the clients.. I’m seriously debating changing pharmacies..she has no right to allow her personal attitude to effect the outcome of service... I hope the higher up read this and approach this behavior... we have a hard enough time affording our medicines, we don’t need someone making those decisions from the inside
The store itself isn’t bad. But I have never met such a lazy and rude pharmacy before. I didn’t have my insurance card as I’m waiting for it to arrive in the mail. So they flat refused to give me my medication or verify my OHP in the system which they can absolutely do. I will never return to this pharmacy ever. You could tell they didn’t want to be at work or work any harder than they had to.
Ive been coming here for 25 years. Never had a problem. Quick service . Easy ordering. They call the doctors to reorder prescriptions.
The cashiers are efficient, they act quick and with great matter . I cant complaint about the products . Lastly the restrooms are clean.
Carry a little of everything but kind of pricey.
Hope you dont have an emergency and need to get your meds filled and see that they are open until 9 and then you get there and the only thing not open is the pharmacy. Unless you are one of the people responsible for the pharmacy hours, then I hope this happens to you ALL the time.
